Description of Work: We discovered carpenter ants in our attic that migrated throughout the house. Lenny came out within 2 days and we signed up for an annual contract at $90/quarter. The first visit was free. He did a thorough job of treating inside and out; the remainder of the treatments will all be outside. The treatment worked great; if it hadn't, he would have come back in two weeks to treat again. NOTE: Nvirotect is the same company as Neighborhood Pest Control, with whom we have an annual contract to fertilize and spray our outside shrubs and lawn. They also do an excellent job. Jessica answers the phone for both services and she is always pleasant and accomodating.
