Great customer service! When I called and left a message, my call was returned very quickly. They had me scheduled for a repair in no time. They showed up on time and were extremely friendly and courteous and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I will certainly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

The personnel at Awning Stars were fantastic . They were able and seemed very willing to assist me in solving a problem I had with unwanted and uncontrollable awning retraction. They walked me through correction and reprogramming steps in a clear, competent manner and couldn't have been more courteous or more competent.

The team at Awning Stars were very responsive and professional. We wanted a motorized awning over the sliding glass door leading to the pool deck. Vertical space was tight due to the screen enclosure so the "off-the-shelf" standard units sold on-line would not fit with the space available. So I contacted Awning Stars to see what they could do and they came up with a unit that would fit the space. The awning is extremely well made, very solid and should last a long time. It was a little expensive but was worth the cost. I'm very happy with the end result.

The folks at Awning Stars did a fabulous job. We had an outside area fully screened, including installation of three motorized screens. From start to finish the job was seamless. Communication and follow-up was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing awning, shutters or screens.

I bought a Sunesta retractable awning 8 years ago. Mike Meadows the owner installed the awning. Unfortunately no gutter was at top the awning and the fabric was damaged. the product was still under warranty however this is not a product malfunction. Mike came out and was able to match up some fabrics where the hole was so i can continue using my awning. Not only did he correctly match the fabric he also cleaned and lubricated the awning and did not charge me for his time and i truly consider this exceptional customer service. I would refer him highly and when i will be able to buy a new cover i would buy from him.

In my 70 years, this is one of the absolute best companies I have dealt with. Ron and Mike are professionals who stand by their product and installation. The product and price are the best we found. From the start, during the sales process, the company representative was very straightforward, honest and provided all the information needed to make a decision. I paid a 50% deposit, and the company kept me informed of the installation date, and confirmed twice. On the day of installation, the installer called to let me know when he would be there. He was on time, pleasant and respectful. The installation went smoothly, and he and his helper cleaned up, repositioned the outdoor furniture, and provided instructions on operating the awning. I was impressed with their technical skills, attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and am completely satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone considering this brand of awning, and this company and its installers.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the installation. First of all, the price was much lower than we had expected. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were prompt, and completed the whole installation in one day. We have received many compliments on our awning - it is beautiful, and it makes our patio much cooler. We would definitely hire this company again!

The new was installed, but i didnt like the overall size. So i called mike and he made me a deal. Not only did he replace it but for a very minimal charge got and installed the correct one in days. All measurements, size and location were all approved by me. This was completely my fault and all Awning Star did was continue solving my needs and problems with pure professionalism.
