Elite Cuts Landscaping

Hats off to those guys who worked so hard ! I liked them so much, I plan to call them for all my clean ups or anything else I do. I already talked to them about putting down some rock. I enjoyed working with them and honestly, they didn't waste a second of time. They were on time, professional, fun to be around and go getters !

Excellent. Rick & his crew did a great job. There was great communication from them in setting up the appointment. They showed up as promised and were efficient and pleasant to work with.

The AVI GROUP was responsive to my needs..

using Angie's List I sent a msg to Elite Cuts for them to contact me to discuss a contract for lawn maint. I included my phone number. They sent the reply, "great, where you located". I sent a reply providing them with the area where I live, included my phone number and again asked for them to contact me. Elite Cuts didn't reply and never called me. I'm left guessing that I must not be in their area. Not very professional on their part. Poor communication

Great, quick service at a great price. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

We used them for approx 10 months. During the 10 months they started out great, always on time, once a week, days changed often, due to issues like rain, or being sick etc. but always once a week. We put a lot of money in the yard approx 6 months after purchasing the house, which is when the service started to suffer. There were weeks that would go by, sometimes 3 where no one came by at all. The unfortunate growth of weeds was never handled after requesting numerous (more than 10) times and being told it would be taken care of. No trees or bushes were ever maintained, dead leaves left in yard and on plants etc. Rick was always quick to reply to my texts, but could never communicate to his work crew what needed to actually be done. I even offered to pay more money, and still nothing. Finally we had to find someone else who would give our lawn the care it needed. Not a horrible experience.. if you need a lawn mowing company, they are great, but if you are looking for a maintenance company, i would look elsewhere.

They were prompt, courteous and professional

It went okay. It wasn't fantastic, but it wasn't bad. There were no extra charges. They cleaned a little bit more than I wanted. But that's my problem. I could have kept my eyes on it a bit more. But, they did an okay job. It was just cleaning and cutting. They could have been a little bit more exact in what they cut off. I was specific on some things and it just got lost. I was going to use them for some sodding.

This is the second time I have had work done by Elite Cuts and I have been very pleased both times. They come in do the job in a professional manner, clean up everything and leave with your yard looking wonderful.

Elite cuts was extremely professional and their attention to detail was impeccable. They greatly exceeded my expectations and did more work than was originally discussed. My yard has never looked better. Originally tasked to remove old bushes and weeds from rear fence (roughly 1 and a half acre fence line). The crew was able to remove all unwanted brush, weed whack my whole property, and remove three trees. I would use this company in the future.

Met with Rick this morning. They communicated prior to the appointment perfectly and were on time. They far exceeded my expectations and twice walked me through what was being done (1/2 way through to ensure all was being done to my liking) and at the end to ensure I was completely satisfied. I could not be happier with the work that was done by their team and would strongly recommend their services to anyone that asked 100% satisfied!

It's taken me way too long to write this review since I kept putting it off. So, here it is. Elite Cuts got with me a day or so after I bought the deal and we set a date for the job. They arrived on time and after I showed the boss (owner?) what I wanted done, he and his crew got right to work. It was a 6 hour deal so with 4 guys that came out to 1.5 hours by the clock. I wasn't sure 1.5 hours was enough time but once they got going, they were like a well oiled machine. I was totally surprised at the progress and amount of work they did. Good work, I might add. There was a little time left over so they did a few needed things I didn't even notice needed done. They are a totally professional crew of hard workers with a boss who is not afraid to get his hands dirty and jumps right in with them. I highly recommend them and if needed, I would most definitely use them again.

Rick called me about 15 minutes before arrival.Upon meeting me he introduced himself and knew my name.As soon as he knew what I wanted in the front of my property he directed his men and they got to work.His crew chief asked me questions about the height of trimming and removal of plants.Rick and I walked the side and back of the property so I could tell him what I wanted.He asked questions to make sure we both understood the work to be done.While his crew worked the front and sides Rick did the back. If I saw something to be done the crew responded without question. Rick went beyond the time and work specified in the contract without a problem.I will be using them again for other landscaping work.
