William the technician was so professional and helpful. Erwin the owner had William come out the next day as I needed someone immediately. I will definitely use Mr. B Appliance again and referred him to my neighbors.

Erwin the owner called very quickly after I went through the Angie list App I was very impressed with how quickly he called. And he had one of his team members at my house within two hours. William his associate was very thorough and fixed both problems and took his time to make sure that they were fixed correctly. Really appreciate the fast and effective service thank you.

Erwin was on time, professional and a nice guy. He repaired my fridge in a timely manner. Although it did not start cooling properly overnight, Erwin was very responsive and got it fixed the next day. Cooling and freezing great now!

Great! Showed up in a couple hours, diagnosed problem, came back next day with parts and fixed! It was just a little bit unnerving doing everything electronically - there were three different phone numbers and the business address was at a house in Coral Gables. With all the scams these days, was just a little uncertain about paying for parts ahead of time and giving credit card number out, etc. to “unknown” folks over phone. Then one of the numbers didn’t work the next day, when I called to check if the repair man was coming back (because he said he would be back the next morning). He did come back of course, a half hour or so later than the window the other guy on the phone indicated. And the young gentleman that showed up both days was very polite and professional and did a great job.

Called me as soon as I submitted the Anji Request Came out the next day Ordered part and returned to install 2 days later

Very happy with their services. The office is very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning lady showed up on schedule and did an excellent job in a decent time frame. She did better than other cleaners I’ve tried so far.

Mr. B's watch does not work, he was late both days he came, first to diagnose, then to repair. In addition, his phone does not work because he did not call me to tell me he would be late. I am totally dissatisfied with this contractor. He DID fix the problem but I am still seeing residue from his repair. And, I was charge $180 for a service call. Totally dissatisfied. The only nice thing I can say is that he is a very respectful person.

Fridge went out last night. Erwin answered call first thing this AM. Bad capacitor & relay replaced and running again! Great job by Mr. B Home Services 239-351-5500 - Prompt, professional, courteous & friendly. In & out in a half hour & extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!
