They have done an excellent job. I have signed an agreement with them to continue their services. The first time they came out they did a thorough job inside and outside of the house. Now they do the exterior of the house. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were looking for a company that can use "green" pest control products to reduce toxicity within and outside our home. Found Nvirotect on Angie's List and the rest is history. They have been responsive and professional and their prices are competitive.We will recommend them to others as the opportunities arise.

I have been absolutely WOWED from my first inquiry to this company-through to today's initial inspection and service call!I found myself in need of a pest control company recently-as multiple buyouts,changes of ownership,etc. had left my previous service non-responsive. I happen to be highly chemical sensitive-and am also very protective of my pets and visitors in this regard.I had seen nVirotect advertised and noted the consistent high ratings on "The" List--so sent out e-mail inquiries(to a few companies;but nVirotect is who I chose). Judy at nVirotect not only responded via e-mail promptly,positively and professionally---she laid out in detail the cost and plan for treatment in a couple of scenarios--so there would be no surprises,hidden costs,or miscommunication.Further,this company gladly worked around my admittedly difficult work schedule. Joe (the tech) called me today-and explained when he would be arriving-giving me a little leeway to do "stuff".He showed up exactly on time--in uniform---and immediately inspected/assessed the bugs I was concerned with.He explained what his plan of treatment was-how and where he was doing it--AND even explained the chemicals,and what they do.Very thorough and reassuring.He put on shoe covers when inside my home(without me asking!) Upon finishing inside-he further explained future treatments--how their services work--and explained the billing,paperwork,etc. I fully expected to be paying some sort of "startup fee" or something---as most businesses tend to do with new clientele.But,everything was just as advertised--and being that I did not have an infestation,the Angie's List offer was honored.Again---WOW!!!!! These folks know their business----are reasonably priced----and most importantly---know customer service.Well done!!!

My house had become infested with sugar ants over two years ago. We have a small dog and were worried about the chemicals used by many pest companies. A friend of mine had recommended Nvirotect. They came in and were very courteous and professional. They did a thorough inspection of the whole house. They had explained why the methods I tried from online and Lowe's were not effective. Every time I call in I receive the best, prompt service. I can't say enough great things about Nvirotect. I have not seen a single pest in my home since getting their service over two years ago!!!!

I have three cats and that is why I chose Nvirotect. They have a geen pest control service. Their standard service begins with an intensive interior and exterior treatment of the structure followed by a recurring exterior service focusing on harborage areas around the perimeter of the structure. Interior service will be performed at the customer's request at no additional charge, if included pests are present. Joe is the man who did the work. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He was very thorough. The treatment he did was for ants and any other problem I might have. He took his time, and as I said, explained everything he was doing. After he took care of the inside of the house he sprayed the outside of the house. My first service was free and after that I will have three more services for $75 each.

They use an environmentally safe product, which is why we use them. They've been pretty good so far. They respond pretty quickly if I call with a problem or see pests. They charge quarterly and give a discount if you pay by the year. They also call before they come. The techs seem to do a thorough job.

Free estimate to see if there was a termite infestation. Technician Jonathan was excellent. He was punctual, knowledgeable and explained different things in regards to pest control to me in very understandable. Was not afraid to answer questions.

We signed up for an annual contact with them, but they waived the fee for the inital visit because we're Angie's List members. They showed up on time and seem very professional. He took the time to discuss everything with us.

They came, treated outside, had dead bugs later. Currently have them coming back to eliminate some small bugs on inside.

Jonathan was prompt in returning calls and punctual in his visits. I feel his knowledge of the two options--bait and trap treatment versus more the more invasive drill and cap treatment--was sound. We chose the bait and trap system. Will know in the future how effective the bait and trap treatment is. We were pleased with the installation of the traps and look forward to years of effective protection.

We just wanted the one time service, but ended up getting the quarterly contract because we were so happy with the service. I know you want more, but I am not good at this... They got here quick which I was VERY interested in, and were here on time. Tech was very professional -- couldn't ask for more!

Nvirotect has been servicing two of my homes every 3 months for about 2+ years. They are always very prompt, courteous and professional. They always provide great information whenever I ask questions. When asked, they take care to treat suspected trouble areas and has always treated the inside as well when asked for no additional charge.

I am all about using eco-friendly products and this company fits my needs. I had a big problem with ants getting into the house and since I've had the perimeter of the house spray every quarter, there is has been no ants or anything else getting in. I started seeing termites in my living room and when their representative came out, he found they were in my wood beam ceiling; he found their entry/exit area and injected in that location and this year I had no flying termites in my home. I also started to use their sister company for the rest of the yard, again ant problems and weeds galore. My yard is being taken back over by grass and the ant hills are gone. Both are wonderful services and this is a great company to work with; so happy to have found them.

The first visit (1/22/14) included baiting for ghost ants along with a clear explanation of the method being used. The technician inspected the inside and outside of our house. He was very professional, thorough, courteous and informative. The last 2 visits have been outside. We have not had any problems with pests and are pleased with the service.

Had to recall company as ants found another entry. Company responded and treated again inside and out. No ants. Representative on time. Knowledgeable, went right to work. Took time and explained problems and plan to fix problem. Very cooperative and nice. would welcome back again.

Kurt was very nice. Asked lots of questions to make sure to tailor his services to my home's needs. He is a small business owner and clearly strives to provide the best services possible. Excellent customer service and fair pricing.

This was a follow-up service. They had been here last year to do the annual pest control service and this was the second time they come for this service. They called to remind me that the annual service had expired and at that time I scheduled the service. They were punctual, clean, and professional. I haven't had any problems with pests. Next year, I will definitely use them again!

although it has taken a few visits to alleviate our ant problem, I will say the company seems dedicated to doing what it takes to get the job done.
