At the start of 2021 it was inevitable that our kitchen needed to be completely renovated as well as redesigned. After researching several different companies, we decided to work with S&W Kitchens. They had excellent reviews and have been established here for quite some time. As with any major project we expected our share of glitches here and there, especially with problems due to prolonged deliveries and workers becoming ill due to COVID. Working with Rosemarie Szedula, our designer, made this project seem effortless and smooth. She was reliable, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as expected and made sure that we had exactly what we wanted and needed. Anytime I reached out to her she responded quickly and took care of the issue. The kitchen turned out better than I expected, and the added storage space and peninsular are wonderful. The kitchen was completed on-time and the quality of the workmanship as well as the actual cabinetry, granite and tile was excellent. We are both very happy with our choice. Sarah, our designer, did an amazing job of designing our master bath and laundry room. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and provided us a great choice of materials. Chris, our superintendent was also very knowledgeable and was there for every step that was taken. He made sure that the work was done correctly! Our project turned out better than we could have imagined!

It was wonderful to work with S & W Kitchens in Melbourne florida for a laundry room upgrade. They were easy to work with and straightforward and professional. Lee, Kevin, Matt and Angel the plumber were our team. The fees were exactly as described.

PegC Kitchen Remodel Our experience with S & W was 100% positive from beginning to end! Our Kitchen Designer from the Winter Park/Orlando location was Carol T***** and our Superintendent was Davin J*******, both were excellent, very knowledgeable and responsive. Along with Carol, Griffin was very influential in our decision to go with S & W for our kitchen remodel. All would return calls immediately and were readily available as needed. They were responsive if change orders were requested and didn’t try to nickel and dime us. They always followed up to see that the change orders were accomplished. They had a positive attitude, promoted S & W in every way, yet looked out for our best interests in all aspects. We were (are) very happy and satisfied with the completed job S & W Kitchens performed for us. It was done in a timely manner and all workers were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, did their job and moved on to their next appointment. We definitely would use S & W Kitchens again. We appreciate their professionalism!

I just completed my second remodel with S&W Kitchens. The first was a master bath remodel and this recent update was a full remodel of the kitchen and replacement of my home flooring. I am very pleased with the outcome and quality of work. One of the reasons I choose S&W is because of the quality of the skilled tradesman they use. Any issues during the remodel were handled professionally and to my satisfaction. The tradesmen were always polite, professional and highly skilled. Many thanks to Lacie and Mike for another job well done. If you are looking for a full service remodeler, I recommend them.

We began working with S & W Kitchen's in April, 2022 planning our kitchen renovation. We are currently starting the 2cd week of this renovation. To date, all of the staff we have worked with have been professional, responsive and very skilled at their respective jobs. Gina Cerimele, an S & W designer, has been with us from the beginning. She has an amazing attention to detail, amazing design skills, encorperated all of our wishes into the design plans, meticulously organized, stayed on top of and communicated regularly about the process. Once all the products were purchased and received the renovation of our new kitchen was scheduled to begin. 2 weeks prior to our start date Gina brought our Project Superintendent, Daniel Neris to our home to view the space and review the steps of the renovation plans. Both Gina and Daniel, were very thorough and detailed about the coming process and set up a group text to keep us all informed and on the same page. Our kitchen renovation began 12/5/22. I can't say enough about Gina and Daniel's leadership and strong project management skills. They have been either at the job site or in communication via phone or text daily. The crew that Daniel assigned to our project, as well as all the trades, have exceeded our expectations. Jamie and his team are highly skilled, extremely hard-working, on- time, very personable and extremely neat and respectful of our home. To date, the process could not have gone better and we are excited to continue to work with these amazing professionals . I will update this review as the project continues. Thank you S &W kitchens!

We had an exceptional experience working with Kirsten and Mike out of the Palm Harbor location. They were extremely responsive, great communicators, provided meticulous work, and finished the job ahead of time. They took care of everything! We will absolutely use them for all of our projects going forward and never attempt to "just find" a contractor again. Thank you S&W, and thank you Kirsten and Mike!

The kitchen in the house was terrible. It had been remodeled but done so in the cheapest way (the house was a rental before I bought it). I met with their designer Mary who was very easy to work with and she came up with a design that added a ton more space and was way more usable. The entire kitchen was gutted and rebuilt and it looks fabulous. I think hiring a company that stands by their work is important and they came back to fix some little things. I am very happy with their work and the end results.

Excellent company! They replaced my kitchen cabinets several years ago. I'm now in the process of updating my hardware. Other than wanting to change my drawer handles, I still absolutely love my "new" beautiful kitchen! The current staff, as well as those I have dealt with in the past, are always courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We recently had our main bathroom, closet and bedroom renovated by S&W. Mayerlin was our designer and Adam was our project manager. It was a big job with lots of challenges along the way, but we are very pleased with the end result.

Whitney, Mike and team showed great professionalism and all the crew were clean efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them. Also on a side note fun to work with,

recently finished 2 bathrooms with S&W in Palm Harbor, Florida. Kirsten Phillips was our designer and Mike Frary was the project manager/GC. They were fantastic. S&W has an app that allows you to know exactly what is scheduled each day, what is planned and easily connect with the team. All of the subcontractors were pleasant, respectful and helpful. I am sure it wasn’t easy, one bathroom is on 2nd story, one on 3rd story. I had a vision of what I wanted, shared that and pictures with Kirsten and she helped me through all of the processes. I picked out things that I knew I wanted and she helped guide me in areas I was unsure. We built the house 20 years ago and kept putting off doing the bathrooms. Now I am so happy, I should have done it sooner. I highly recommend S&W, they were fantastic to work with. And huge thanks to Shirley A who helped set me up with Kirsten to keep personal friendship and business separate.

It was a slow process but my bathrooms are beautiful. I couldn't be happier with my designer Roisin Wong. And the job was wonderfully managed by site supervisor David Spencer.

My wife and I were very pleased with the professional experience we had with S & W Kitchens Palm Harbor. The designer, Shirley Aguilu, provided excellent ideas, listening to our ideas, and producing a kitchen renovation plan that encompassed all of our requests. The team, including Shirley, Steve, Tony and Amber, were on top of all aspects of the complete kitchen renovation. This included frequent contact to ensure the job was being completed, and ensuring all segments (installing floor tile, cabinets, laundry room, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical work) were correctly completed. We highly recommend S & W Kitchens Palm Harbor, for their work.

All we can say is WOW! S&W Kitchen did a fantastic job renovating our kitchen. The difference between our old kitchen and new is like night and day. Our kitchen was old, falling apart, cabinet doors not closing, bowing shelves and poor lighting. Lindsey Schwartz, our Project designer, was great to work with. She guided us through choosing cabinets, flooring, backsplashes and every detail of our kitchen make-over. She pointed out less expensive choices although we did not always listen, and different options. The demolition and installations teams were all very professional and courteous. They always let us know what they were going to be doing and when. We highly recommend S&W Kitchens.

From the start of the bathroom remodel to the end, Whitney at S & W Kitchens took a dream of what we wanted our bathroom to be and made it a reality. Our bathroom was original from 1988 and needed to be completely upgraded! At the start we scheduled a visit with Whitney and laid out the parts we needed and wanted to incorporate into our bathroom. Whitney then helped us to pick out a color scheme and quartz countertop, tiles, floor, lights and accessories. After about a week, Whitney drew up a CAD design to show us how the bathroom would look like and showed us. We immediately loved it and signed the paperwork to get it started. Because of the pandemic and wood shortages, it took about a month to get all the supplies together for the bathroom (Still good if you ask me) and then they delivered them to our garage for safekeeping. Mike, our foreman, met with us to lay out the work schedule for the remodel and set a demo date. Mike was attentive to our work schedule and our concerns of making sure our cat did not get out. Therefore, Mike made sure to let us know when people would be coming so we could put our cat in a room. All of the people who came to work on the bathroom respected our privacy of not going in the doors that was marked that our pet could be in. Over the 6 months of the remodel (This was finished on time), Mike and Whitney were available for any and all questions, concerns and gave updates on everything. Our bathroom exceeded our expectations on how it was going to be. The new shower is roomier and awesome, more cabinet space and the countertops and sinks are spectacular! We both are very impressed with Whitney and Mike at S & W kitchens and without hesitation will use them again in the future!

Great job by S&W. Kitchen looks wonderful. The company isn’t cheap but they have high quality materials and personnel so it was definitely worth it.

S&W kitchens completed a full remodel of my master bathroom. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The remodel included some extensive concrete work and plumbing to fill in sunken tub and shower areas with a free standing tub and walk-in shower. Despite delays due to Covid, they kept pace and had tradesmen working almost weekly until done. Any issues during the remodel were handled professionally and to my satisfaction. The tradesmen were always polite, professional and highly skilled. If you are looking for a full service remodeler, I recommend them.

S&W completely remodeled our kitchen and two baths. Did it all go super smooth? Not really, but what did go consistently right was designer Lacie Rice. She worked with my wife and I from the beginning to the end and helped to resolve issues that arose along the way. We are more than satisfied with the results and cannot speak highly enough about Lacie.

Excellent workmanship, design and project management. Lacie is a great designer, listen to our needs and make great cost effective design recommendations. Steve did an excellent job managing the project even doing some of the work himself whe workers took ill. Definitely would hire them again.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Project was completed in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier with the results.

FANTASTIC Experience! We have been working out of our home since March of 2020 so we decided now would finally be the time to upgrade the kitchen to one we had been dreaming of for many years. We did our homework, read reviews and visited the S&W Kitchens Showroom in Melbourne, Florida. We were greeted by Laura Scott who was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and honest, which made it easy to quickly develop a trust relationship with her. Laura ultimately became our Designer and as she gathered our requirements, she listened to all of our wish lists and concerns, and she shared lessons learned to help guide our decision making. She offered excellent suggestions and ultimately created a design that far exceed our expectations and enhanced the layout and function of the original blueprint. She also provided quick and timely communication throughout the entire process. Laura delivered on every promise she made, and she routinely stopped by to check in on the progress and make sure our expectations were being met. We had a pre-construction meeting at our home where we met the various superintendents and project managers that would be overseeing the job. We were provided with documentation that included all of our diagrams and decisions, and a thorough timeline of when we could expect events to occur. They offered expert advice on what to expect and answered all of our questions. They even were considerate of our dogs and ensured us of their safety. Our Project Superintendent, Vinny Mallo, provided excellent communication on scheduled workdays and arrival times. He worked closely with the crews and provided thorough oversight. The crews (demo, plumbing, electrical, cabinet install, backsplash tile, countertops) were extremely professional and provided quality work in a timely manner. From the virtually invisible seams on the beautiful quartz countertops to the expertly laid intricate backsplash tile, we were so impressed with the quality of work. They were always on time and presented virtually no disruptions to us, even in our telework environment. We were also impressed with how clean they kept the environment, hauling away debris at the end of the work days, and keeping all of our areas orderly. Bottom line…we are EXTREMELY happy, highly recommend Laura Scott, and S&W Kitchens and would definitely use their services again.

The remodel included removing my walls and ceilings down to the studs. After our first meeting, my designer, Sarah Kraus, knew exactly what I wanted and needed. She went by my color schemes and chose the cabinets, tile, backsplash and lighting perfectly. I love the results! My supervisor, Brian Pope, responded to my calls and any questions I had immediately. I felt he went over and above what was expected of him. Both projects were done on schedule and my home was kept as clean as possible while the work was in process. I now have an open floor plan and a beautiful, efficient kitchen and master bathroom. I would highly recommend S&W Kitchens and especially Sarah and Brian.
