GAve them a deposit of 1200 August 19, and as of January the dollowung year have not been able to schedule. No work done. Now i have the angst of wondering if I'll ever see that 1200

It went absolutely terrible. An extremely unprofessional company that never returns your messages. I bought from a salesman that came to my house and that's the last I heard or saw him. I texted and left voice mails with him many times and never got answers. The completed job was unsatisfactory since there was white stuff all over the driveway. I was told that was the non slip sand they put on it and it would go away. It never did. They came back over and power washed the driveway twice, but that didn't get rid of the white stuff, but did remove some of the decorative paint they used as well as the sealer. Then after going crazy trying to get someone to resolve the issue, they finally came back out and touched up the paint, but never resealed and told me the boss won't do it. I was told the salesman would call me and come out to the house to look at the problems, but I never heard from him. Then I requested the name and contact number of the owner, so I could have a talk with him, but no one would supply me with that information. I had to find out myself through public records. Not sure why they wouldn't give me his name. Sounds suspicious. Now the driveway still isn't sealed properly. Bottom line, don't use this company. I run a business too and when my customers aren't happy, I bend over backwards to make them happy and keep their business. Once this company makes the sale and has your money, they just don't care any more. I highly do not recommend anyone using them.

The patio turned out beautiful and the driveway looked very nice however after a few months cracks started showing up. First in the grout lines and then the main driveway surface. Emeliano said the cracks were already there and the movement of the earth had caused them.They made a halfway attempt to cover up the cracks but again more cracks showed up plus chipping off.I have many notes that I have talked to him, Claudia, Jennifer but every attempt to remedy the situation failed.By this time next year at the rate that it is going I will have to have someone redo the whole thing.I have photos to back up the progression of the deterioration

Back in May of 2016 I wrote an A grade positive review for the work done by Concrete Designs. They redid my pool deck and I was very pleased with the job. Unfortunately, less than 12 months later, there were some issues with the pool deck. Some of the paint was peeling and flaking off and a drain channel they installed had come loose. I called and it was difficult to get a repair scheduled, but ultimately they did come out to fix the issues. The person sent out to do the repair repainted the entire pool deck (which was not necessary) and did a poor job of it. Not only that, they did not reapply the sealant I had paid for in the original project. Now the unsealed paint is flaking even worse than before. Also the top surface is very gritty with many blemishes, whereas before it was very cleanly done. I have called the company on several occasions asking to speak to the owner but I keep getting transferred to the scheduling person. I just want the owner to come to the property to see the issues so that he knows what needs to be done to fix it properly.

It took them a while to schedule the job, but eventually they did it. They gave a 5 year warranty. Last year we called them to repair a multitude of cracks that opened around the pool area. It took FOREVER for them to take care of it. When the employee came, all he did was paint over the cracks. Since January of this year (2017) I have been trying to get them to repair again as chunks of concrete have broken off in several areas. They quoted us a price of $1000.00 to fix the broken areas, repaint the entire patio, and seal it. We told them in April that we did not want the patio repainted or sealed - just the broken areas fixed. We have not heard from them since. I emailed them the end of May - my email was ignored. Only if you spend MORE money, will they honor the warranty! Don't use them!

Great looking job. They had to refinish deck through no fault of there's. Wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the color, went above and beyond more than what I expected. I recommend and will use Concrete Designs again. Thank You!

The quality of the service/product provided was very good. The main complaint I have is the amount of time it took for the job to be completed from the time I signed the contract and gave a down payment to completion. It took several months for the job to be completed due to a permit issue. It took me calling the permit agency to figure out what the problem was. Whether it was the permit agencies fault or not for the hold up, I shouldn't have had to call the permit agency, the company should have. Also i was not given updates on when the employees would be back to complete the job until the day before. I received a call at 9:00pm the day before they wanted to come and complete the job. With all that being said, the only reason i would hire again is because of the quality of the product.

All I can say is "wow". The front entrance, the patio and the pool deck look great! Guillermo who was the supervisor of the work crews was very nice, professional and customer oriented. He worked with me all the way through to make sure that I was happy with the design and the colors. Claudia, one of the owners of Concrete Designs FL was on the job, checking the work and explaining to me the process. Claudia was very patient and had high expectations for the work her employees were doing. Claudia puts herself in the client's position and works to exceed the client's expectation. Whenever I called Claudia, she returned my calls, answered my questions and made sure all was done according to my expectations. Claudia's employees did the best they could to protect any openings into the house and the fans/speakers on my patio so minimal concrete dust would enter my house of the fans/speakers. Emiliano who gave me the estimate was also very professional and accessible. I highly recommend Concrete Designs FL for any makeover of your concrete surfaces. This is a professional family owned company that is serious about their work and integrate honesty into the process. I am enclosing a photo of the work that they did to demonstrate their quality.

Never use this company. Here's how they do business: 1. They made a huge mess all over my house and backyard. When power washing the deck to prepare to work, they stripped paint off all over the bottom foot of the walls of my house. I now have to repaint 3 walls to repair the damage. They don't cover anything when they spray the deck, meaning that I had paint splatter all over everything in my backyard, all the way up to the ceiling on my patio, covering my grill, and other belongings far from the project in my yard. They didn't cover the pool as promised spraying directly into my pool as they worked and making a huge headache to get the debris out and our pool chemistry back in order. 2. When we called about the above things, the owner of the company did come out to our house to inspect the job. However, she was dismissive and rude, never apologizing for the mess. 3. They did not keep their appointments for work, meaning we spent a lot of time waiting for workers to show up. 4. After we finally gave up and paid for the job, we discovered that they never sealed the deck. If something as small as a leaf falls on the deck it permanently stains. I've tried power washing the deck and it doesn't come clean. I will now have to pay to repaint and actually seal the deck.

It went pretty well. Had to call a few times to get them to schedule, but I understand being busy. They had one small mess up involving a blower and some concrete dust and my car. BUT it was an accident and I understand accidents do happen. They were very apologetic and offered to clean the car and the garage, no permanent damage was done so it was all good. They did a very good job of cleaning up there mess at the end of each day which I do appreciate very much. Once they started working they worked everyday except one(it was raining) and completed the job on time. The quality of the work is very good. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the exact color and style you want. The crew was very nice, polite and respectful. I will most likely hire them again to do my backyard.

Work came out great. Office personnel worked to resolve an issue I had with the payment. The end result of that was fantastic and fair. A great experience.

The company did not secure the proper permit needed to begin work. They completed the work without a permit. The completed job was not correctly done, resulting in a significant issue with drainage. The new concrete is extremely slippery when wet and the fact that there is no slope results in large amounts of water pooling up all around the patio. Requests for follow up have gone unanswered. Since October we have not had any contact from the company and we are still waiting to see a copy of the permit and we are still waiting for them to return and correct the issues.

Their representatives were not high pressure sales persons. They were knowledgeable about the complications they might encounter. Due to weather and activity there was delay in starting our job--little longer than expected. However, once they arrived the work moved quickly until we encountered leaks in our swimming pool plumbing which delayed the finish and caused the tape on the tile to leave marks. They attempted to clean the tiles, but we are still seeing residue. I was not asked about replacing the pool light, the railings or ladder which would have made the job look newer. We found the staff responsive, and interested in making things right. They took calls on the weekends. The job supervisor even came to our home before 7:30 a.m. one morning to catch me before work for a decision on the job. The swimming pool refinish is beautiful and deck area is a major improvement. My husband and I did need to be observant and make requests along the way. Next time, I would accept their recommendations for coloring of the surface, I did not, and the light color I selected does show the dirt more.

After some setbacks with the first representative that I was working with, our concrete job progressed and finished in a very timely manner. Emiliano was a fantastic representative of Concrete Designs FL and a pleasure to work with. We had three pathways in our community resurfaced and one pathway completely replaced and the job came out beautiful. I would definitely recommend Concrete Designs FL and would definitely call upon them again if our community ever has a need.

Kyle did an awesome job. We really appreciate his fine attention to detail. It is nice to see someone who puts such pride into his craft. We highly recommend him for anyone needing a pool refinished.

Not well. I noticed after concrete was done it was not sloped away from the house. It actually had a dip in the middle. Miguel said that would be corrected with the Euro Tile process and it was not. I now have cracks in between the seams and cracks over non seam areas. Drainage is a huge issue now. We had a storm and water came close to coming into the house. Never has done this before. Weep holes were drilled to make water drain over a very uneven surface. Now I think some of the weep holes are undermining the dirt underneath the newly poured concrete. I will say that the patio was already "challenged" in water drainage. That is why I was very specific in requiring a small slope away from the house. I have been here 10+ years and storm water has never flooded into the house though. No rebars or mesh was used for newly poured concrete to fix it in position to existing concrete. It seems to be settling. The cracks are disturbing especially hair line cracks over solid surface. This surface is a mere 2.25 months old! Its been a big hassle and I wish now, I would have re-concreted the patio instead. They lack engineering skills and experience with concrete. Miguel never once used a level to ascertain whether a surface was level. Several people from the company came out last week, can't remember day week of 07/05/2016. They are all very kind I will say, and for that matter are always very nice. However the solutions offered are not what I want. They say they can create faux tile grout lines over cracks, but I think the cracks are not going to get better. This will also create uneven looking small "tiles." Sections need to be completely redone I think. Thus, to sum it my experience, I wish now, I would have re-concreted the patio instead.

Working with Concrete Designs Fl was a pleasure. From the moment we met Emiliano and received his bid for the job to the team he had resurfacing our pool and the follow up care of the pool after start up, we knew that this company only does a job one way. That's the right way. All the people that work for Concrete Designs Fl truly care about their work. You could tell that the men and woman that work for Emiliano and Concrete Designs have worked together for a long time because their work was like watching an orchestra, fluid, fast and team like ease and effort. Their contact with us was always courteous and informative. They showed up when they said they would and they completed the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company for any resurfacing job you need. You will be most pleased.

I had a very short timeline to get my project completed in (2 weeks from the estimate date) and they were able to work within my schedule. Carlos and crew did a fantastic job resurfacing my pool deck. They took all of our instruction and desires to heart and the finished product is exactly what we were hoping for. I was a little picky with my color choice and they never had any arguments and they got it done as requested. I have and will continue to recommend Concrete Designs and Carlos to others.

Provider was very responsive to request for quote, actually performed work several weeks ahead of schedule. The crew was professional, very accommodating and when they were running late, called to let me know. We were well pleased with the work and at complete, would have happily provided references. However, less than 2 weeks after completion, the finish is chipping off in several areas. These are not areas where there is foot or other traffic. I called to ask that someone come out to inspect so that repairs can be made. I called again a week later when no one returned the call. Then called again one week later, and called again the next week. Each time I was told I was on the "schedule" and that the repair person was very busy and would call me back. Finally on 4/21 the phone was answered by a recording, I left a message letting them know that it is has been over a month since my first call and they have not yet had the professional courtesy to even return a single phone call and that I would be posting a less than favorable review of their services if they couldn't return the call with the next 24 hours. I gave them the benefit of doubt, another 72 hours before posting this review. Based on the fact that they have no problem taking your money, but they don't stand behind their work I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. Their work is supposed to have a lifetime warranty Yes, if I pay to have the sealer put on after 1 year which probably won't be a problem because they like to take your money. If I can't get them to repair their work after 1 month, a lifetime of this frustration is a VERY long time. This provider lives in my area so it is not even a matter of distance. I still want the repairs made but at this point I am wondering if they are even in business anymore.

After confirming past customer reviews I hired Concrete Designs to resurface our 1100 sq. foot pool deck. They provided a clear agreement that detailed all aspects of the job. The crew, lead by Jesus, arrived on time and began work immediately. they worked with few breaks were respectful of our property and cleaned up at the end of each day. Jesus was not only responsive to numerous requests but very helpful in guiding us throughout the process. Jesus was assisted by one if crew members named Betty in helping us select both design and coloration for a great looking finished product. They both offered additional services and explained upkeep for our deck and the lifetime warranty program offered by Concrete Designs. I would certainly recommend this company to refinish pool decks as they produced a beautiful looking deck for our home. BG Boynton Beach,Fl.
