John was there on time, as scheduled. He was friendly and very professional. I think he did a great job. I would absolutely hire Big Island Garage Doors again.

Excellent! The company owner, Johnny, came by on a Thursday morning to apprise the work site, measure and provide quote. Two of his employees, Eric and Alonzo, were at my home at 7:45 AM sharp to begin work. Eric was obviously very experienced and guided his helper throughout the installation. Both men were meticulous, explained everything as they progressed and after they finished. They tested the door opener inside the garage, the inside door light switch, the exterior pad and all other moving parts and everywhere that the door hardware was attached to walls. Afterwards they cleaned up quickly. Throughout, both men were completely professional, friendly and meticulous to an unusual degree. I recommend the expertise, promptness and reliability of the owner of Island Garage and his crew, especially Eric, without reservation.

The service tech was terrific. After a week of calls to Garage Door of Naples and being told they couldn't get to my home, Island Garage Door was able to respond quickly. They diagnosed the problems, made repairs at a discounted price and had the garage door operating perfectly in a short period of time. I feel confident that the tech knew what he was talking about and how to get the opener operating properly. I will definitely call them again for any future issues.

The owner of Island Garage Door came to my home, identified the problem and repaired my garage door in less than 30 minutes. He also assessed and made a modification to my other garage door so that it did not fail in the future. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of this repair, i.e. timing, quality and price. The provider came on two separate occasions to do the work. The first time, he did not have the proper rollers for my hurricane-proof door. On the second visit, he discovered that installing new rollers would require a complete disassembly of the door and subsequent reassembly. He did offer to do the work, but said it would be an all-day job. I declined his offer as I felt the job was beyond the scope of the special. I applied for a refund for the job and received it.

Angie List featured deal, had to call company even though completed date and time request. Were several hours late for scheduled time.
