This company was very professional and knowledgeable in cleaning and odor removal. Deland arrived on time and explained everything that he could do to remove cat urine from our leather couches & home theater seats, as well as the theory of odor and its removal After the work was completed he asked me to check the odor. I still smelled some odor, so he additionally cleaned the seats. He also told me that he would come back if we smelled the odor again. Well, after everything dried, my wife indeed smelled the odor. We called Deland and he immediately scheduled another visit free of charge. He has gone the "extra distance" for us and provided excellent service in an industry that is known to rip off people. We would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Pair to anyone who needs Deland's services.

Outstanding job. The wood floors have been brought back to life. The kitchen tile has never been so clean and he removed a spot on my office floor that I didn't think would ever come up. Will definitely use again.

Had 1 small issue but the owner was quick to respond and take care of the issue right away. This is a company that stands behind the service they offer and I will certainly use them again.

It was a tough challenge, but Vincent was up to it. He tried the usual solutions and then brought in still more ideas. It looks like the stains are dramatically reduced, much more than we could have done ourselves without ruining the couch. We will probably call Perfect Pear the next time we have such a need.

They did tile and carpet cleaning. They did this work in 3 rooms. They came out here twice and it was one guy who did the job. He showed up on time, he was easy to get along with and he did a good job. He did a generic cleaning. This was the first time that I used him; and I would use him again in the future.

We had a good real good experience with him. He was on time and cleaned our carpets in our rental property. This company came in and it’s a one man job. He spent like half a day and charged a reasonable price. After he was done he made sure that I was satisfied before he left. He didn’t try to upsell me either; but he just made some recommendations. He used a different product to insure that when he is finish you can walk on the carpet without it being wet and letting it have to sit. He was really nice and the most important thing that I would like to let other people know is I felt comfortable with having him in my home. He was really trustworthy and he even explained all the different things to us too. He also is knowledgeable and told me that he took a 2 day course to perfect his profession. If you use his service more frequently he also offers discount.

I had two area rugs cleaned by them. I dropped them off at their location and they cleaned everything for me. They also, put a protector on for me too. They got me the rugs back in 3 days. He does give a discount if you drop the rugs off yourself, which I did take advantage of that.; but if you can’t drop them off they are able to come to your home to pick them up for you. The company is professional from all the way from answering the phones from all the way to the technicians and the owner. They also followed up with me to make sure that everything was great. They also gave me a carpet spotter with free refills, because I am a customer of theirs. My father used them originally about 6-8 months ago, and they did such good work on my father’s carpets and that’s why I decided to use them.

I used them many years ago; about 3-4. He did a really good job and was really through. He was really expensive though, and the job was $400+. What he did was he cleaned my carpet upstairs, which was 4 bedrooms and a hallwau. He was a really nice guy and was really personable too.

This company is awesome. The carpets in the 2 rooms were stained, worn and overall smelly and horrible. When they got through the carpet looked like new and smelled better than ever and it still smells good 3 days later. The chair I had cleaned had been my Mothers and she practically lived in it, I thought I might have to have it reupholstered. When the Perfect Pair got through I could not believe it, the color came back and it looks great. Very professional, nice and on time. I will use them again when I am ready to have my tile grout cleaned.

Very well. Furniture now looks as good as when we got it! Will definitely use in the future. He costs a bit more than some other providers but does the best work I've ever seen. Well worth the extra dollars.

It was great and they did a great job. They were courteous, clean and they were on time. Everything worked out well and we are happy with it. They did wonderful and I would use them again.

Deland arrived with his associate and explained the process prior to starting work. They were professional, very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. They protected the laminate flooring very effectively and proceeded to a great job cleaning and applying a protective finish to our sectional, taking about two hours to complete the job. They also took an area rug with them for cleaning and did a great job getting it really brightened up. Even the fringed ends were taken care of and it looks really nice.

Deland did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. We had some pet stains that had been with us for years because no other carpet cleaner was able to remove. Deland took care of the problem in nothing flat. I highly recommend Perfect Pear for your carpet cleaning needs.

Deland came and explained how everything would work, He also explained why we having problems keeping the grout clean.

The crew were unable to make the first appointment but communicated with me throughout the day above and beyond what I've experienced in the past. They showed up promptly for the 2nd appointment and actually waited on me a few minutes while I completed some early morning errands. They were in and out and completed the work efficiently. My only regret is that I had them come before the painters who proceeded to spill paint all over my newly cleaned tile.

They cleaned the carpets at my parents’ house and did a great job at a very reasonable price. They also rolled up my rug, took it away, cleaned it, and put it back for me.

We have used nearly a half dozen carpet cleaning companies in Central Florida due to daily deal specials. We've had some companies that are *dreadful* and we'll never use them again. We picked up on this company's level of service from the moment we called. DeLand with Perfect Pear is ethical, he's a professional and he's done such a great job each time he's cleaned our carpets. They stay clean longer and you'll see that we have that DeLand REALLY loves his work. No high pressure sales. He's always happy to educate us on what works and what doesn't. Perfect Pear did a perfect job! Not a drop of water on my wood floors and Frank M did a wonderful job getting rid of the Dog urine stains from a former tenants dog! ( I have a Furnished apartment and we don't allow pets normally and never again even for a "friend") I would recommend Perfect Pear to anyone who needs carpeting or upholstery cleaned, they are great!!! Frank did a 3 or 4 step process because the furniture is a very nicely made Microber from Robb and Stucky. He worked for about 4 and 1/2 hours and by the time he was done I had clean furniture again and no dog stains even showed up with the black light! I am a happy camper and Perfect Pear was worth every perfect penny!!
