Description of Work: I noticed that our water pump was cycling every 10 minutes and started making different sound. Called this company, as our old well company out of business. I chose them for the local and good reviews they received over time. A gentleman came out and confirmed what we suspected, the line had a leak. He and my husband hooked up a hose from the house to the pump and the pump stopped cycling on and off so often. We will probably need a new pump and will probably use them again.

Description of Work: Have used Pope's for several years for well drilling and repairs. each time they were timely and professional. this last time they came out on a Sunday morning 30 minutes after my call. what more can you ask for. job well done. Definitely would recommend their use.

Description of Work: Danny was our tech and did a great job , the price quoted was right and he didn't go over with the bill in the end . He explained what was wrong and showed me the defective part . Great Job and I will start using Popes for all our well needs.

I had a house full of family members staying for the week....My neighbor came over and hooked up my water hose to his water so that we would have something until I could have someone fix the problem. I called Pope's Water System and that very morning Andy came out to the house. He tested a few things and before I knew it he had replaced a pressure switch and within an hour I had water again. Thank you Andy and Pope's Water.

 + -1 moreMy previous water tank was around 35 years old and they came out to replace it. I was afraid the old tank would burn out the well pump. Pope's was wonderful. I had two workers from Pope's come out, Lee & Nevin. They called me before they came out & changed the tank out within about 20-25 minutes & hauled off the old tank. They knew what they were doing & were very knowledgeable. They also kept old records from the previous mechanic's files who had come out to service my tank before so they when they came out this time, they brought a new tank with them. I even asked to pay by check & they said I could. I have used Pope's over the years and I will use them again.
Description of Work: They replaced the water tank on my well. (The pump kept cycling.)
