Stewart did tile for 4 of our bathrooms, two showers(they look just magnificent!!!), installed bamboo that I purchased, tile in our laundry room, foyer, kitchen and the backsplash in our kitchen also. Did a drywall repair for our western wall in our master bedroom. Stewart has an artistic eye, takes great pride in his work, very pleasant, always cheerful, respectful, and easy to get along with. He is such a hard worker!! His pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend Stewart to anyone! He is an exceptional tradesman. He is a jack of all trades and a master of many.

Having successfully set kitchen tile in our home remodel project (See earlier comments on Stuart Taylor setting kitchen tile) we asked Stuart to help us with the master bath to include floor tile, shower tile and tub surround tile. He came over at least two times to help us with the design of the bathroom for we wanted to add some trim pieces and were not sure how to incorporate them. Stuart was very patient and helpful and with his expert advice we came up with a design that was very pleasing to us all. The travertine installation was, in short, an act of precision. The shower stall was most difficult for it contained an angled foot rest and a tiled pocket for holding shampoo etc. The tub surround and the incorporated trim pieces are a standout. And, again, the floor appeared to have been ?poured? seamlessly. We are very proud of the work Stuart did in both the kitchen and master bath. We are especially grateful for the pre-installation help Stuart gave us easing the uncertainty we had in picking a design that would be pleasing. We have no reservation in recommending Stuart to anyone who wants quality work done in a timely manner at a competitive price.

My wife and I are in the process of a complete remodel of a house we recently bought. I asked one of the tradesmen working on the house if he could recommend a first-class tile installer to do our kitchen floor tiles. Without hesitation he said, ?Get Stuart Taylor you?ll never regret it.? That was an understatement for we are extremely pleased with Stuart and are eager to recommend him to our neighbors in Tampa. We used very costly 18? x 18? polished travertine tile and were very concerned that the installation be done correctly. The kitchen is an interior kitchen with many angled walls. When Stuart came over to estimate the work he took the time to give us some options for the flooring to fit in with an odd shaped kitchen. We appreciated his expertise for he removed the uncertainty we had about the best way to orient and set the flooring. Stuart started the job about a week later and within four days of steady work was finished. The way I describe the floor to family and friends is that it appears as if the floor was poured on the slab. The set tile has 1/8? grout lines and Stuart paid meticulous attention to make sure adjacent tiles line up and have no protrusions or ?lips? and all the grout lines are straight as an arrow. Having stated earlier about the odd shape of the kitchen; this meant that the edge tiles had to be individually angle-cut and set. These were expertly done and blended in seamlessly. Stuart is an absolute perfectionist and is eager to please his customers.
