Boyte Plumbing

This is the 2nd time we called Boyet Plumming. We were very happy they could come the next day and replace an old leaky toliet, install a bidet on another toliet and replaced some old shut off valves before we have a problem. Brett showed up as promised, was professional, clean, pleasant, speedy, and did a good job. We are very pleased with Boyte Plumming and will call them for all our future plumming needs. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They use high quality parts. We recommend Boyte Plumming.

Boyte Plumbing does fantastic work & is willing to work with my galvanized pipes. They had to access the shower valves through a closet wall, took great care cutting the drywall, and replaced with an easy pop-out panel for future access. I feel their prices are extremely fair compared to quotes from other local plumbers. They are my first call for all my plumbing needs. Several of my co-workers put their trust in Boyte as well, they originally were referred to me.

Great, straight forward experience. David Roberts came out, looked at the pipe, provided a fair estimate within 10 minutes. Boyte Plumbing was 1 of 3 (of 15) plumbers willing to replace the failing section vs repiping the entire house. Was not concerned about damaging the existing galvanized, assured me the damaged section could easily be replaced without problem. Boyte Plumbing arrived on time, cut out the bad pipe & replaced with CPVC to the water heater. Whole process was approx 90 min & has been trouble & leak free since repair. Extremely satisfied with the entire, no BS estimate & process. Did not try to sell me more than I was looking for & will use again for future plumbing needs. Repipe quotes had ranged anywhere from $3,500 - $6,000. (sgl bath house <1,000 sf)

Mr. Roberts was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, he has been a plumber over 30 years. I liked how he thought the job should be done. The job was completed on the day he said it would be done with no problems.

Good people. He comes in and does what he needs do.

They did a great job. The price was very reasonable and they did a fantastic job!

Dave came out and looked at the problem and was able to tell me the issue was A/C related. He was friendly, professional and honest. He did not charge anything for coming out and finding the issue. I feel this I an honest company and would definitely use them again in the future.

Although this wasn't a plumbing problem the technician was able to correct the problem, drain the pan, clear the leak, drain the water and ensure the air conditioning duck was reconnected. Technician was fast, efficient and thorough. Totally satisfied with the service as e have used Boyte several times.

I called Boyte Plumbing and they had a plumber (Jason) here within 2 hours. Jason was professional, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He had to chip some of the wall away to access enough pipe for repair. He did so, removing as little as possible, and had the pipe and coupling soldered and the leak fixed quickly. Boyte will be my first call if I have a need in the future.

I have used Boyte Plumbing several times, including install of new water heater, garbage disposal, sink..Jason does an excellent job, fast efficient and clean.

I left a message through angie's list one night The owner phoned me next morning at 830am I described the issue: need to reset toilet --- base of toilet had been leaking some water He gave me a very reasonable price which included parts. I called and checked with another recommended company and it was the same price and availability but parts were extra charge I had a better "feeling"about Noyte so about 10am I called him back and scheduled for that same day plumber was to arrive from 3-4 at3:10 they called to say delayed..should be there by 415pm, was that ok? Actually arrived right at 4pm, looked at situation, discussed, fixed down. Left the area spotless, removed all the trash. Pleasant, friendly, professional, punctual and responsible!!!!

The plumber found that a piece of the lead sheathing around the vent had fallen in and caused a clogged line. We have used Boyte 10 times since May 1999 and have been satisfied with their service and price. W ewill use them again for any future plumbing service needs.

Arrived on time. Went right to work. Solved problem and helped me find a way to solve if the problem happens again. Gave me a great price.

We have used them several times over at least five years. Their installation charge was very reasonable and we purchased the toilets ourselves. Their technicians are on time, courteous, and know what they are doing. We have always had great results.

We've used Boyte before for other plumbing services including water heater and disposal replacements in our present home as well as slab leak repair and bathtub change out in our previous residence. In all prior instances, the service, price and value were excellent and this was more of the same. We will continue to use them for our future plumbing needs.

It took several visits to figure out where the leak was coming from because it was very well hidden and also of the location of where the water was showing up. It turned out it was the dishwasher draining and accumulating into the center of a bedroom. They were very professional and took into consideration cost factors of what may need to be done. I HIGHLY recommend them. This company is there to truly help the customer.

I have used these guys several times now and every time they have done a great job. They arrive on schedule, do the job correctly and for the estimated amount. I don't know what else I could really ask for. I highly recommend!

I called at 7:45 am and was given a 1:00 PM appointment time. I was pleasantly surprised when Jason called at 10:45 am and asked if it was a good time. He came in took one look at my old(24 yr old) water heater and explained it would be better to replace it, but would be more then happy to repair it if I chose to. Then called to get a price and estimated time for a new heater. I was again pleasantly surprised by the rate. I'd looked at several other companies for this similar service and was just WOWED. The whole job took about an hour and half. Jason cleaned everything up and hauled off the old water heater. This was our third experience with them..Will never use anyone else. They are GREAT!!!

Have used them before and will again. Quick, efficient service, with the customer first in mind.

In order to replace the hose, the plumber needed to know the make of the faucet. Since it was old and not one they had parts for, he told me I'd need to replace the faucet as the size of the hose was unusual. Before he left I asked for his opinion on where to get a good one at a decent price. He sent me to a distributor near by. Where I got a great deal on the one I purchased. He also explained that if I called when I purchased a new one, to call and he'd return, though he doubted he'd be able to do it that day. He also did not charge me for the service call, which I found incredible. Once, I'd made my purchase, I called to schedule installing the new faucet. This was completed the following morning. I found the charge extremely reasonable and the service could hardly have been more prompt or helpful. It's been working great ever since. This is the second time in just a couple of months that the house had plumbing issues. They are so responsive that I'd be hard pressed to use anyone else.

I called Boyte Plumbing. I've previously used them for some small jobs, referred this company to friends and coworkers who gave me raving great feedback. By 11:30 they arrived and confirmed the water heater, which was about 12 years old needed replacing. By 1PM a new tank was installed and the water was heating. They took the old one away as well. By 3PM we had more hot water than ever before with the previous tank. And this one is an energy efficient model. I'm glad I used them before as I had no misgivings that perhaps I was being lead astray by needing more than what was needed. As it turns out, my neighbor paid even more.

Accurate diagnosis of problem. Work performed successfully solved problem. Professional, on time, cleaned up work area. Very satisfied customer---- would highly recommend.

Work was good, but expensive. If you call them, I'd recommend getting a price check in advance.

Work exceeded expectations. Company very experienced and knowlegeable in plumbing system / fixtures in older (1942) home. Quality of work was excellent. Very pleased that no damage done to bathroon shower tiles.

Jason showed up early, always a big plus in my book. Wore boot covers while in my home and was very polite and efficient completing work. Dave the owner showed up to check on work being done and was also very professional.
