Description of Work: They were going to inspect a house we were purchasing for mold. However, I also bought an Angie's List coupon for a termite inspection. There ended up being a termite infestation so we are no longer buying the house. I called the owner of Rainbow International to tell him not to rush because we weren't getting house. He was very polite and, after hearing what we were going through, said we could get a refund and he would cancel the appointment. Steve was very professional on the phone and we will be sure to use him when we need a future mold inspection.

Description of Work: The representative made an appointment for: Wednesday 9/3/14-between 1-2:00 PM.. Not only did he fail to appear, but he didn't try to contact me to reschedule, this is totally unacceptable.
