Overall work was outstanding! Adam Vinson handled our project and he provided great guidance throughout the process. Customer service was fantastic from start to finish and he was always very responsive to any question. The contractors they brought in on the project were excellent and there was obviously a very good working relationship between them; any issues that popped up were handled quickly and effectively. My wife and I have no ability to really visualize how things would look so it was great to ask for advice and get good honest answers from experienced people. Our kitchen looks fantastic!

Everything turned out very well. The project took about two months total.

The quality of the work is great. However, their customer service left a lot to be desired. Originally we were told the project would take four days; it took about three months. Their communication wasn’t great either. We basically had to chase them down on the phone to get any kind of follow up.

This report is speaking on behalf the gentleman who did actually did work, and not the company as a whole. I have no issues with S & W Kitchens whatsoever, but I only had a direct experience with their employee. I thought he was very good. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I am very, very pleased with their work. They are extremely professional. The staff that actually does the installations is tremendously competent. They actually made some suggestions which improved the overall design.

They did beautiful work! Everything was done quickly, and I was completely satisfied. Also, they stuck with their original estimate even though additional work had to be done.

The installers were there when they said they would be. The work was done exactly as I wanted it. This is a messy project but they kept the mess to a minimum. They cleaned up every night before they left. The total project was to be completed in four days and it was. My cabinets look great and the colors that Glenn helped me choose are beautiful. This is a company that I have already recommended to my friends and that I would use again should I need any of the services they provide.

they were waiting on us to install the kitchen. They stored the cabinets and installed when we were ready. Some of the appliances were tricky, but their installer was good enough to improvise and make it look like it was designed that way.

S&W remodeled our kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms with beautiful cabinets and quartz counters. They did a great job and everything was very timely. Krista's design input and suggestions were key. We would definitely do business with them again.

It went well. They are quite thorough, although a bit pricey. In the long run, we decided not to do the project at this time.

The old shower was at least 30 years old and seemed to be leaking. S & W advised me on all aspects of the replacement from stying to measurements to scope of work involved. They supplied all materials and kept in touch with me throughout so that I knew what to expect.

It was wonderful. I was nervous doing that big of a project. They were very easy to work with. Glen was faboulous. The 3 gentlemen, who did the work in my kitchen cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. They were very prompt and always on time.

I chose not to use them because the quote was too high. Also, after their visit to me it took them 6 weeks to have that quote ready so I didn't consider them a company that I wanted to work with.

S&W Kitchens was fantastic from start to finish. We had a designer Krista who guided our choices to finishes within our budget that we never could have put together on our own. We had a construction supervisor, Mike, who was in constant touch with us, allowed us to make changes as we went, introduced us to all the subs and made certain that we knew who was coming and at what time. All subs that came to our home were high-quality professionals. We feel so fortunate to have found S&W Kitchens.

They came and took very precise measurements. They were always on time and kept me informed about everything. They used great materials and their salesmen were very knowledgeable. They even showed us on the computer how it was going to look and made the changes we needed.

I contracted with S&W Kitchens to put new cabinets in kitchens and both baths. The work was never completed by them. I have not seen or heard from them in approx. 8 or 9 months. The last day I saw or had contact with them was approx. 8 or 9 months ago right before the workman's wife was to have a baby. The workman came for a few days prior to giving to his wife giving birth. One day he did not show up and I never saw him again. I assumed he would come back a few days after his wife had the baby. He never did. I did call for the salesman a while after the worker had last been in house working on cabinets. I never got a call back only to find 8 or 9 months later I was told he was ill and evidently left. The company never ever made any contact from the time the workman's wife had the baby approx. 8 or 9 months ago till I got a bill. I was even sent a "Notice to Owner" recently with regard to the job. The balance owed was $12500 I have offered to settle for $7000. Job never completed.

I had S & W replace a pantry in my kitchen a couple of years ago and when it came time to replace my vanity I called Bill Burke. It took me several calls to get him to give me a quote for the job but when he finally did everything fell into place.

I GAVE IT A C BECAUSE I DIDN'T THINK THE ACTUAL S AND W PEOPLE DID ENOUGH OF THE GROUND WORK. THE PEOPLE THEY GOT TO DO THE WORK WAS FINE, BUT I WANTED IDEAS FROM THEM ON WHAT WE SHOULD DO. WE HAD TO DO THE IDEAS, AND I FELT LIKE WE COULD HAVE DONE IT OURSELVES IF WE HAD GOTTEN SUBCONTRACTORS.

Met with several companies for the redesign of kitchen. S & W Kitchens, Inc. offered the best quality kitchen cabinets for the money and the best overall selection in cherry wood. The kitchen redesign and meetings with the company representative was a delight.
