Description of Work: Resurfaced our pool deck and sidewalk and transformed it into a real work of art. We are totally satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone and we would absolutely use them again in the future !!!

Description of Work: We had our pool/back patio and front porch resurfaced and the back patio drain cover replaced. We loved how the job turned out and are very happy with Concrete Designs FL. The workers were very nice and did the job professionally. Will use them again when we resurface our driveway.

Description of Work: Resurfaced my pool and repaired the coping.The people at concrete designs are very helpful and professional...some of the subcontractors that came out were less so...regardless I was happy with the final product and the price was great in comparison to other estimates. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Though the total area of my patio and balconies is less square footage than Concrete Designs' cost minimum, Ken promptly scheduled a meeting to discuss various resurfacing options and to explain the project's costs. |Josh, the project manager, and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled. |Despite the fact I had many questions and chose to make a few changes, every aspect of my requests were satisfactorily addressed. |On the second and final day of the resurfacing, Claudia arrived to inspect the progress and to confirm that I was satisfied with the design and color selections. |Now that nearly a week has passed since the resurfacing project was completed, my only concern is the durability of the surface painting. |As I repositioned furniture on the patio, I noticed that the surface scratches easily. Description of Work: Our driveway was resurfaced recently by Concrete Design FL We were very pleased with this company. They were very professional and completed the work as promised. We have to give credit to two workers, Eddie and Tango for their good work and artistic talent. We would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. We have already received compliments on the attractiveness of the driveway.

Description of Work: We had our driveway widened about 2',a severely damaged area removed & replaced then our driveway, entrance, pool deck and patio resurfaced (about 2,400 sq ft total) Prior to signing the contract I place an emphasis on communications and meeting commitment dates and Concrete Designs lived up to our expectations by starting on time, calling when the weather was going to be bad to let us know the crew would not be coming and completing the project on time. Concrete Designs' crew removed all the furniture from the work areas and after completing the job sprayed the furniture and returned it to its original place. The crew chief worked closely with us to create the surface designs and create the colors that worked for us which all occurs on-the-job.

Description of Work: I spoke to Roger who said he would be out on Sat. 3/31 to provide an estimate. He said he would call on Fri. 3/30 to confirm. I never got a call on Fri. or Sat. I thought maybe he would just show up on Sat. but he didn't. Very disappointed. He could have at least called. Just an update to my previous report. I spoke to Roger and he explained why he missed the appointment. He showed up for the reschedule on time. He explained the job very clearly. He gave us a quote and we haven't decided yet if we are going to have the job done.
