Back in July/August 2020 I had this to say about Groutmaster Tampa: I recently needed grout work done at two different locations, and I am thrilled that I chose to use Groutmaster Tampa for these jobs! Greg and Hector are fantastic to work with! I especially appreciate how Greg takes the time to explain options/choices, and how he backs his work with prompt follow-up service! Further, the communication was perfect, with updates on scheduling, arrival, and completion so that I was in the loop with the progress. Finally, Groutmaster Tampa is competitively priced. So, if you need grout work done from a reputable and dependable company, look no further than Groutmaster Tampa! Update October 2022: I had a few grout lines that needed to be fixed as the color had worn away in small spots over a couple of years. I contacted Greg and was pleasantly surprised that he came right over and touched everything up, covered under warranty! Greg is amazing in the quality of his service, as well as standing behind his work! Highly recommend Grout Master Tampa once again!!!

PLEASE - PLEASE - PLEASE do not use Greg's company! His card states satisfaction guaranteed, thats false. I paid a premium price for my house to have our tile cleaned and Greg did p*** poor work! There were paint spots left on the floor and Greg stated that I should have had the painters to clean them. I stated no thats what I am paying you for! TRUST ME....there are too many good quality national companies that would guarantee their work he dosent. Its crazy how he kept making excuses vs. saying no problem let me fix your issues until your satisfied. He is unfortunately, not honorable. He offered to give a portion of the payment back I advised to keep the money, I now have to have another company come out and fix his work. Fyi, I paid $750.00 cash for D+ service

I contacted Greg for an estimate to clean my tile and grout. He was very professional and honest. He provide me with great solutions to clean my grout and tile. I would highly recommend.

Greg and his crew did an above excellent job cleaning and sealing all of our grout/marble floors. They were on time and finished amazingly in a shorter time than was expected. I highly recommend them as reliable and for a job well done!

Hector and crew worked hard and did an amazing job. The floor looks as a if new floor has been installed. Thanks for a job well done. I would highly recommend Groutmasters.

Greg stopped by to give me a price on the flooring and had Hector come by to discuss what needed to be done with the shower. He gave me a very competitive price, and within a week all of the work had been done. The shower floor and walls look like new, and the tiles and grout in the other rooms also look fantastic.

Greg and Hector did a fabulous job - all the tile in my house looks like new - so does my shower. Punctual and very clean - Awesome job!

We had a company come clean our tile and what we got was a mess. But Grout Masters came to the rescue and sealed and recolored our grout - floor like new. Greg was very willing to help when he came to give his estimate and along with Hector and his assistant they did beautiful work. So thankful we found them and we are very pleased.

Greg Lynch, Groutmaster Tampa owner/operator, came to our home to provide an estimate for professional grout cleaning and sealing, plus a grout repair in our master bath shower. Seeing the moderate size of the job and after determining our comfort level with a do-it-yourself approach, he provided outstanding recommendations for grout cleaner and grout sealer products. He refused to take anything for his time and travel! My wife and I were impressed by his willingness to share professional advice rather than just charge us for the work. Clearly a business person of integrity, Mr. Lynch looked out for the well being of his potential customers, not wanting to bill us for work that could be done by ourselves with the right tools and products. Once it is time to actually replace or restore our tile throughout our home, we will most certainly be calling Groutmaster Tampa!

Everything was excellent, Greg showed up to give me an estimate on time. He took his time explaining how it would be done, how long he has been doing this and his roots in the community. On the day of the job he and his crew showed up right on time it looks fabulous our floors look as if they are brand new. They really take their time and you can tell they are proud of the work they do. I would definitely recommend.

Greg, was very knowledgeable, professional in his work along with his crew. Work was performed on Feb 21st it included kitchen, laundry master bath and second bath. I would differently hire Greg again

Outstanding. Greg and Hector did the job. Greg actually came out within 2 hours of my call to give me an estimate. They were here when promised and they did an outstanding job. Tile looks like it was new 13 years ago. I was thinking of replacing entire floor with Vinyl Planks, however, now as a result of this I will keep it for another 13 years. I would highly recommend Groutmaster Tampa and Greg and Hector. They coming back next week to do our master bath shower.

I called Greg and he came out later that day for estimate. He and Hector are very knowledgeable and the floors look great. I’ve already hired them to do another job for us. They will be regrouting the master bathroom shower.

Hector was fantastic and knew just what needed to be done. Greg came out and did the color seal on the floor tiles and it looks GREAT!
