Description of Work: We needed to update the kitchen in our home built in 1981. Cabinets had been replaced about 10 years ago. This remodel included new countertops; replacement of florescent lighting with LED; relocation of cabinets to accommodate new appliances and other minor updates. We worked with an S&W designer, who helped us with design and selection of materials, and a Construction Manager, who scheduled the work and subcontractors. |The work went well. We had a minor glitch with materials that were not ordered. S&W did a great job working the issue and limiting the impact. We were very pleased with the service and finished project.

Description of Work: I have a new kitchen of my dreams and I have S & W Kitchens to thank for it! We had a complete kitchen demo and had new cabinets, countertops, tile flooring, lighting, and backsplash done. Did it go off without a hitch? Absolutely not. But then what remodeling project does? And I say the difference between a so so company and a great one is how they handle problems. They made it right and stayed with it to the very end until it was perfect! They made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before being done with the job. I would not only use them again but I would recommend them to others. Everyone involved from the office personnel to the contractors were very professional and prompt to arrive for work. There were no hidden charges. The quality of work was outstanding and it shows in my beautiful kitchen and new tile floors. I consider we made new friends by the time the job was complete!
