AAA Sprayaway of Tampa Bay

I called an spoke with the wife co/owner. She seemed disorganized and confused, but she did get her husband out for an estimate while I was at work. They didn't leave a paper estimate, but left a message on my answering machine with a bid of $750, which seemed high to just clean the roof. I called to get a written estimate, but could not get the wife to send one. She was having trouble with caring for ill family members, and seemed confused and disorganized. She never sent me an estimate. I tried calling several times, had to leave many messages, and when I reached the co/owner/wife, she said she would call me back, but never did. I finally called her and she told me she lost the estimate. I told her to forget about it.

They arrived on time and did the job in a timely fashion with lovely results.

The finished product was even better than I thought it would be. Sharon, the owner's wife was a real sweetheart on the phone when we first set up the appointment. She explained this is not pressure washing but more of a wash with a very low percentage of bleach and additives. No high pressure is used but some low pressure is used in the cleaning process. I was skeptical but it worked like a charm. They even did in a small wall on the side of the house that needed cleaning that I did not have to pay extra for. I was very pleased with how clean everything was when they were finished.

They came out on a very hot day and despite his being an older gentleman, maybe in his sixties, he kept going until the work was finished. I was most admiring of his guts and perseverance to get the job finished. I give them all A's.

The men were prompt, professional, and courteous.

I found AAA on Angie's List and called them looking for a quote. Sharon, who was extremely professional explained the process and said that she would call me back with a quote. The quote was very thorough and fairly priced. The crew did a great job on the actual soft spray; the house looked great. I was displeased with two things; the crew did not replace hoses they unhooked, etcetera. Cleaning up after themselves left a little to be desired. I was also unhappy with the fact that we were never told that we had to thoroughly water our plants and grass before and after the procedure, until the crew were leaving for the day. All in all, we would hire them again.

The workers from AAA do such a good job with cleaning. They schedule me fairly quickly and their pricing is very good. They give me quality service and they are very responsive. I would absolutely use them again.

I came home to find the job completed but not as clean as I had hoped. Yellow residue dripping from pool screen supports and dirt still in corners of pool lanai.

They are a good company and I was pleased with their work.

Randy and Chris arrived around 9:30 (they have to wait until the roof is hot from the sun) and worked straight through until around 3:00. My roof has a very steep pitch and was very dirty! They were very careful with the shrubs, making sure to cover the ones that needed to be with tarps.

It was a really good. They quoted the price. They went to the county records to get our information and he gave us a quote based on that. He was professional and polite.

They did a fantastic job. They did it when they were supposed to. They got it done rather quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and it was well done.

The work took most of the day and was performed carefully not to disturb or damage the roof shingles. They worked continuously. After they left, though I did a quick inspection, I noticed one small section of the wall that was not thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise they did an excellent job.

Overall it went well except they had to clean the whole house that I didn't want to do. They left a film on the windows that was very hard to clean. I will not use them again.

Great! Superb communication prior to the job. Arrived when promised. Had to come back to finish up because rain interrupted the first visit and the roof looks great! Went the extra mile by giving advice on how to better maintain the roof.

No service, no response. Promised a quote never delivered.

The workers arrived on a non-windy, warm, sunny day as required for their cleaning process. As our roof is high pitched and quite a large area, most of the day was spent cleaning and spraying the roof. They returned the next day to clean the pool deck and screened lanai.

WOW. Randy came out and told me he can get rid of the mildew and grime. When I had the deck done before they used only water and the pressure, but Randy used cleaning agents and now it is absolutely beautiful. He also did all of the screens and furniture and front walkway. I plan on using him twice a year to keep it as great as it looks now.

I've used them twice so far. They did a nice job. They were really aware of the plants around the area they were working in. He was very, very concerned not to let any of the chemicals fall into our coy pond. They did a nice job though it took a little longer than expected. I did feel on the most recent job, that I had to watch them a little more closely because one of the workmen turned on their hose pump and started draining my pool by mistake. I would probably use them again in the future.

They were terrific. They did what they said they were going to do, they did it well, quickly and meticulously. Went very smoothly.

The whole procedure went very well even though they had to stop and resume the procedure a few days later due to rain.

They came two weeks before they were scheduled and gave a thorough cleaning. They did a great job and I will use them again.

The service was adequate could have been a bit more professional.

They were a wonderful company to work with. They were completely professional at all times. They showed up when they said they would and did a marvelous job. I asked if the patio could be cleaned before Thanksgiving and they were upfront and honest enough to tell me their schedule was full. However, two days before Thanksgiving, the weather turned cold and wet, making it impossible for them to spray clean another roof as planned. They were able to fit me in to get my patio cleaned before the holiday, even though that meant they had to make another trip to my house the next week to finish the rest of the job. I would recommend them without reservation.
