Hector did a great job. He arrived on time and worked straight through for about five hours. This is not easy work. He is basically on his knees the entire time using a toothbrush to color seal the grout. We changed the coloring of the grout from a dark color to a very light one. The job came out great. Hector was careful to make sure the surrounding wooden floors and carpeting were not damaged. I would highly recommend Sir Grout for this type of work.

Hector was outstanding and made the tile and grout look new again. He was punctual, friendly and extremely professional. We will definitely use Sir Grout again and request Hector to do the work.

The owner from Sir Grout visited to review the job and provide a quote. He went over the product and process in detail providing a compelling explanation for the value they offer. He had testimonials and photos of similar jobs to assure us the floor would look like new. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and worked diligently to do a professional job. The bottom line is the floor looks like new ... and we don't need a new floor. We are happy customers who highly recommend Sir Grout to others in a similar situation.

Greg came by to give us an estimate. He showed us photos depicting the entire process and left a written estimate. On the scheduled day, Hector Contreras and his assistant, John, arrived on time. Hector explained everything they were going to do and began immediately. We have a medium light tile and grout, and the grout had became dark, especially in the high traffic areas. I took before and after pictures of our laundry room floor, which is our main entrance from the garage. Awesome results, professional attitude, friendly and hard working. Highly recommend this company.

Greg, the owner, explained what his company would do to clean and restore the grout in my home and took the time to help me with a grout problem I was having with my new tile floor. He and his worker were extremely helpful in resolving the new floor problem (no money in their pocket). Regarding the grout restoration, his price was competitive with appropriate discounts. My floors looked like new!! It was beyond my expecations. I highly recommend Sir Grout Tampa.

We met with Greg a couple of times for estimates as we tried to decide what to do with our floors. We were pretty certain they had never been professionally cleaned before. Greg was very accommodating and gave us a fair estimate. We went with Sir Grout and are very happy we did. On the scheduled day, Hector arrived promptly at 9 and explained to us what he was going to do. This was a large job and was going to take approximately 1 1/2 days. For the color seal, Hector laid down 4 samples and let us choose which we liked the best. This was very helpful! We picked a color seal and the floors look 100% better! Hector worked this job basically by himself and was very professional. He took care of everything: moved some furniture himself, cleaned the floors, scrubbed the grout. laid the seal (fixed some chipped spots we had as well) on his hands and knees, and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed with his work ethic! I am very pleased with the work and am very happy that Sir Grout did this job! I would hire them again!

We made an appointment for the estimate, and was called on that day asking if they could come 10 minutes early. Greg was very informative on what he would do. We scheduled the work for 9:00 AM on Thursday and the workers arrived right on time, were very clean and tidy and very professional. After the workers left, a couple hours later Greg called to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Very punctual and professional service by Sir Grout Tampa, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They completed an estimate and were able to schedule our service in the same day. The floors look brand new afterwards, there wasn't any smell lingering around our house either. Will definitely use them in the future. Do not have the cost of service handy right now to add it in this review.

Greg was right on time for the appointment. I called him because I had used him before and it had been a good experience. For this property, I needed the ceramic tile in the entryway cleaned and this was the first time it had been professionally cleaned. It was a relatively small job and Greg had the steamer necessary to do the job so he cleaned the tile right then. It looked so much better after he was finished. Greg came to my house for an estimate, and was very patient in scheduling a time that worked for both of us. They showed up right on time and explained to us what was going to happen. They had a great cleaning machine that pulled a lot of dirt from a floor I thought was clean. Very thorough job. Then they gave us a couple of color options, and put a sample of both down over an area so we could decide. We went with the lighter color over the original, and glad we did - it really makes the entire floor seem new again. They spent about six man-hours on the floor with the product and special brushes, and they got into every nook and cranny we can find. We were very pleased with the entire result. They explained how long we would have to wait to put the furniture back, we paid and they left. It has been a couple of weeks already, we bought the supplies (on our own) that they suggested, and couldn't be happier with the result.

Great experience from start to finish. I'm preparing a property for sale and the grout is approx 12 years old, never having been professionally cleaned and was in sore need of a refinish. Greg accomadated my schedule and showed up exactly on time for the free estimate. He tested the grout with a variety of cleaners and then gave me 2 options. The 1st was just a cleaning of the grout to return it somewhat to the original color for a lwer price and the second option was to clean, stain and then seal the grout. I chose the 2nd option and we set a date for the work to be performed. The team arrived exactly at 9 AM as agreed and went right to work. They spent almost 6 hours scrubbing and then individually staining and sealiung each grout line. Sufffice to say the work is outstanding it now looks like a different home. I highly recommend Sir Grout for this type of work.

Incredible integrity, professionalism, and workmanship. Greg from Sir Grout stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to provide an estimate. The quote process was direct, thoughtful, and painless. Greg and his crew, Hector and Chris, promptly arrived the following Thursday at the agreed upon time (no waiting, no half day windows). Greg laid out 4 sealant color choices based on the existing tile color. Once picked, his crew immediately began prepping the areas with a pH neutral cleaner and a machine. After prep, they were literally on their hands and knees scrubbing grout and applying sealant in a meticulous manner. Sir Grout completed the job as specified during the estimate with no issues; servicing approximately 900 sq ft of 16x16 tile in 4 hours (9am-1pm). After completing the sealant process, Greg and crew buffed the floors to remove any remaining residue. Greg followed up later in the afternoon to ensure our satisfaction. Our tiled areas look clean and almost new again. We are very satisfied and highly recommend!

Again, our tile flooring (Saltillo) requires a lot of steps to clean and seal. I called several companies about cleaning it and most would not even touch this type of tile. Greg wanted to see the flooring first before committing to do the work and I have to say that he was so professional when he came out. There was no 'sales' pitch involved. He was very straight forward and didn't try to pitch any additional work. He clearly explained the process and gave me an estimate for the cost of the work. I'm not sure yet if we'll have it done but feel more than confident that Sir Grout and Greg will insure that it is don't correctly if we do decide to use them.

The team came in about 1100am, cleaned the tile and grout with a machine, once dried put a sealer on the grout, repaired broken tile, mopped and buffed the floors, provide excellent advice on how to care for the grout.

Greg, the owner, did not actually do any other work than give me an estimate and test the grout cleanliness in a couple of spots. When he said I didn't need to have it done yet, I was impressed with his honesty, knowledge and professionalism. He even gave me some maintenance suggestions to keep the floor in good condition. When the time comes, we will definitely use Sir Grout Tampa

Came same day he was called to give a quote on repairing shower stall. Very professional & courteous. Did not use for this job but may use for future tile work in house.

Hector came out to replace our tiles and clean our grout. He was very personable and educated us on the care of our flooring.. Hector replaced the tiles and his grout work made our flooring look brand new.

Dave the owner came out and explained that he does not usually contract for jobs this small, but would have Hector come out and do the job. Hector arrived on time and explained step by step how he would do the job. It took a little under two hours and it looked great. he offered advice on how to keep down the mildew down. Dave and Hector were both polite and professional and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Both Greg and Hector were very professional and great to deal with. My tiles and grout were in good condition but looked dirty and the color looked uneven. I have black and gray tiles in one bathroom, and by changing the grout color to gray (from a dirty off white) it completely changed the look - I don't hate the floor anymore! I have fussy hardwood floors (easily water damaged or scraped) and Hector was great about protecting them while moving equipment around. The price per square feet may be higher than some bigger jobs, there is a minimum price for the job, but I felt I got my money's worth. Hector was very sweet to our dog too - she loved having him around! All in all, a low stress, relatively low cost way to get your house looking sharp!

Hector was extremely professional and recommended a grout sealant color that visually made the cracks almost disappear. The 10-year old floor looks brand new. When my brother-in-law saw the floor, he thought we had our tile floor replaced. In addition, Hector recommended a slightly different color to match the wall tile in the master bathroom. After we agreed to the colors, he worked continuously without even stopping for lunch. Strongly recommended!
