Description of Work: John showed up at the specified time. I told him my problem with the ghost ants. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. The entire treatment took about 2 hours. He treated the perimeter of the house, the attic, the back porch, the garage and the interior of the house. He also treated for spiders, silverfish, roaches, wasps and earwigs. This man was very thorough and I would highly recommend him and I will use him again.

Description of Work: I didn't realize the Angie's deal I'd bought was for a preventative treatment, and I had a very small problem I wanted to keep from becoming a real problem. John was very accommodating and helpful, and I appreciated his advice very much.

Description of Work: Pest control around house inside and out. I thought he dis a very good job of explaining what and why he was doing. We did not have any serious infestations, ghost ants in kitchen and two bathrooms, but we were heading north for the summer and I wanted to make sure house stayed pest free while we are away. They will come once every three months to check and spray and if we noticed any problems they will come out and treat the problem. Since this is an annual contract I will submit a follow up in the fall.

Description of Work: promptly found source of my rat problem - blocked their entry and trapped the one's in the house. Did it all in 3 visits over the course of about 7 days. Called back and came same day. Kept in close contact throughout. Couldn't recommend any higher.
