They do not know how to lay sod correctly. Then will blame you for not telling them to add dirt. Ummm - you should know that. Terrible communication as well.

Arrivals times inconsistent and did not use care when mowing lawn. Ran over and broke multiple sprinkler heads with riding lawn mower.

This contractor came to my property stated he would provide a quote in writing when I followed to see why I did not receive the quote he stated he charges $150 for an estimate! Yet on Angie’s list he advertises the contrary. Never do any work with any contractor unless they detail the work that is to be performed and price in a written estimate. Not sure why he treated me differently & contrary to what he advertises on Angie’s list.

I started out with a one time deal on Angie's List for a few hours for a certain price. I was so happy with them that I hired them to do my Trimming of Hedges, Mowing and Edging every week, that was 4 years ago and still happy with Rick and the guys. Rick responds very quickly to your text and if there is a problem will correct it.

Outstanding. We used Elite Cuts a few years ago, but lost the name and contact information. I would not hire anyone else to do the work, and so spent six months looking for the company. It was more than worth the wait. Excellent service. I never felt he was trying to take advantage of is, that he is very ethical, and honest.

Our yard was nothing but black soil, no grass at all. We found Rich at Elite Cuts on this app, called him and he came right over. Rich had an action plan to fix our yard and get fixed. We started with adding new top soil, then mulch. The hard-work, dedication and honestly from Rich was outstanding. Our yard looks amazing, we are so happy with the work. Elite Cuts gets the job done, so glad we hired them!

Additionally, Rick was extraordinarily patient when I had to keep delaying the work due to other renovations taking place at my house. We were on a budget and finding flexible lawn care companies is nearly impossible. Rick came out and gave us an estimate and allowed us to customize it per our budget and our needs. After a couple of false starts, where the owner, Rick, had gotten sick and could not make two of the appointments we made. He did call me and told me that he was sick, so we kept rescheduling. Third time was the charm, Rick and his crew showed up at the appointed time, and went right to work. He and his crew were very professional, and did a great job. I would definitely use Rick again and recommend his company to my friends.

Rick was fantastic. He designed a plan that was exactly what I was looking for. His pricing was fair and honest. His crew was very competent, polite, and professional. Most of all our HOA was extremely strict and required us to jump through a number of ridiculous hoops to get our project approved. Rick was the consummate professional and cleared all the HOA hurdles with aplomb. Our landscaping looks so much better now. You can’t go wrong with Elite Cuts.

He was very honest in telling me one of the trees did not need to be cut down. He was very personable and gave great rates. I am using him this next week to do the work.

We experienced delays from the inception of service at the end of August, with both the monthly service and the one-time cleanup, which was further compounded after Hurricane Irma in mid September. The owner was responsive to our numerous emails and apologize for the delays, but ultimately, we did not receive the value for our money and chose to move forward with a different service.

"F."....left cut grass on my healthy grass and killed it! Cut grass crooked and didn't even cut one section of grass. Left black rubber tire tracks all over my sidewalk driveway and neighbors sidewalk too. Worker Argued with neighbor because they left a trail of dead cutting all over sidewalk.After one cut they destroyed my property. I went from having the nicest looking lawn to NOW looking like trash! I have large dead patches all over my lawn.Two of my neighbors sais something to them that day( I wasnt at home at the time)..I've been trying to grow grass since.....I'm probably going to have to re sod entire front lawn! We had hired this company around a year ago to do landscaping services. We had to discontinue using the company due to being charged for services that were not being performed (this was blamed on a poor supervisor who was let go). Fast forward a year later we decided to give them another try and they came out- did an estimate- we scheduled for services to start and they did not show up. Unfortunately cannot recommend.

Competed work as discussed. Storms stalled work a few days but they were always on-time, placed tree trimmings in neat pile at curb and worked efficient. Would hire again.

The crew have been mowing my lawn, trimming, and cleaning up my yard for about two years. I'm so happy with their work and service. The whole team is so quick and efficient. I love walking around my yard later in the day and admiring the great job they've done.

They cleaned up the front yard ok...weeded pretty well, trimmed a bush i had, and even put some bags of mulch that i had down. But they did absolutely nothing to the back yard. I paid 99 dollars for 4 hours of labor...they were only there for an hour. It was 4 guys and the guy in charge tried to explain to me that it was 4 man hours which made no sense to me...the ad was misleading and they did a crap job. I do not recommend them.
