I am amazed at the results obtained by the professionals who did this job for me. I moved to a new house and the tile in the kitchen and bathroom was very nice, but dirty and the grout was filthy. They cleaned, colored, and sealed the grout and it looks like the day is was installed. Looks brand new. Their customer service was superb, they arrived on time and did the job in half the time I had anticipated. Very professional and excellent resuts. I have been recommending this service and this particular provider to everyone I know!!

This company is top notch! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Sir Grout. Not only are their prices reasonable but they are professional and on time. My floors look brand new! They make the process simple and worked with my schedule to make it easy. They moved my furniture and put everything back where it belonged and most importantly they treated everything like it was their own. I can say enough about Sir Grout and how great our floors looked after they were done. I had no idea that they could make them look as good as the day they were installed. They also provided great tips on how to keep them looking new.

It was apparent that only reason this fellow showed up was to repeatedly ask me to revise the previous review we'd left. He offered to come in and look at the shower that I wanted addressed. However, I did not allow him in since: a) he'd already told me there were so many 'variables that he didn't think he could help; b) he took so long to even return my initial call; and that he showed up without calling first. I had already made contact with other service providers who DID bother to return my call (and within hours of my leaving messages and who were already scheduled to arrive and provide estimates). I told him that and asked him to leave. He again asked me to change my review on Angie's List. I am doing that now, and am providing the details. George G. Morgan

Great service! Our grout looks brand new, and the crew was efficient and courteous. Greg supervised the job with care, and gave detailed instructions to the crew. Very pleased with the service and the product!

Craig and his crew did a wonderful job. They use a hand scrubbing process which we preferred to the machine scrubbers. Completely impressed with their dedication. the fact that they would regrout where needed was also a significant decision factor as we had lost grout in some areas. The tile looks like it did six years ago when we built the house. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the work ethic of the company. The price was also excellent and lower than other quotes we had received.

From the time I called Greg he was ready to explain what it is he does. When he came out to give me my estimation he took his time & did explain everything that he would be doing. We set a date & the day came. Greg was running a little & gave me a courtesy call to let me know & apologized for it, I appreciated it. His crew was awesome. Very polite & professional! They did an awesome job & cleaned up every thing, not a speck left behind. Another thing I appreciated! I will not hesitate to recommend Greg to friends & family!

We have 70 sq.ft. of ceramic tile in our motor home. The tile is in good shape, a pretty color, & we like it. Unfortunately the grout was ugly & worn. We wanted it to look fresh & pretty again again. I, originally , contacted Sir Grout through the website late Tuesday afternoon (after 5) & I didn't really expect to hear from anyone until Wednesday. Shortly after I hit "Send" Greg replied by email & said he'd call in 15 minutes. We were amazed when he actually did call us back in 15 minutes! He stopped by our place to look at the job on his way home. He gave us what we thought was a fair price estimate & even pointed out a couple of chips in the grout that we had missed. We called him Thursday & left a voice mail that we wanted the job done. He called us and scheduled the work for Friday. He kept his promise to stop by Thursday (again on his way home) & fill in the missing grout. They did a terrific job - were on time, professional, courteous & careful of our property. Careful attention was paid to selecting the appropriate color for the grout. The floor looks fabulous! I'd recommend Sir Grout & Greg Lynch to everyone! Thanks again Greg!

Sir Grout (Greg Lynch) was extremely professional; he made sure to take the time to explain and provide details of the process and answered all questions we had. Provided instructions on how to care for our new floors future forward. Greg also provided guidance in new home ownership process although it was out of the realm of what was expected of him. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and we would definitely recommend him in the future!

Sir Grout came out to clean and seal tile floors/grout in one home in preparation to sell. We had a lot of tile in that home (large, eat-in kitchen, foyer, hallway and 3 bathrooms). Greg came out himself to bid and schedule the job. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I also took him to the home we just purchased and were remodeling so he could give me a bid to clean the foyer/dining room floor at a later date. In February, he and his employee came out at the scheduled time and got right to work cleaning. Greg left once things were going smoothly and returned later in the day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It took most of the day to complete the job, but when they were done, the floors sparkled like new. About 2 weeks before we were scheduled to move, we scheduled a day for them to return to clean the tile in the new home. The home was a short sale and had been sitting vacant for about 9 months. The tile was very dirty. They struggled to get it clean, but it is a textured tile and there was a lot of dirt that apparently had been sealed in on a previous attempt at cleaning. The two of them tried several different methods, including elbow grease, to get the tile as clean as possible. It looks much better than when they started, so we can live with it until we are ready to replace it down the road. This was the 2nd time I had hired Sir Grout and I would definitely hire them again.

We found Greg Lynch's Sir Grout reviews in Angie's List and were impressed from the initial visit for the service estimate for tile/grout cleaning. Greg was professional but personable. I showed him the areas to be done; he measured, explained his procedures, and showed us some previously done "before and after" photos. He was punctual, neat, seemed to take his work seriously and to take pride in the quality of work done by himself and his service people. He explained how his procedures could differ from competitors without putting them down - an honorable trait. Although we usually get at least two estimates for projects, we didn't feel the need to check with other companies; we felt very comfortable hiring his company. On the arranged day, Greg, John, and Nathan arrived on time, were professional and personable - they gave a very good impression. To cut to the chase, they did a superlative job - our floors really DO look as good as new! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the work and these people. They gave helpful care tips and told us how we can extend their warrantee. Greg Lynch, the owner, came out about a week before the service was provided and did an estimate & consultation. The day of service they arrived promptly on time. I was very pleasantly surprised with the detailed job they did. They steam cleaned the grout, scrubbed the tile and reconditioned all the grout lines. This was the first recondition of the bathroom tile in 20 years. The floors now look fantastic. Greg lynch also provided good advice on how to maintain my floors. I would recommend Sir Grout and would definitely hire them again.

They arrived as planned. They cleaned the tile and grout using specialized equipment. We verified the colors to be used as recommended. They applied the color sealant to the grout and then buffed the tile to remove all residue. When they left the tile looked as if it was brand new (11 years old).

I was very pleased at the detail and responsiveness of this company. Greg came out to give me a quote and explained the process in detail. The next week he got his crew started and then came back at the end of the day to help/inspect the work. I was pleased that they were able to get our entire job complete in 1 day. The crew was also great about telling me when it was okay to go back into certain rooms. With 2 kids and a dog, this was VERY helpful. My floors now look like they are brand new and my kitchen feels "clean" again. Thanks Greg!

The techs were courtious and professional and completed work ahead of schedule. Greg was a little slow to provide touch up sealer but did honor his commitment and I would use him again. They have an good product and procedure although it cost more than most , it's well worth it.

The were on time and got to work immediately. They explained each procedure and offered selection of final colorling. Their work and their working were professional.

I would recommend them anytime!

Greg gave us an estimate for the work indicating which parts of our floor needed the most work and indicating areas that he would not do because they were under area rugs or furniture and therefore did not need cleaning or restoring. The work itself went much smoother and easier than I expected. The workmen did a very good job and even did a couple of areas more than we had contracted for which Greg did not charge us. The floor looks great, and we would definitely use Sir Grout again.
