 + -1 moreWork day was coordinated and done to our satisfaction. For those reading this review, this is an extremely professional company. So if you are looking for an awning and/or sun screens this is who you should contact.
Description of Work: Our awning was installed about three years ago. We noticed last week 8/5/17 that it was leaning to one side. We contact Awning Stars and without hesitation they immediately responded to our request by setting up an appointment as well as informing us that the awning was just a little off, nothing to really worry about.

He is professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells. He helped us meet our needs and we just can't say enough good things about our experience and how happy and satisfied we are. We don't typically recommend unless we are absolutely 100% satisfied. If you hire Awning Stars you will not regret it!

The team was excellent in talking through it, options, and explaining what they were going to do to resolved. The final awning is super and I am very happy with it. Best praise is to their responsiveness and communication on when/what/where etc. Thank you Ron, Mike, and Francisco.
