Hector did a superb job!

We hired Sir Grout to repair, clean, and then color seal all of the tile grout throughout our house (foyer, kitchen, laundry room, all bathrooms). They offered a much more affordable alternative to expensive tile tear-up and replacement. Everyone was professional, polite and easy to deal with throughout the process. Greg (the franchise owner in Lutz, FL) was involved from the initial estimate to completion. The crew worked hard, stayed on-task (no texting or calls) and cleaned up at the end of each day. The outcome looks great, is much more affordable than new tile, and keeps us from having to bust up good tile to add to the landfills.

The owner, Greg, showed up with his crew to be sure they got started and answer any questions, and then left. There were two guys who did the work - they were pleasant and professional. Greg returned at the end to look at the work, although I had left. I was very pleased with the work they did and have already recommended them to a co-worker. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very impressed by the owner and all the workers that came to do the job. This house has all ceramic tile floors so they were there a whole day. They did an outstanding job, were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I bought a 7 year old house (short sale) which was not kept up to my standards. I originally called them to re-grout 1 shower. The Shower came out brand new. They told me what to do and what not to do to keep it looking perfect. They showed me what they can to my tile floors (resealing with color matching). So instead if doing it myself, I had them do it. Oh my god, My tile floors now look better than brand new. Color matching the grout to the tile made a world of difference. So Happy. Would I recommend them and Use them again? YES. They were on time, professional, and the quality of work was top notch. Everything come out better then I expected.

Called on a Thursday for bid on a job!Spoke minutes and was told, "I will call you right back...may be able to come out in next few hours, or else another day!"Now Monday, late afternoon...HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK YET! Clearly does NOT know how to run a business (has potential customer IN HAND, CALLING HIM...and he ignores it!!)Guess he has more business than he knows what to do with!Is this who YOU would want to do business with?

Owner provided an estimate to clean tile/grout on floor tiles; would not provide an estimate to clean tile/grout in showers. Owner said he had been trained to clean shower grout but preferred not to do it. He referred us to another vendor for the shower grout cleaning. The other vendor was rude, said over the phone that he wouldn't even give an estimate unless the job was a minimum $300. He finally did come out and give an estimate for cleaning the shower tile/grout, but didn't want to give the discount I would have received had a single vendor performed the work. When I requested the quote from Sir Grout I told them I wanted an estimate for cleaning floor and showers. I felt it was disingenuous to schedule a estimate when he had no intention of bidding the entire job. 4/24/12 Provider, perhaps I should have given you a higher mark on professionalism, but your response proves my initial assessment was accurate. My wife may have told you that she thought your services were expensive, but at no time were you told that we didn't have the finances for the job. We could have hired you, we chose not to. I stand by my statement that we requested a bid on a job and you only bid part of the job. I don't consider stating fact as "spewing negative comments for no valid reason". If you would like to discuss this further, please call in the evening when I am available as my wife was recently diagnosed with cancer and has more important things to worry about that whether or not we chose to hire you for a grout cleaning job.

I called to make an apt and the owner came himself the very next day. He was very pleasant, knowledgable and on time! We went over the process and estimate. I made an apt for the very next week. Again they showed up right on time. Set up and got right to work. The staff worked non stop from start to finish. The finished product was awesome. So much better than I expected. I think my tile looks better today then it did new (the tile is 10 years old). Sir Grout also gave me a guarantee which was icing on the cake. I will use this company again when the time comes but I probably won't need to because they did such a nice job. Worth every penny in my book. I would (and have already) recommend this company to friends and family.

I would highly recommend Sir Grout to all my Friends and Family. I thought that I needed to replace the tile in my house now it look like new again. This Service is worth every penny . My overall experience was outstanding.

Everything went well from the initial estimate to the cleaning and staining of the grout. Greg and his crew showed up on time and the guys had it done quickly considering the amount of tile I have. I also have 3 large dogs and had this done by another company 1 year ago and the sealant they used quickly became ineffective and my grout was very dirty after a short period of time. So I thought I would give Sir Grout a try. So far, my grout looks good and cleans easily and they were price competitive.

I called Greg (the owner) from a local coupon mailed to my house, he answered and scheduled an in home estimate for the next day. He showed up the next day on time and was very professional in his presentation. Showed my wife some samples and did a test section to show me when I got home from work. I must admit, I was a little sticker shocked by the quote because I didn't fully understand the scope of the service. After speaking with Greg a second time and researching some more on the internet I realized it was a fair price for this service so I scheduled the work to be done a few days later. The day of the service, Greg and two employees arrived on time and went to work. The moved furniture, vacuumed, chemically washed down the floors and steam cleaned the real dirty areas. once dried, they applied the sealer by hand with small brushes. This process took at least 2-3 hours. The end result was excellent!
