We were so impressed! I called Greg in a bind as our contractor bailed...he was so kind...he sent Hector over the same day to look at our project and give an estimate...Hector was prompt and so knowledgeable and helpful with his suggestions...and made several "corrections" that our first contractor was going to do that Hector said wasn't necessary...first, we had the shower done and it looks brand new...second, our disaster of replacing tile on our garden tub...Hector matched the tile that isn't made anymore so perfectly...he went above and beyond to find exactly what was needed...and second, Hector custom made a removable panel of tile, so in case there ever is another water leak, we don't have to have the a hole made in the drywall! So innovative! As you can see from the pictures, Hector's work was outstanding...we are thrilled! We look forward to working with Greg and Hector again as my husband has several other projects he would like done, especially now that we found the best people to do it! Thank you Greg and Hector...

Greg (owner) came out to do an estimate and was upfront about the kitchen possibly not coming out as nicely as we would like due to the original grout being poorly installed (high in spots). I appreciated his honesty, and advised him that we would still like to have the sunroom done. On the appointed day, Greg and his tech, Hector, started work. While Greg did the sunroom, Hector started on the kitchen, confident that he could make it work. It took him extra coats, but he got it as even as possible. While the color is not perfectly uniform, that is because of the original condition of the grout--these guys still did wonders with what they had to work with! We are extremely happy with the results. Thanks again, guys!

Contacted Grout Masters and spoke with Greg and explained the issue. He offered to stop by that same morning and take a look and possibly do a sample area. Greg arrived in less than an hour and a half and looked at the job. After doing a sample area, it looked great! He offered to personally complete the job while he was there if I wanted him to proceed. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It was just what we were looking for and was done that day! I would highly recommend Greg and Grout Masters and will be using them again in the future.

Five star service and quality!! My wife and recent built a new home and we wanted to get our grout sealed. We met Greg at a Tampa Home Show and he was very informative on the process of getting our grout sealed. Compared to a few other vendors we researched before we booked with them, the few additional dollars you are going to pay to hire Grout Masters is worth the value plus some. They use a high quality sealant compared to the other places we called and they were the most flexible with their availability to do the job. The professionalism from the owner Greg and his team made the experience an easy one for my wife and I. We would highly recommend Grout Masters to anyone!!

I needed to have the tile in my house cleaned before putting my house up for sale. In addition, there were several areas where broken tiles had been replaced and the grout did not match the original very well which made the replacement very obvious and not pretty. Greg was able to come out to the house and provide an estimate on a Sunday morning after I had called him on the preceding Friday. The work was then scheduled for the next Wednesday. The crew, led by Hector and a couple of helpers as well as Greg arrived on time. They cleaned the large area of tile in my house and then color sealed the grout. The results are fantastic and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that wants to make their tile look great when selling your house.

This company is efficient, timely, and most of all does a GREAT job! My expectations on how much better they could get my floor to look were EXCEEDED! I'm only sorry I didn't invest in this year ago. My floor looks new. They cleaned tile and grout and sealed grout on a little over 1500 sq.ft. The price seemed high to me until I saw how much labor was involved and how much the results astonished me. I will hire them again in the near future to do my two bathroom floors. I would recommend them to anyone.

My house is all porcelain tile, very porous. After 12 years of use, it was a mess. Greg came and took his time explaining the job required, even spending time cleaning a few tiles to get a feeling of how embedded the dirt was. My house is about 1450 sq. ft. Greg was excellent at it and gave us a firm price. Hector came punctually the next day( today) and had the job done in a few hours. Our floors look better than when we purchased the house brand new because the installing crew did not clean after themselves and the floor was dirty. Fabulous job! I will highly recommend Groutmaster.

Greg came out the same day I called - today. He was such a nice man and really knew a lot about tiles and grouting. He actually tutored me on how I could do the job myself and save some money, since it was not a big job. He tested some products he had and told me what to buy and how to get it done WITHOUT hiring him. Thanks Greg! At least I know who to call if I ever have a big grouting job

In a couple of days I had a call from Greg. We met about an hour later and he surveyed my problem. He tried a couple of things in a small area. He got a good result, told me he could do it, and offered a cost estimate for the job. The price was reasonable for the amount of work required. Greg was there promptly the next day to begin the process. Greg is very professional and provides great customer service. He was very honest about his pricing and the quality of service he provides when providing me with an estimate. My entire house except for the 3 bedrooms is tile,over 1000 sqft. My grout was really bad, black in some areas, they were able to clean and reseal it and the tile looks like brand new tile was laid down. He had several options for grout color. Hector is the lead grout man and worked very efficiently. Super impressed with the service as a whole and the final product. My house looks so much better now, it looks like a brand new floor. If you are looking for someone to clean and reseal, look no further.You won't be disappointed with Greg and Hector.
