Fraud! Nvirotect is not a reputable company! Steer clear! I have been a customer since 2021. Money wasted! Beware of Nvirotech Lawn Co! My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised a lush, green lawn but delivered dead patches and weeds. Despite several complaints and consistent communication about my dissatisfaction, their customer service employed fraudulent tactics. They led me to believe I had switched from an annual agreement to a month-to-month contract, providing them with additional months to improve their services and my lawn. After six more months of trying to give them a chance to improve, I finally decided to terminate my supposed month-to-month service. However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB.

Using their special method, Dalton and Josh humanely removed bees from the tree and sealed up the hive entrance. Sara managed our request for service from the wildlife division office. The staff response throughout the process was amazingly speedy. Thank you!

Eddie has been a like saver at StorQuest Tampa/Manhattan at 5002 S. Manhattan Ave. account # 13348. We had wasp nests everywhere along eaves, unit doors, and outside office. We also had mice and rats leaving droppings. We have 560 units; many of them with outside garage doors. None of the outside units, his responsibility, has reported a problem since a month or so after he started taking care of us! 4 THUMBS UP from Yolanda and Cat at StorQuest Tampa/Manhattan and 5 (or the highest) STARS!!!!

From the initial scheduling call to our visit with their technician, Nick, we could not be more pleased. Nick was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. The level of service we received from Nick and Nvirotects scheduling and billing staff, provided us with a complete comfort level that we were making the right decision in partnering with this company for our lawn care needs.

Went well! No initial charge for first appointment and better price than other pest control companies for quarterly service.

Christian was great - professional, respectful of my things and efficient. It was quite complicated -as what we thought were 2 squirrels, there were 7! He captured 6 of them and removed them from a very difficult area, the last one got away back up the vent pipe. Given the circumstances, he did an excellent job. I am a renter so I truly appreciated his help with this problem as it was an emergency and I needed help immediately. I called in the morning and they fit me into their schedule that afternoon.

If I could give zero stars I would... Did Termite inspection for home we planned on purchasing. Long story short paid $290K for a home based on their inspection and on the 1st day found live termites in wood floor. So bought a home and price dropped 20% because of their negligence... Have been fighting with them now for over 3 months trying to remove them with no progress. They have never found any new termites, weve had to find them ourselves, hold their hand and show them where they're located. They tell us it takes time to remove but if they started the proper treatment asap maybe theyd already be gone as weve been here around 100 days and theyve been treating the property for approx 30 days longer..... Rude, horrible customer service also, Jody is very unpleasant to say the least. Drilled into patio for treatment and hit water pipe. Didnt repair back to original cause "it wasnt up to code." Than installed new pipe improperly and looks horrible and also installed it themselves NOT UP TO CODE. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! And yes this is making the long story short, so much more but would take hours to type all out.....

They are the most reliable, professional and courteous lawn and pest company I’ve ever had.

Within 3 hours of calling, Christian Badalament showed up, assessed the situation and we agreed that he would set up a trap for 4 days and then fill in the hole with concrete. Christian came each day including a public holiday. We caught two Armadillos, a small one and a very big one on different days. Christian released them into the wild. We were impressed with Christian’s knowledge, dedication to his clients (human and wild life), as well as his professionalism.

Christian was on time, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fast! We have been using this company for indoor/outdoor preventative maintenance care for a couple years and called them to help seal a few holes. They always send the best guys. Christian did a great job and was able to quote and complete the work in the same day. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely work with them again!

He went above and beyond when I called with suspicion of rodents in my attic, arranging to come out and complete a thorough inspection the same day. Christian was very clear and specific about how they would eliminate any rodents and described the way the work on the soffits would prevent any future infestation. The work was done promptly. Traps were set in the attic and checked periodically until there was no trace of infestation. Christian was very friendly and professional. Due to an area that had been opened up by another service person, one small part of the soffit could not be finished, but he promised to came back when the area was repaired and finish. When I called him to finish, he promptly arranged it.

Amazing! The technician was professional and knew exactly how to solve my issues! One week of trapping and BOOM no more raccoons.

I can't say enough good things about Nvirotect! This is the 2nd home we've used them on and they have been so attentive to address our needs. We have new sod and Dan has worked extra hard to ensure we are getting the right treatment for it. He explains everything thoroughly and listens to our concerns and addresses them appropriately. Our grass is now really starting to come in beautifully! Cesar has also been wonderful with our in-home pest treatment. Called Nvirotect after my previous lawn care provider failed to control lawn pests and weeds. I was asked to provide an online survey and then a lawn tech visited my house and assessed the damage to my lawn and told me what could be done. The tech reviewed the treatment plan options with me and I felt comfortable enough to hire their services. My previous provider NEVER provided such personal service. So far, I satisfied with their service and professional approach.

Our Tech, Dan, does an outstanding job. We recently laid down sod which had trouble filling in, and also contracted cinch bugs. Dan took care of the bugs and laid down fertilizer, and now our lawn looks lush, green and great!

Dan was awesome. He was thorough, professional and considerate! He listened to my concerns about my yard and treated accordingly!

Christian and Nvirotect was the right service provider to help my family remove and prevent a rodent problem we developed. When Christian first inspected our home, he immediately identified several of our issues, including an entry point our new guests had created for themselves. Christian provided a complimentary fix to one of the obvious entry points. No gimmick or pressure sales tactic. He was sincere and authentic about helping us resolve our issue. Our service gameplan included "trapping" to address the guests that were currently in our home. Christian/Nvirotect showed up as promised to inspect the traps. He was very professional in our home and made my wife feel comfortable and reassured her that he would resolve the problem. After replacing our roof, Christian/Nvirotect, addressed every potential entry point (large roof). The work was professionally done (clean, seamless and painted afterwards). Additionally, as we addressed the last couple of guests in our home, Christian continued to address problem points inside our home until the last guest was trapped. I would be reminisced if I did not call out that Christian made himself available 24x7. When the last guest was caught, Christian was responsive to my wife's call and came over to address very early in the morning...proving he was true to his word. I would highly recommend Nvirotect/Christian. Their cost was very reasonable and the service excellent.

If you're looking to get locked into a monthly service contract and pay top dollar for poor service, then this is the company for you! I switched my lawn service after 6 months with GreenLife based on the recommendation of our landscaper...what a mistake! After a month of service with Nvirotect we now have weeds and the entire yard is infested with small moth-like bugs. I attempted to switch to another company based on Nvirotect's poor quality, but was told that I was locked into a 1-yr contract. I could stop service; however, I would still be liable for the 1-yr contract of $900. They wouldn't even let my prorate for the cost of the 1st application, which already cost me $100 for weeds and bugs. Additionally, they recommended to wait until the next month's application instead of correcting the situation right away. I highly recommend looking for other options before locking yourself into this overpriced and poorly run company.

I requested 100% GREEN products because we have lots of cats and I really care about the environment. Weston was great! He used this corn-based product that won't hurt my kitties but will keep the bugs out. He really listened to my needs and respected my wishes. Great service -- very considerate.
