"11/6/19 installed new icemaker 11/7/19 called not working 11/8/19 suppose to come between 2-4 never showed, did not take my calls 11/11/19 came flipped a switch, check settings 11/12/19 called not working he said he had to put paperwork in for warranty. 11/14/19 called asked why I had to wait for his warranty, why couldn't he put another icemaker in for me and then get his money back from Whirlpool. He said Whirlpool did not work that way. He was very belligerent with me but later called and apologized for his tone. I have not heard from him since that call. 11/15/19 I had someone else coma, paid another $89.00 to get it repaired."
