Overall, it was a very positive experience. They were friendly, professional, and knoweldgeable.

He arrived on time and perhaps even a little early. He ran water in the shower to observe the slow drain. Next he inserted the "snake" and proceeded to clean the drain. He recommended that we purchase our own "snake" to clean future clogs. When I told him I had used drain cleaners several times, he stated that these were mostly ineffective at removing clogs that are especially adhered to the sides of the pipe.

They have done plumbing and drain cleaning service. I spent about $150 on that service. My interaction with them was excellent and I had no problems. I would tell others that they are a reputable company and they are honest. They gouge me as far as price. The owner was very responsive and when I called him he sent somebody out. They were out here within an hour and had the problem fixed.

The guys were great. I purchased a faucet and when they went to install it, there was a part missing from the box. They managed to hook it up temporarily until I could go back to the supplier and get the missing part.

We were having two bathroom showers gutted and rebuilt. We hired Boyte Plumbing to handle the replacement of the shower control valves and installation of the faucet and showerhead. Boyte Plumbing did an excellent job! They showed up exactly on time. This was very important because they had to be there after the remodeling contractor removed the walls, but before the new walls went up. We scheduled for 10am, and they were there on time. Took them maybe 90 minutes to remove the existing copper and control valve that was in the wall, and install teh new control valve and piping. They then scheduled a follow-up appointment to come back in a couple days and install the actual faucet and showerhead after the tile contractor was finished tiling. They again showed up on time for the follow-up appointment, and installed everything perfectly. After the first shower, we had them back for the same process on the second shower a couple weeks later. Great work. Highly reccomended.

Their service included 2 trips. First trip was to install new shower valve while the tile contractor had the old walls tore out. 2nd trip was to install the fawcett hardware and shower head after tile work was completed. Terry was on time to install the valve, I was concerned with sheduling between the walls being tore out and new installed. They worked with me perfectly to schedule. On time for the 2nd visit and made sure everything was adjusted correctly. I thought their pricing was great considering they had to make 2 visits. Terry did a great job.

Superb. It was installed when they said, for how much they said it would cost. We have been using Boyte for 14 years for our plumbing needs, and have never been disappointed. They do quality work for reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Very positive experience from start to finish. Dave came out to give the estimate and his company was exactly what I was looking for -- a small honest company. Most of the big companies have a fixed rate card and always try to sell you on their maintentance and preferred pricing plans... One of these big companies quoted me $650 to do what Boyte did for an even $200. Dave quotes the job fairly and is realistic with the timeline too. Terry came out and did the work. No more roots in the sewer line and everything is working fine.

I've used them a couple of times. They come when they are called and come on time. They do what you want done. Their prices are probably a little more reasonable than other plumbers. He worked very hard to get the spigot out of there. They are a pretty good outfit and they do a lot of work in this subdivision.

I called Dave to schedule an appointment to repair two running toilets. The two guys (Jason and Terry) who were scheduled to do the work were delayed in traffic a bit, but called and advised when they would arrive. They came in and completed the three jobs in around an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area as they found it. I would call them again.

Set appointment two days in advance. Plumber kept his appointment. Pleasant young man. Competent. Advised me on most effective - less expensive route for repairs needed. He had the repair list in-hand and made the repairs. Had a new disposal on truck - saved me a trip to Lowes. Price same as Lowes anyway. Finally found a plumber we can stick with in the future.

I could not have asked for a better job. Dave and his crew showed up when they said they would be there and finished the job on time. They didn't mind getting dirty burying pipe and crawling around under the house but left the inside of my house cleaner than it was when they started. I have cats and they were very careful to work around them and not let them escape. Their work was neat and clean. I've noticed that the water pressure is significantly better now than it was before the house was re-piped. I have no complaints about the job that was done. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a need for plumbing work and if the need arises, I will certainly use them again.

The price was not nearly what I thought it would be. They were here for a little while, whatever they did was fine. They are very good, timely and excellent quality.

Very happy. Terry came by to provide an estimate and showed up precisely when promised. When we did the work, about three weeks later, he was right on time again and did another great job.

Came on time. The shower fixture was installed in the late 80's. He was able to fix it in one hour. The cost was as he had quoted on the phone. Very good experience.

Dave came in, and within a few minutes located the leak, and was able to repair it with minimal holes in the drywall. It was a great job all around.

He did a good job. Didn't waste a lot of time & was courteous. He wiped his feet before entering the house each time and seemed to have a good level of knowledge about his trade. I'd recommend them & use them again. Sadly, I can't remember how much I paid for the service call, but I had to put SOMETHING in the form in order to submit the report. Sorry!

My wife decided on Boyte after liking the quote she got over the phone for our toilet and shower fixture install. The initial visit had the toilet install go very smoothly only to find out the trimming my wife had ordered online for the shower was a mismatch for the valve controlling the water. Jason, the plumber who came out each time, let us know about the issue and told us which type of trimming we would need to get (Moen). We were only charged for the toilet install, which made us happy. On the second visit I had picked up the new trimming, but upon closer inspection the cretin we had do our plumbing during the housing bubble majorly screwed up the cartridge inside the valve making the shower leaky. My wife was a little upset but we rolled with it and Boyte did not charge us for the trip, very considerate. I got a final quote to completely replace the valve/cartridge with a backup we still had along with our original trimming that went along with it. We were quoted 225 because we would have had to cut a hole in the closet wall to access and replace the valve in question along with installing a panel for any future access. We were able to get them back out on New Year's Eve, only 2 days later to start the process, but there was a surprise. Boyte was able to find a proper pin and replacement cartridge to fit the old fixture. No holes were needed and we were only charged 170 over all. The shower works just great and all is well, we've been taking baths only the past 18 months+! We are both very happy with the upfront quotes and availability of Boyte and if any future needs arise we will be calling them first!

We have been in this house for 11 years and this has been an ongoing problem. They worked through their lunch. Their rates are very, very reasonable. We had an estimate from somebody else whose estimate was $463.00. I feel good that we were able to do all this work for less. I would definitely hire them again.

This was a self repair that went horribly wrong. The toilet was loose and rocking back and forth. I removed the toilet to fix the bolts to the floor. Then the water cut-off valve went bad and could not cut the water off. Had to cut the water off to the entire house. I cut off the old valve from the copper water pipe and tried to install a new valve, but couldn't get it to work. Called Boyte on Labor day 9/7/2009 to set up an appointment the next day. (I am cheap and didn't want to pay 1.5 times for holiday service) To my surprise they answered the phone and set up a 9:00 am appointment the next day. They called the next morning and had a cancellation and made it to my house by 8am. The work described above was professionally completed in one hour. The toilet is now rock-solid and works like a charm.

Excellent. This was not an emergency yet they were very responsive. I called Boyte at 9 PM and told them. it was ok if they contacted us the following morning. I got a call back in 20 minutes! They arrived right on time the next day. There were some complications, but they stuck with it till complete. Super.

Subsequent to their visit it was found that every screw was striped or cross screwed. I am having a new plumber cut the facuets off because we can't get them off any other way.
