I have been using Dan at Nvirotect for many years and am very happy with the care and concern and time he takes with my yard. He is willing to answer any question and come out if I see a problem. I would highly recommend this company..

I had a problem with rodents in my attic. Christian B came to do an inspection. He was very experienced, professional and courteous. His recommendations were spot on, and within one week my problem was solved, my home remediated, and now my wife and I can sleep tonight! I would recommend Nvirotect and especially Christian B!

The silverfish are under control, but have not been eliminated yet. I moved from quarterly treatments to monthly treatments. It has taken longer than anticipated, because we are only treating the exterior perimeter of the home. I do not want any chemicals in the home interior.

I first used Nvirotect 2 years ago when my family brought home bedbugs from the Hilton hotel in Orlando. What a nightmare! Nvirotect was one of the only companies I found that treats that problem. They took care of the problem completely, and were very empathetic to me throughout the whole ordeal. I am a clean freak, and the situation sent my anxiety through the roof, but the tech was amazing and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I used them again for critter removal at both my home and my mom's home. I had mice in my attic, and my mom had raccoons using her roof as a highway every night. Nvirotect was great. They did several trappings for my mouse problem, and sealed off all the openings in my attic, so no more critters could get in. At my mom's house, they set humane traps for the raccoons, and came several nights in a row to collect the intruders. What I love about this company is that they relocate the raccoons to an area near one of the employee's homes. They also rescue critters if needed. On one visit to my house, the tech had just come upon 2 baby raccoons in a parking lot, separated from their mother during Hurricane Irma. He could tell they didn't know how to manage on their own, so he picked them up and put them in his truck on his way to my house. I was lucky enough to be able to see the little cuties. The tech told me he would be rehabbing them at his home, and then releasing into the wild. Great people at this company!

Don with Nvirotech has been doing my yard for three years. He is very good about pointing out problems and treating the area as well as making suggestions for future care and watering. Highly recommend.

EVERY single time ( 3 in a row) I had service to come there was an issue. They come as they please and most times it is difficult to be home - so come to find out only 25% of the work was completed each time I checked. Finally I cancelled as they can not be trusted - and they still came again after I canceled for the wrong treatment.. again.. when I was not home! Disorganized and not trustworthy.

Christian and Tyler were very thorough, professional and courteous. I was impressed with the excellent service and follow up visits. They took the time to educate me on how to handle the problem. It was for an outside call. We are set up with them on a quarterly basis. This was for a special call. We had mud dauber nest that I wanted taken care of. So they came back out between at no charge also. We spend $105.00 a quarter. They come out once a quarter but I can call them anytime I see something and they will come back out at no charge. They are fine. Their office staff knows who you are each time you call. They know where you are. If I have any questions, they are very prompt in answering. Their dispatch is good too. Like the last call, I told them it was not an emergency that they could send her out the next time in my area. That turned out to be a day or two later and that was fine. I think it is a smaller family owned company. I have been using them for one year in June.

Okay, listen. I've been in my current residence for over 5 years, and we've NEVER had a problem with pests. You have no idea how much I wish this pic was googled instead of my reality for the last week. Apparently, we had a millipede nest that literally drove us to entering through the garage. Every entrance was armed with a broom and pan. My husband kept telling me that it would be fine with the next over-the-counter thing, and he did complete 2 different treatments and a pressure wash to no avail. When they finally started to invade the house, it was the last straw. I called Nvirotect over the weekend and left a rather frantic message. They returned my call first thing Monday morning and were out at my house Tuesday to treat both my house and the yard. Their prices are fair. The techs were timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. They responded to me immediately. I found them through a great rating on Angie's list, and I wanted to add my sincere gratitude. I plan on having a long, pest-free relationship with them. The only bug I want to see is the blue ladybug on the lawn sign outside my house! Thank you!!

The agreement was that the treatment was guaranteed, and if I had a problem between the treatments they would come with no charge. They eventually started refusing to come out and arguing with me about coming out. I dreaded calling them, and I felt disrespected and not listened to by the people in the office. I was very happy with the technician though, he did work hard for me. The last time I called the office, they told me to have samples of the bugs, which I did the best I could, even though the bugs are very tiny. I did show them the samples. The technician that came out refused to give me any treatment because the office told them not to do any treatment.

It was fine. They came in and I think they did a thorough job. Their pricing is a one shot deal, where a lot of companies, they charge you. They sign you up for an annual contract, so it's essentially the same, so they are getting their money up front, and if you have any re-calls it's free. Where as the other companies, you pay them I guess a monthly fee or a bi-monthly fee, I forget how it goes, but it's essentially the same as everyone else when it comes down to it. They were excellent, they were very thorough, and very professional.

I am extremely happy with their work. Period.

Within a few months, the lawn recovered and is already in great condition!

I have had them handling my pest control for about a year now. They are great. They service quarterly, exterior only unless you are home and then they are happy to address any interior issues. I have had a few times over the year that I had to call for special service because I had ants and then fruit flies. They were extremely nice and my regular rep came to my house right away. My current rep Brittany is so very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The ants and fruit flies are gone. I highly recommend this very professional company.

Well, I have had them now since the beginning of the year and I have had NO problems at all. No ants, no live roaches. If we see anything, it's on its last leg, but even that has been very rare. Mike treated the inside ONE time this year and has only treated the outside quarterly. Awesome! Did you hear me? ONE TIME. NO chemicals sprayed inside. I've never had to call them for an extra spray. You need to give Nvirotect a try. By the way, don't spell the name wrong because you might get the wrong company. ===> Nvirotect is the name.

They do my house and my yard. They come out on a regular basis. It's an annual contract. They do a maintenance on my yard throughout the year. It's about $600-$700 a year. They do good work.
