You can't even tell it was done. It took a couple of days for them to finish the work. There were two workers to remove the mold and one to repair it. It was very clean when they finished.

This was a big deal purchase. They came back and fixed the problem as well. The inspection was done in a day and it took a couple of days for the remediation work. The workers that came out to do the inspection were very good.

Wife's old house is now a rental that we can't afford to sell. New tenant found mold in the dishwasher and panicked. Despite knowing there was probably no additional work other than the inspection Steve promptly went out, did the inspection, reassured the tenant that all was ok, and gave a bid to disinfect the dishwasher that I easily did myself. I can't thank Steve enough for his courteous and professional manner in helping out despite that there was not a real job for him here. I would gladly call him again if I had a real mold issue.

Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked my inside AC unit for any mold and suggested to clean up the wall and air duct filter

Steve arrived at my home and had an initial discussion about the concerns that we had regarding the room with my husband. Steve checked for moisture in and around the room to include below the carpet around the perimeter of the wall. After finding no evidence of water or moisture intrusion into the room, he made several recommendations on how to eliminate the smell from the room, as well as, identified what was most likely causing it. After making these recommendations, he left us with his business card should we have any concerns in the future. Steve did not charge us for the visit to our home. We appreciated that he was willing to share his expertise with us. We took his recommendations and implemented them immediately. We have seen substantial improvement in the room and expect the issue to be completely resolved.

It turned out well. They found out there was some moisture and they did some drying system that they have for a couple of days. I didn't check the competitors pricing but I think it was good.

Amazing service. Steve returned my call shortly after I left a message for him. He worked with our schedule and arrived on time. Thanks to him we are relieved there is no leak. The service was reasonably priced with a special promotion for Angie's list members. We would most definitely use him and his company again in the future. Thank you!

I found this company on Angie's List, and they came out the same day I called to check on the mold situation. They removed the moldy area rug, then cleaned the mold on the wood floor, measured the saturation in the ceiling. Then put a tarp over the roof area, installed drying and dehumidifying equipment to dry the ceiling out. Then they came out and put a new skylight in and completely repaired and painted the office ceiling. The job was done quickly and very well. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process to keep me informed. I would recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Claim filed by phone at approximately 3:30PM on a Friday afternoon. Rainbow's people were on site shortly after the tree service arrived and stayed with us through 11:30PM after tree had been removed from house and then Rainbow tarped the house and began dryout and water remediation services.

The guys were top notch as far as professionalism and customer service. They were respectful of my home and the people in it. We haven't had anyone else come close to getting our carpets this clean. We are thrilled with the job they did and will definitely be calling them the next time we need any help with any type of service they can provide.
