They were professional and efficient. I don't remember the exact price but I do remember that I thought it was fair for the work that they did.

I called at 9AM and the plumber arrived at noon. Since it was not a total emergency, I consider that excellent response. The plumber went up on the roof and snaked out the drain line all the way to the street. He found and cleared an obstruction, and all is well now. The man was prompt, efficient and tidy. I have used Boyte Plumbing several times in the past and will call them again when the need arises. Their price is probably normal these days for the service provided.

Overall we are very pleased.

Very responsive-I called at 8am. I expected to wait days since it was such as small job. They had a team available for this job between 10-11am and quoted $125 per hour, anticiapting 1 hour for the work. Arrived on time. Room for improvement with professional appearance of the men. However, work was done quickly and as quoted. Will call again if we need a plumber.

Many years ago Boyte Plumbing while unclogging the bathroom pipes, they left a snake coil in the clean out pipe on my roof and it is still there and causes problems every once in a while.

Very minor job in some ways, but they were on time, quick, thorough, no dirt or debris left behind. The final price was slightly below the estimate.

Horrible incompetent plumbers and liars and cheats who prey on the elderly Don't hire these people they don't show up when they are expected and they lie about their charges. The work is horrible. They didn't even pay for the damages they caused. I should have sued them. They put in my toilet 3 times wrong and the last time they forgot to shut off the water and flooded the whole upstairs of the house. Then they put in a bathroom and forgot the shower pan. The floor caved in and so did the ceiling beneath it. They didn't pay for the damages but did put in a shower pan. They gave a verbal estimate of $700. and charged by 92 year old father $1400. When questioned Dave said well the verbal estimate didn't count.

I called this plumber for a second opinion. Got the name from neighborhood newsletter and Angies List. No fee for inspection. I was told that I needed a leak detection and slab foundation pipe repair or whole house repipe, same as others informed. Technician was very helpful showing me how to turn off the water to avoid further leakage unlike the well-known name in the area.

Very simple, Jason showed up, took out the old toilet and installed the new one, grouted around the bottom and did an excellent job. I was surprised at how fast it was done.

Since we are new to Lutz (and to Florida), we rely heavily on Angie's List recommendations for hiring contractors. We also prefer to hire local/small business contractors when possible. Boyte's Plumbing met all of our search criteria. Our experience with this contractor was excellent from start to finish. Highlights were as follows: -Was able to get Boyte's on the phone immediately - Was able to get an appointment within 2 days, with one hour time window stipulated -Boyte's workman arrived exactly on time (actually at the start of one hour window) -Repairs completed promptly and neatly. -Total cost of parts/repairs was reasonable. Based on this experience, I recommend Boyte's Plumbing to other Angie's list members and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Have used Boyte Plumbing several times now and they provide prompt and economical service.

Last night when we flushed the toilet, it backed up into the bathtub. You cannot imagine how disgusting that was. I called Boyte's in the morning, and they were out the same day. They fist said they'd be there between 11 and noon. When they got behind, they called to let me know the new ETA, and they arrived right when they thought they would The serviceman was helpful and fast. On top of everything, they offer a 10% military discount. No more clogged drain.

Considering that our home is over 40 years old, the repairs went well. We had to break out some stucco on the front of the house in order to access the pipe but the hole can be fixed fairly easily.

I was pleased with the promptness and overall service provided. I would use them again.

These guys were great. They came to my home and told me the faucet was faulty (which it was). I called the manufacturer with the plumbers on the phone describing the problem... and the manufacturer fed -exed a new one to me at no charge. There was no charge for the plumbers to evaluate the problem either. Three days later I received the new faucet. I called back Boyte's plumbing to install it and Jason and Terry came back to my home within two hours later. The faucet was replaced fast, clean, and perfectly. They were a pleasure to have in my home. Thanks Dave (owner) for sending over Jason and Terry. You and they were wonderful.

Provided estimate and upon acceptance made arrangements to do the work. Workers came promptly as scheduled. I'd said there was no hurry and I had no problem with working around other jobs. Ended up taking longer (about 10 days) but I'd said that was okay. A bathroom sink was leaking after a relative replaced a fixture. A crew member replaced the connection beneath the sink. When it leaked again a man was sent and he found the problem was at the top of the drain and corrected. I was not charged for this. Also, had a hand pump that needed a gasket that I'd not been able to find. The owner returned several weeks after the scheduled work had been completed to bring a piece of rubber from which to make a gasket. Again, no charge!

Took two days and was a little pricey.Fixed the problem.

The crew gave an estimate and provided the service the same day. They unclogged a toilet and did miscellaneous plumbing repairs in our house. They were conscientious and provided excellent service.

The plumber arrived on time and quickly went to work repairing several problems (flush not working, bowl leaking) with two of the toilets in the house we just have bought. He solved the problems quickly and accurately.

Called Boyte and described work to be done. Dave gave us a quote over the phone of $225. Scheduled work for 8:30 the next day. Terry and Jason arrived right on time. Terry did the kitchen and master bathroom work and Jason did the guest bathroom work. Both were professional and took the time to answer any questions we had about the procedures. Work was completed by 10:30 and the bill submitted was exactly as quoted. These guys are the first ones we will call when we need any plumbing work done in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, fair-priced plumbing company.

My old conventional water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced, and I had it replaced with a tankless. Boyte's does not regularly sell tankless, but has experience with installing them. Dave was patient with researching answers to my questions, although some responses took a few days. He provided price lists and models and recommended a knowledgeable electrician, as a tankless unit requires both plumbing and electrical work to install. The installation itself went very smoothly and quickly. Both electrical and plumbing teams were experienced working together and coordinated the appointment. Overall, this was a very good experience for a rather big job.

I was very happy, as he showed up on time, took care of my issues in an efficient manner.

It was a pleasant experience. Glad to have the problem resolved so quickly.

They knew exactly where the leak was and started working on it. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again. I haven't had any more problems in the area the leak occurred and they were very punctual as well.

There were a few difficulties due to an improper drain location by the the rough-in plumber, but after some effort they got the job done and done well. We are very pleased with the workmanship and will hire them again if we need plumbing work.
