Very professional and thorough. They treat 4 times per year, one of which is the full attic and inside the walls treatment. No pests since we started using them.

The only bugs we've found in the 10 weeks since treatment were dead bugs. No sign of the ghost ants, yay!

John had explained in great detail what to look for in the next couple of days and what to do with the treatment areas in so far as our dog's safety was concerned. He was more than willing to answer all my questions and reiterated several times that if there were any problems he would return and address them. He told me that it may take several days before I would notice a decrease in the ants. That night the clear spot treatments that he had put on the backsplash in the kitchen and in the bathrooms were just covered with ants. The following day the ants were completely gone and I have not seen one since. John had also taken the time to explain some of the differences in the ants in this area. I had a concern about fire ants and asked several questions in that regard. John offered a very reasonably priced remedy for that issue. I have every intention of following through with his recommendation regarding the fire ants. Before he left John explained and offered a very reasonably priced annual plan with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I could not have been more pleased with the service and results provided by this company and this individual.

I waited to see how well the treatments worked before writing my review. I can whole heartedly recommend Space Coast Bee and Pest service. We have not seen any bugs or pests inside the house since the first treatment. John (the owner) explained everything he was doing and what we could expect over the coming weeks. The problems insects were gone in the time frame John had stated and we have remained bug free. I would definitely recommend John and his service and will be renewing my annual contract when it comes due. It is always a pleasure to endorse a person or product that performs as advertised plus John is a very nice person.

John felt nothing was in the living space and placed a trap in the attic just to be sure. thorough -- he even sealed up a couple of spaces around pipes under my sink. very happy with the service.

I called Space Coast Bee & Pest Service around noon and my call was returned within a few minutes. I described a lot of honey bee activity that I noticed around the soffit area and sent a short video. I had noticed that the bees were going inside the soffit and it was obvious that they were already in the process of building a colony inside. I was given an approximate cost over the phone and they came out the same day in the evening to remove the bees. John removed a section of the aluminum soffit were I had noticed the bee activity which is about 14 feet from the ground, he removed the beehive and all the bees, and put the soffit back to its original state. There was no damage to the soffit or the facia and the bees are gone.

I called John and he was able to come out within two days to get rid of the colony of bees in my soffit/roof. He showed up on time, called to let me know he was coming and completed the job in about an hour. My husband and I were very pleased with his promptness and professionalism and I would recommend his services to anyone with a pest problem.

John answered my first phone call and responded quickly to my problem. I had an infestation of yellow jackets. This is something that requires a professional response and is not a do it yourself job. John came to the house at the appointed time and after discussing the problem suited up and went to work. He dug into the yard in several places and then checked all of the shrubbery in the yard. It was found that we did not have any yellow jackets, which was a relief as they are very territorial and very aggressive. What he did find was swarms of a very mean looking wasp called a Cicada Killer. He identified them and gave me lots of information about this insect. The Cicada Killer is not aggressive (even though it looks mean) and is a solitary wasp that does not bother humans. The situation was very satisfactorily resolved. We thanked John for all of his assistance. We would definitely recommend him to others.

They were good. The only thing was that I wasn't sure if he was a safe terminator, and if he was going to transport them or if he was going to kill them, but he killed them, and that was the only thing I was worried about. He did a good job, he put everything back to where it was, and he was very professional, and did a good job. He was responsive by phone, he answered all our questions when he got here, and he was very professional. His price was within the ball park of everybody. He got to us in time, and he got to us that night.

Prompt, responded within minutes to the online request Estimate provided, work completed promptly, very professional when describing the process to move the crumbling hives, followed up promptly to make sure that no bees had returned to the site Every effort was taken to save the bees, John the owner called back to let me know that they had made the transition! I've since hired the company to provide pest control in another house that I own, great company!

Awesome! John was very professional, informative, polite, and effective. He has a true understanding of bee life, he seems to enjoy what he does, and he knows how to help people in our situation. We had hired 2 other services, but they were not successful at anything except taking our money! He removed 2 hives from our shed. He needed to cut out parts of the shed floor to remove the hives. His work was neat and effective. We were able to replace the floor pieces he removed, as he cut on 90' angles. We are truly pleased with his services and would certainly call him again if needed. He guaranteed his work for 30 days and said he would come right back if we saw any bees returning. I cannot believe he did so much for the money he requested. Use him if you have any bee problems!

Showed up on time and gave a very fair estimate to complete the job. On day of actual work, also showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner and results were excellent.

I contacted Space Coast Bee Services Monday morning (Sep, 30), I spoke with John who was extremely knowledgeable on the subject of Bees and their activities such as swarming and nesting patterns; as well as the social structure taking place within the hive itself. Although he was willing to come out that evening we agreed to do the job the following night (removing the hive at night ensures more of the bees will be in the hive at time of removal, leaving less stragglers to remain in the area over the next few days). Arriving promptly at 8:00 PM John immediately assessed the situation, briefed me on what was to take place - as well safety precautions such as; shutting outside lights off to avoid attracting bees once the hive was disturbed. The removal process involved going into the shed at night, moving numerous obstacles from the shed floor to allow access to the planking above the hive, which he then "closed the shed doors", and utilizing smoke he began cutting out the floor area above the hive. This is the part that was particularly amazing to me; to be in a shed, full of smoke and very angry bees - in the dark! - this is a nightmare for most people however, John was undeterred and completely calm throughout the entire process, a true professional. The job was completed in just over an hour; the area around the shed was cleared of all debris and everything was returned to the shed. This morning (the day after removal) I have only found a couple of bees on the back porch, and can now let the dog roam free throughout the yard again without my concern for her getting too close to the hive. Space Coast Bee Services were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Although this (bee removal) is not something most people have to deal with however, If and when you do it certainly helps hiring a company that can make it - pardon the pun - as painless as possible. Space Coast Bee Services is the company I would certainly recommend.

For many years, I had pest control done every other month with the provider coming into my home and spraying. Three years ago, I learned through a friend about John, the owner of Space Coast Bee Service. He provides bee service as well as pest control. He comes inside my home once a year, and treats areas like wall outlets, switches and cabinet hinges. He also comes several times during the year to spray around the perimeter of my home. Whatever he does it works! I can honestly say I have not seen a bug inside my home since I hired Space Coast Bee Service. John is extremely helpful and pleasant. He always calls to inform me when he is coming to treat the outside of my home, and arrives at the time he says. I am extremely pleased with the service, and have recommended John to several of my neighbors who have had the same great experience. I highly recommend!

So he gave me a time of around 9 pm. He was off by an hour and he called to say he was running late. He arrive , I showed him the place where the bees were going into my roof. He set up a ladder and went right to work , putting a red light , then a white light and possibly a camera down into the area . After discussion , it was decided it would be good to open up a small portion of the wood to make the space more visible and accessible to the bees. He removed a small comb, and did some other things to get rid of the bees. He then replaced the wood that he had cut away and began caulking all the seams so bees could not squeeze thru and taped up some wholes until I can buy wood plugs to properly cover the taped holes. He also was knowledgable about bees . I will hire this company again if I ever see bee swarming or attempting to make my home their home.

I was very impressed with what service was provided. He did a great job of removing the bees and hive. What I wouldn't do is wait if you see a small bee hive. Try to take care of it early cause I'm sure if we would have just gotten it taken care of before, we wouldn't have had as much cut out of the floor of our shed.
