Fantastic service. One of the owners came out immediately, found the nest and treated it. He asked me to check it the next day and I found wasps still flying around. He came out the following day and assessed that the nest was dying and it only needed a few more days until the wasps were gone. He was right! I was back cutting brush the next weekend, this time with Epi-Pen available but unnecessary. There was one wasp remaining and I gladly killed him.

They were very quick to respond. Very thorough, asked about any problems we noticed and addressed all issues. Fully explained all services and background. All products are pet and children friendly, they were very happy to give references of other areas serviced. Have noticed no problems with spiders or any pests since visit.

Their service man came right on time and did a thorough look around and sprayed around all doors and openings and around the main window where ants seemed to be coming in. He gave us some helpful hints on plugging the points of entry. He put bait traps where needed and sprayed around the outside of the house. He also sprayed inside and outside the garage. He did a sweep outside the house to knock down any wasp nests. He did a great job. We did see some spiders just this past week and they came out and sprayed again at no extra charge

Christoph was prompt and on time for appointments and quickly identified a rat as our problem after finding droppings in the storage area above our garage. The fix was to stuff steel wool in the bottom of the A/C housing outlet and then inject expandable foam above the steel wool. I initially felt the $250 charge was a tad high as the materials could not have exceeded $5 but when I considered Christoph made three trips and checked the perimeter of my villa for signs of infestation maybe the fee was right. Christoph is a very engaging young man and it was a pleasure to work with him.

I went through Angie's List to send Nvirotect an e-mail regarding an estimate for pest control. They still haven't responded to the request after six weeks. If their upfront follow-through is that poor, I cannot imagine how their total service would be. This is a disappointment since it was ranked high on Angie's List.

They were within the price. They were very professional and very cordial, and they explained everything to me. I just decided to go with another company closer to my home.

He arrived, set traps, sealed all openings with steel wool and foam. Returned another day to inspect and retrieve traps. In the process he caused some damage by putting a screw in a wire that controlled the house thermostat. He payed for that repair. Pleased with his honesty.

This company performs the services more often and at half the price of the company that I previously used. Since it is winter and the lawn is mostly dead, I can't tell you how well their products work, but I have been completely satisfied with their price and the fact that they come when they are supposed to.

They are very professional and they come out in a timely manner. The fact that we are using environmental friendly pest control, where I don?t have to vacate family and pets, is very important to me. Their prices are competitive too. I would rate them highly. Once the term of the annual contract is over, I will reassess and see if I have less or more bugs in my house, and then decide if I want to continue with them or not.

Overall this was one of the best vendors we have ever used at our home. After our ant problem continued to progress after several additional treatments from our pest control company we decided to do some research on other companies. We searched on the web for pest control companies in Tampa and Nvirotect popped up. Later we found out that they are the only company that has been green certified in the Tampa Market this created a lot of added value to us. We decided to contact them. I spoke with Christoph Nord on the Phone he was very helpful and actually scheduled a time to meet me at my home. This was the first time I felt like a Pest Control Company actually cared about me as a customer. The showed up on the time they promised and Lenny the Technician was well dressed and looked very professional. Being that we had such a bad ant problem I had a lot of questions to ask and Lenny offered to walk me through each step as he performed it as well as described the ways the products worked. Like I said earlier before I decided to submit this I wanted to be sure it worked and the ants are still gone. Thank you Nvirotect and you have my highest recommendations.
