Went very well. Greg was easy to work with. Hector performed the work cleaning, sealing and color sealed the time. Very fast worker with high quality.

It looks awesome. He came out on a Sunday just so he could get the job done before we flew in on Tuesday. Great personality and easy to work with. Went above and beyond.

Greg came out in December to give us a quote and was on time and super polite. We told him we were interested in having it done, he asked us for a date and said he'd be out there at 9AM on that date. They showed up, moved some furniture out to the garage and spent the next handful of hours coloring and sealing the grout. Greg suggested a light grey and that's what we ended up using. It turned out great and made the tile look like new. Would definitely use again.

VERY impressed with this company- i bought the angies list big deal and greg responded via email within hours, came the next day for an estimate, and sent Hector to clean the grout. Greg and Hector were both very friendly and professional and punctual. The floor looks like it is brand new- in fact i think it looks better than when it was new! Hector told me the best way to keep the floor clean for the future. A completely positive experience from start to finish- I would recommend this company to anyone with old dirty grout! Really nice guys who take great pride in their work.

It is FLAWLESS! Greg came to my home for the estimate and explained their cleaning and grouting process and how they vary from competitors. Let me tell you, you get what you pay for - their service was exceptional! Hector showed up on a Sunday to grout my home (they squeezed me in on a wknd)! His attention to detail in my new home was so appreciated - he was so tidy and cleaned up each square of tile as he went along. He even showed me 3 different grout colors to choose from, even though he knew which one would match best from the moment he saw my floor. He let it stay MY decision. I'd definitely recommend working with this company if you're thinking about sealing grout or changing the color - they are a terrific team who really take pride in their work. I'll be referring them to all my neighbors since I'm in a brand new subdivision!

Sir Grout Tampa did a great job, Hector is top notch. This was no small chore as the shower/house was built in the 90s and to our knowledge, shower grout had never had such a cleaning. The tile was very small. Hector took the group back to white the job took approx 4-5 hours. However the color started to fade back, within a day we could tell it was going to need to be hit again. Hector advised us that this might happen. Contacted Sir Grout and they were responsive and arranged to come back out. This time it is looking whiter than ever. We can tell that it will need another cleaning before we sell it, so we are just not going to use that shower after we list it. Still, we give Sir Grout overall top grades especially for customer service, quality and responsiveness.

Our phone call was returned within hours of leaving a message. Hector came out the next morning, on time. He explained everything before he started and answered all our questions. He finished in the time he had predicted. We had all of our floor tile and grout thoroughly cleaned and the grout resealed with a perfect color match for our tile. The floors are beautiful, again! Hector was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him, and Sir Grout!

Greg arrived at the agreed appointment time and looked at all of our floors. He stated because of the amount of tile floor we have in our house it would probably take them two days to complete the job. We scheduled a start date and the team arrived right on time and helped us get furniture and rugs out of their way, they worked very hard and didn't even take a lunch break. After completing a room and the grout was dry they helped move furniture back in place. My wife and I are very pleased with the work they did. Many of our friends have seen our floors and have wanted to know who preformed the work. We have recommended Sir Grout to them and many of our friends.

Smooth as silk...Greg Lynch described his company's product and service in detail . .He came to the job site to accurately estimate job costs., then gave us a competitive price. .He made arrangements to meet our tight schedule . His technician , Hector, was pleasant, but also all business...he told us exactly what processes he was using and when the floor could be "open" for traffic. He worked straight through until the job was completed....including the clean up. We appreciate Hector's dedication. Since completion the product performs as advertised and looks super..we are ecstatic with the results.

Greg was very informative, professional and honest in describing to us the job that Sir Grout could do. Hector, the tech who did the actual work, did an outstanding job. He was extremely careful and professional. He made a suggestion on a color change for some of the grout which turned out to be a very nice improvement for the look of the rooms affected. Would definitely use Sir Grout again and definitely would recommend them.

Owner came out and told me he would be job but the condition of tile and grout did not really need his service Not sure anyone else would have done that. Have not done but if I do I will use them

I contacted Greg at Sir Grout and he called me back within 20 minutes. He said he had an opening the very next weekend if i was available on Sunday. He was very polite and proffesional and said he would send someone to assess our floors and give us an estimate. Hector showed up on time and took time to show us several colors of grout. He actually put them on the floor so we could get a true sense of which color went best with our tile. We had several cracked tiles and Hector came on Sat to fix them. He then returned on Sunday to clean and seal our floors. I am very particular about work done in my house, and I cant say enough about the incredible job Hector did. The grout was filthy and I thought my only option was replacement of all my tiles. Fortunately for us we picked the perfect company. Hector was very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He walked us through the whole process and helped us pick a color. The grout is sealed by hand and I still am awed by how amazing my floors look. They truly look brand new ! ! So if your looking for perfection...call this company. I really cant say enough about the fabulous job they did.

Great experience. Greg (owner) was easy to deal with and made sure to spend time explaining the details of his products and the process his workers would use to make our tile floors in 4 bathrooms and 1 laundry room look great. I can not say enough about his crew - Hector and Brian (who are still at my home wrapping up things). After throughly cleaning our tile floors they were very concerned about our satisfaction and using the correct color for the tile and even as far as spending their time to apply different colors to our tile, let it dry and then consult with us on wether to continue. This all came with great personalities and 2 guys that are just as friendly as can be. My mother needs work at her home and I have all ready called her to let her know who she should call.

Representatives were on time. They were friendly and courteous and did a thorough job. I would use this company again without hesitation. Also, the owner is extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his work and job quality.

I found Sir Grout on Angie's List and they received an A rating. I called...they answered...the next day they came over to provide a quote (which was very reasonable considering the square footage was considerable). They do EVERYTHING with a brush on hands and knees. Knowing I had a special event on Monday, they scheduled the work to be done on Sunday with no premium charge added). The gents arrived on time...were very professional, nice, of good humor and polite. They finished the job quicker than I anticipated but it was not because they rushed it -- they're simply efficient. If you are seriously considering having your grout work done...STOP! Don't look further. And no, I'm not related to the owner. I don't know him from Adam. I just call it like I see it. If they sucked, I would have a scathing review...but they don't suck. They get an A+ in my book. I'm grateful I found 'em.

Greg was excellent. He cleaned the existing grout we had in three areas along with sealing and repainting. Scheduling was fantastic, he was very responsive. Greg didn't try to sell me but educated and explained things to me for what I could do in the future. He came off as a professional consultant rather than a sales person.

First of all, I wrote a review some time back, but it was posted on the incorrect Sir Grout web site. The site was actually located in Indiana. I want to resubmit because Greg did such a fine job of cleaning my grout and tile. He suggested the cleaner and told me I could fairly easily do it myself, but I know he works hard for his business. I did not want to have him come to my house, give me an estimate, and then not hire him. I did, however, appreciate his honesty. I think that this is a top-notch company. I have used it twice with wonderful results both times and I will use them again when I need to. My tile always looks fantastic when completed and holds up very well. Do not hesitate to use Greg. I apologize for the delay in this review. I did not intend it to go to Indiana!

I was somewhat disappointed in that I was expecting the grout to be cleaned to restore its original condition and color. Their web site shows an impressive video of the grout being steam cleaned, with dramatic results. That is not what happens. Yes, they clean very dirty areas with steam (such as the kitchen food preparation areas. But they only do it briefly to dislodge surface dirt. What they end up doing is applying a colored coating on top of the grout. While this does produce a pretty good uniform color, it is a coating, and like paint, can wear out or require reapplication in wear areas. While the product appears to work well in the short term, I am concerned about having to do this expensive process again and again in the future. Mostly I am disappointed that their web advertisement does not accurately represent what they actually do.

Greg did a wonderful job cleaning the grout. I thought he would have to reapply the stain, but when he was finished, it looked like new.

We originally met owner Greg at a recent Tampa home show where he walked us through their process and showed some before/after examples. Based on his knowledge and professionalism, we decided to go with Sir Grout to clean our tile. Communication with this company is excellent, calls are promptly returned and it was easy to set up both the estimate appointment and an actual job day appointment. Sir Grout was on time for both. The estimate was a bit higher than I thought it would be but: A) we have a lot of tile and B) you are paying for the sealer/colorizer step that other cleaning companies (that offer lower prices) don't include. We have three dogs and had many stained grout areas that would never clean up enough to match the rest of our grout. Sir Grout picks a grout colorizer color that ensures the end result will look consistent across the entire floor. Our job took (2) techs an entire day. Techs were very polite and professional. We are extremely pleased with the end result. We now have clean, sealed grout that is of uniform color everywhere you look. Sir Grout also moved furniture pieces as required to access all areas. You can probably find a less expensive "grout cleaning" company but (depending on how bad your stained areas are) will not likely get the perfect new tile/new grout look that Sir Grout achieves. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

They did a very good job in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with the results.
