On time. Efficient. Good work. All good. No complaints.

He was awful. they over charged, they were kind of sneaky and that's the owner and not because they didn't do the work, what they did they came out and they said oh you have two screws one screws got missing and they found it on the floor and the other screw is loose they put those two screws in and charged me seventy dollars more and when I talk to the owner he said I will deal with it well the owner didn't, he said well that was before to put in two screws in an that's for changing rollers that would have been a lot more expensive and then he said he would give me a garage door opener he set a time and he didn't give me a garage door opener.

I was pleased with the work done.Jason was courteous.punctual,friendly and was very neat.He cleaned up the area after completing the work.I Would highly recommend him and would use this company in the future.

Excellent job. Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and informative. The door has never worked as smoothly as it does now. I am very impressed and will continue to use Island Garage Door for periodic tune-ups and any maintenance issues that arise in the future.

The gentlemen were extremely professional, thorough and focused; the work was fully explained. Once the job was completed, the garage door was operating more smoothly and quietly than it had in a very long time...it's like we've got an altogether new garage door and opener. Island Garage was on time for the scheduled appointment. They replaced all of my rollers and adjusted the spring and insured the door was balanced and functioning properly. They were professional and gracious and explained everything they were doing. They did not try to sell me any additional work or products.

The fellows got to work immediately, were able to remove the rubber that was on the door for 25 years quickly and put the new un-seamed rubber in place just as quickly. Sprayed the rollers with silicone (I think). They took the leftovers with them leaving me no mess in the garage to clean up. Very good work.

I had got a $59 dollar garage door tuneup through Angies List. I called Island garage door and scheduled an appointment. Told them my garage door was not going up or down so I had to manuely do it . After taking a look at it they explained if had a cracked coupling piece in it and they didnt have that paticular part for that kind of garage door opener . So there was no way of fixing the problem at that time but the guy did say hed check to see if he could find a used one and hed come back and install it for me . I never heard from the man about the part so I contacted the garage door company and told them the part I needed.When the part arrived I texted the guy on my phone and told him I had the part and wanted to see if they could help me out . So shortly after, the owner called and set an appointment with me and fixed the problem at no additional charge. They told me its really considered another service call and the work done wasnt part of the tune up . But the owner didnt charge me . I can honestly say how we need more companys around like Island Garage Doors they value there customers and I will highly reccomend them to others . The company had trouble contacting us due to receiving an incorrect phone number but they persevered and made the contact. Then all went smoothly, they were on time for appointment, presented themselves well, ( 2 men). They were polite and went about their business quickly and efficiently. We were well pleased and will call them again when needed.

They up sold me on a roller tuneup but I needed it so I took it, I just wish I would have checked other prices. They did an excellent job.

Angies List deal at $99.00 (tune up & new entry key pad or door rollers). They did the Tune-up but then only replaced 2 of the rollers (top) thought they were doing all of them as per advertisement. They charged $89.00 for a pair of safety eyes. Not sure if they were really needed and list at $24.99 (Liftmaster). A tune-up on another door was $49.99 (fair).

Being a retired Police Detective from Boston and a new full time resident of Naples,Florida,I was very cautious of whom I would hire so I turned to Angie's List for assistance.I found Island Garage and Door of Marco Island,who got right back to me and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.They not only showed up on time,but much to my liking,a little early.The men were courteous,,professional,and very informative.I also feel after shopping online,that the price for the work they did was very fair.Door is now functioning properly and quiet as a "Church Mouse".Ill certainly be calling them again if the need arises.Thank You Angie's List!

, Eric was excellent. He was on time, and very professional. The old door was very noisy and sometime failed to function. It is now quiet and functions beautifully, I usually use Sears for garage door opener replacements, as they appeared to be the cheapest. Island Garage Door was cheaper than Sears, and more responsive and efficient.

Everything went smooth from scheduling to cleanup. very satisfied with their work.
