Simple floors scheduled install for 8/12. They arrived the morning of 8/12 ready to go. It was estimated the job could take up to 4 days but they finished in 2. The floors are beautiful. The installers were missing 1 piece of molding during installation. Simple floors sent someone out the next day to install the last piece of molding to finish the job. I highly recommend Simple Floors. They did everything they said when we were at the showroom. We are extremely pleased with the end result and it was very easy doing business with these good people.

Excellent service! Great pricing! Quality product! Simple floors sold and installed new hardwood floors for our home. They came out to provided us with an accurate quote and they even brung out sample pieces to present us what it would look like. The installation which included all of downstairs, the stairs, the upstairs hallway and our big office space. Total was around 1200 sq. ft. The work took about 4 days, but we were told 1 week to complete and the crew took care of everything. Pricing - Pricing on their flooring was better for higher grade flooring then the cheaper bamboo and engineered floors at the lumber store and big box stores! Service - We were highly impressed with their workmanship. We originally wanted to not have quarter round installed and wanted the cleaner look of just baseboards but after speaking with Benjamin he explained the pros and cons. We decided to go with quarter round and it looks great! Precise cuts and clean lines! Highly recommend them!

They were fine and their pricing was in line. They quoted us around $650 per square foot but they had Memorial Day sales so they came down to $541 per square foot. Our experience was very good. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating but the only issue we couldn't’t go with them was the price.

SimpleFloors installed a high-quality floor in a timely manner as promised. The materials are beautiful and of excellent construction. We were looking for something extremely durable with unusual character. We purchased the Stranded Eucalyptus flooring which has one of the highest hardness ratings. This was a new product at the time and so we had to wait for the material to arrive at the warehouse. The proprietor of SimpleFloors, Ben, kept us informed as to delivery dates and scheduled the installation with his expert installers. Ben is very personable and involved with the installers to ensure that all aspects of the work are completed as promised. Ben takes pride in his company and makes sure the product and installation reflect this. The installation went better than expected. The installers scraped the floors prior to installation- something other installers don?t do. They also did some preparation of subflooring upstairs to correct faults from the house construction. Our stairs made creaking noises once we removed the carpeting and we needed this corrected before the new floors went on. Ben called a carpenter and he came out to the house the same day to fix our problem. The installer working on the stairs showed a lot of caring for his craft and took his time to do the job perfectly. The final outcome looks extremely beautiful. The finish is holding up nicely and the floor resists any scratching. The floor boards are all tight and there is no creaking anywhere in the installation. Thanks to Ben and his team for an exceptional job and product.

Benjamin Bee, the CEO/Owner of SimpleFLOORS, Tampa and his entire team were thoroughly professional in all regards and phases of the work we engaged them to perform. Their pricing was very competitive, they were prompt, courteous and efficient. They delivered first rate, quality work and most importantly, they did what they said they would do. Also, they under-promised and over-delivered, which is highly unusual in today's business environment where businesses routinely bad-mouth their competitors and over-inflate the quality of their product or service. Benjamin and his team gave us a first rate quality, gorgeous hardwood floor that we have already received compliments on from whomever we have had in our home. Benjamin and his team are problem solvers that know their business, including the multiple insurance loss and bank forms required; are easy to work with; and not only met, but exceeded our expectations. We recommend them highly and look forward to doing business with them again in the future for additional flooring projects we undertake. As for us, we're demanding consumers and shopped Angie's list for two of Benjamin's competitors who didn't compare favorably to Benjamin in any of the categories we rated above.

I truly can't say enough great things about SimpleFloors. This review will look as though they paid me to write it but I swear it is the truth! I am just finishing a whole house remodel. During this experience I came to learn just how different contractors and service providers can be. SimpleFloors by far stood out as the best vendor I worked with on the whole project. The owner, Benjamin, is the nicest guy ever and his staff is the same. They actually care about whether you are happy and want you to love the results. The floor I picked is gorgeous. (I'll have to add pics later.) Everyone who sees it goes crazy over it and wants a sample and the name of the company. I had looked everywhere for a beautiful hardwood that had a texture but wasn't overdone or repetitive the way some handscraped floors can look. The Old World Chisel collection from SimpleFloors is perfect! Character that is classy, not cheesy. Every board is hand chiseled so there is no repetition. And they have so many options to choose from. The hardest part was that so many of their options were so beautiful, it was hard to make the final choice. But my choice turned out great. And the price was great for the quality and beauty! Now, for their service...it was truly above and beyond!! My remodel hit many bumps and delays. Benjamin and his team were so helpful and patient through it all. They had to make many trips to my house and do the job in stages because of delays created by other vendors. But they were so helpful and accommodating and did all they could to keep the other trades moving forward to get my house done. They actually cared. Part of my remodel included a complicated process of rebuilding some existing stairs and Benjamin even helped figure out the best way to accomplish the stair build so that the stair treads would look good with the hardwood floors. Benjamin is very particular about how the project looks and even voluntarily returned some trim pieces that he felt didn't match well enough. (I didn't ever have to say "hmmm...does that match?" because he beat me to it.) They were a joy to work with. I had Jefferson as an installer. At first I thought he was a little high maintenance about not letting anyone else on the unprotected floors but I soon came to learn (after other contractors dragged heavy cabinets across the floors) that Jefferson was right. So, trust that he knows what's best and will give you beautiful floors! Thanks so much to everyone at SimpleFloors!!!

We had gone to several other businesses in search of hardwood floors and found simple floors to be by far the best! Excellent service, selection and price. Benjamin took the time to listen to our needs and assist us in making a decision on flooring. We went into the store several times before we made our final decision and were always given excellent quality service. We found them to be very knowledgeable and we were treated like family! We decided to install the floors on our own and so far we are extremely satisfied with our new floors. Can't wait to finish the project so we can share some of our photos with our friends at SImple Floors!
