AAA Sprayaway of Tampa Bay

Randy and his crew are the ones we have called in the past to power wash our barrel tile roof. They have always been very careful with the tile and the surrounding plants and bushes and have done a fine job each time we have called. I would recommend them and will call on them again.

I have been using the services of AAA Sprayaway of Tampa for over a decade and is the only company that I trust to clean my barrel tile room. Today, I had the barrel tile roof of my 3,200 sf house plus a 3 car garage chemical washed. The service has always been excellent and today was no exception. Randy and his co-worker cleaned my large roof in one day. It was easy to make an appointment with Randy - he called ahead of time and arrived as promised. I believe that the process used by AAA Sprayaway (chemical wash) is superior (gets clean and stays cleaner longer) than using a power sprayer that is more likely to crack tiles on the roof. The key with the chemical wash is that is works best on a dry and hot day (90+ in June, July, & Aug.) that is not windy. Great job Randy as always!

Before cleaning the patio screens they removed the small potted plants and they covered the flowers in the in-ground planters around the pool. We have patio furniture under the roof overhang adjacent to the screened area. They did not cover the furniture or recommend moving it. When they got done, everything was still wet and it looked fine. The next day after everything had dried I noticed three problems: 1) There was a heavy white residue on the patio furniture. I had to scrub it all with soap and water to get it clean. It would have been a lot less work to move the furniture before they cleaned. 2) Five plants that they covered were damaged by whatever chemicals they used. I have replaced two of the plants and I'm hoping the other three will recover. 3) The overhead screens are covered with white spots where each drop of water dried up and left residue. I called twice and left messages that I had problems and requested that they call me. I have not received any response.

Rain caused few delays which was not the provider's fault. Jimmy went to work right away, spraying earth friendly cleaner on all the above areas. He was meticulous in his work, insuring protection of plants. Once the spray was allowed to work, he cleaned with another hose. The driveway was scrubbed using a special machine, and turned out wonderfully. I would, and plan, to use Randy again whenever the area needs it. Great experience.

They use biodegradible chemicals as opposed to straight pressure washing - and that's easier on my roof. Not many companies do that. They also just do a great job.

I felt it went really well. Randy did a great job and was efficient. He was very busy and it took me 1 day to get in contact with him, but, it was definitely worth the patience. I would definitely use his company again.

Everything went smoothly, and they showed up when promised. They did an excellent job. We had a lot of mildew and mold everywhere from all the rain, and they were able to get rid of it. It all looks much brighter and fresher. We are very pleased with their work.

Gave us an estimate, based on computer view, over phone. On site Randy (the owner) added cleaning of sidewalk and, with Angie's List discount, still came in UNDER estimate! Very satisfied and would certainly use again.

The pool cage had green algae on the sides and especially heavy on the top. The lanai and sidewalk were dirty from the recent heavy rains. They did a very good job and the areas are very clean. I had very professional service. They contacted me very quickly for my estimate and completed the job the next day. I will be using them again in the future.

THE EFFECTS OF THE SPRAYING JOB LAST FOR ABOUT 1 TO 1 1/2 YRS. BEFORE ANY MILDEW STARTS REAPPEARING, SO IT IS WELL WORTH YOUR MONEY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE. It was a little expensive but they did do a good job. They were prompt and the roof looks great. I did not need to repaint the house at all and they were professional.

I received a prompt response from Sharon when I requested a quote. After making up my mind to use their service, we agreed on a date to do the job. They arrived on the scheduled day, on time, and did a wonderful job. I heard that quite a few of my neighbors requested their business card while they were working on the house.

I have a Koi pond out front and they brought new tarps to lay over the pond and the pond plants. They were very careful about my fish. The job took about four hours as I have a lot of roof area. Their cleaning solution worked wonders and all my plants were very well taken care of so that there was no chemical burn on the leaves. The price reflected my $25 coupon from their site. I have always been pleased with the company. They were very polite and professional. It made me feel good knowing that they took pride in their work and safety precautions regarding my fish.

They did a great job of cleaning the deck pavers and screen enclosure. Randy (owner) was very helpful in explaining what he and his helper were doing, including the fact that the screen enclosure spray mix was a lighter solution than the deck spray in order to protect the plants yet strong enough to clean mold and stains off. We are very happy with the results!

I called and left a message and my call was returned within 24 hours. The appointment was scheguled and prices were quoted immediately. The workman arrived on time and took alot of care with my belongings when moving them for the cleaning. I was thrilled with the outcome.

Company did not return phone calls/messages left at their office or reply to follow-up emails requesting a call back.

They did a beautiful job. The algae is gone and our roof looks beautiful and the log treatment can now be done. AAA saved the day for us and they did a great job at a good price.
