 + 0 moreRandy is very experienced and knowledgeable. He and his assistant are also prompt and clean up after the job. They stress watering the plants before and after cleaning. Several of the other companies that I contacted did not mention this important aspect in saving the landscapes. They are a little bit pricier than some of my other quotes but they are fair and they do a great job!

 + -1 moreRandy and Sharon were wonderful. Sharon was very helpful on the phone and got back to me with a price right away. They accommodated my time schedule and were prompt and efficient. Randy noticed mildew on my outdoor carpet adjacent to the pool deck and helped me move some furniture so he could clean that area. He didn't charge extra for that or for cleaning the spot on my roof. The result of the cleaning was great. On top of all that, they were such nice people. It was a wonderful experience.
Description of Work: Randy pressure washed the pool enclosure, the pool deck, and one side of the house.

 + -1 moreThe company representative was pleasant and responsive, but their schedule did not permit them to perform the work as soon as I would have liked. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I found someone else to do the work much sooner and at a price significantly less than AAA had quoted me.
Description of Work: I spoke to a woman who was able to give me an estimate of the cost based on the square footage of my home. We initially scheduled a time, but I later cancelled when I found someone who could do the work sooner and at a lesser cost.

 + -1 morePersonnel were friendly and helpful on phone and in person. We were disappointed that roof was cleaned but chimney was not. Crew was careful to protect fish pond but some shrubbery was killed back. Running automatic sprinkler system did not rinse shrubs sufficiently to avoid damage.

 + -1 moreVery conscientious regarding quality of work performed, plants, and environmental issues. Will not perform work until roof reaches proper temperatures for chemicals to work and wind is perfectly calm. That caused a few postponements - so plan ahead. Quality of work exceptional. And I had a Angie's coupon of theirs which they were happy to accept. It doesn't get much better than that.
Description of Work: Cleaned very moldy/dirty cement tile roof.

 + 0 moreThe company was very prompt in returning calls and setting up the appointment. Sharon ensured that we understood that all plants and shrubs surrounding the home were watered thoroughly prior to their doing the job. All applicable pre-job preparation was covered. Randy performed well even though we seemed to have had water pressure problems. The job took longer than anticipated. He was able to clean several mildew and rust spots that we had not been able to get rid off. Randy was very cautious about one of our downspouts that was directed towards one of the shrubs. Because of this, more water had to be flushed at the shrub at the same time as the washing on the roof. This may have had an effect on the water pressure and overall time frame.
Description of Work: Pressure washed the roof, driveway, and rear lanai.

Description of Work: I CALLED AAA SPRAYAWAY FOR AN ESTIMATE TO HAVE OUR POOL DECK/PATIO/SCREEN ENCLOSURE AND OUR FRONT DRIVEWAY PRESSURE WASHED. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SHARON TWO DAYS LATER AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE FOR THE POOL AREA AND SHE GAVE A PRICE FOR THE DRIVEWAY PER SQUARE FOOT FOR US TO MEASURE OURSELVES. I REQUESTED THAT SOMEBODY COME OUT TO LOOK AT SOME STAINS WE HAD ON THE DRIVEWAY AND THEN GIVE AN ESTIMATE. A GENTLEMAN DID ARRIVE WITHIN 2 HOURS AS PROMISED TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE, HOWEVER, HE WAS VERY RUDE AND BLUNT. INSTEAD OF SAYING THAT HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE STAINS OFF, HE WAS VERY RUDE TO MY ELDERLY PARENTS WHO WERE HOME AT THE TIME HE CAME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. NEEDLESS TO SAY HE DID NOT EVEN LEAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR US TO CONSIDER. THREE DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM SHARON, FROM THEIR OFFICE LEAVING AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY COULD NOT CLEAN OUR DRIVEWAY, BUT THEY WERE STILL WILLING TO CLEAN OUR POOL AREA.
