Everything very professional and punctual. However all hedges that were under roof edge were damaged by bleach and some will have to be replaced. The worst is nobody seems to care. I've called multiple times and I don't get calls back and can't get anybody to come out and see the damage. I've had this roof cleaned many times and never had this kind of damage.

Everything went very well. Andrew and his helper were right on time, the work was done quickly and professionally. We have a lot of hedges and other plantings around the outside of the screen, so it is a challenging job, but they handled it well. The only negative is that a couple of the plants in the built-in planters inside the enclosure are now looking a tad sickly, but that is understandable because of the chemical wash. I am sure they will recover.

They did a great job, roof got so clean it looked like it was replaced, all mold and stains gone; driveway cleaned up well.

Perfect Pear came in to complete a post-demolition cleaning before the paint crews came in and final carpentry was finished. They did a great job of dusting and cleaning the space.

The rug had urine stains from our dog. After the first round of cleaning I went to pick up the rug and it still smelled of urine. They offered to clean it again at no additional charge. The second time they brought it to my home it smelled like mildew so we rolled it back up and sent it back for a third cleaning. After a week they returned the rug and there were no more odors.

The job went smoothly. He gave us an estimate before he did the job and explained why and what he was doing. He even offered to help me turn the area rug to give it more even wear. Heavy traffic patterns were cleaned and the rug looks almost new.

The owner and manager were highly responsive, communicated clearly, provided an excellent job cleaning our marble, tile and grout. They returned the 30 year old grout to nearly new appearance.

I just purchased a new house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned prior to moving in. The previous owners had two or three dogs and, in addition to the carpets being dirty. there was a distinct dog smell in the rooms. Perfect Pear was extremely responsive, prompt, and respectful of my property. Two of the carpets looked like new. The third was a cream colored carpet and was 100% improved. I was quite happy with the service and would use them again without reservation.

The service provided was amazing, from the very first phone call on. I called them after having contacted multiple other carpet cleaning services. My needs were pretty large: I had recently dog-sat a friend's dog plus my brother's two dogs. All three of those dogs have long fur. My dog added to it, plus my two cats: Count on lots and lots of fur in the carpets. To add to the mess, one of my brother's dogs decided to punish me for not being "Daddy," and began pooping on the floor. Everywhere. I'd take the dog out and she'd refuse to do anything, then come in and two minutes later...poop galore. After nearly three weeks, the place stank! When I called them and let them know all this, plus the size of the house, they gave me a quote for a price that I was afraid was high, but when they began to describe the service provided for the price, I can't expect it to be any lower. They use a method that leaves my carpets dry, they go through extra efforts to exceed expectations, and they have a pleasant attitude to boost. My place already smells 100 times better! They will flush out where the stains are the worst, make sure there's disinfectants so that the bacteria from the poop doesn't sit in, and make it that I'm proud of my carpet again. As the dog had also peed on my foam mattress, I was a bit upset there...but no worries! Perfect Pear helped with that, and even cleaned up my office chair. I would recommend these people to anyone, without hesitation.

Whatever he ran across he made it the most quality job he could do. He made sure there were no odors in the carpet. He explained everything to me. It’s a family business and he really made me feel like family when it was all over. I have a lot of tile floor and they did every square inch. They are very conscience. I believe you get what you pay for and his pricing reflects that. I was really glad that I met them.

First they said they would clean the fringes as well and make them very white, but then said the fellow who did that part of the cleaning left the company, so I was disappointed. It also took a very long time.

Deland and Perfect Pear were extremely professional from start to finish. I dropped off my area rugs for cleaning and they helped me get them into their office. Once they were completed, they call me to pick up and helped me load them into my car. They also gave me a lifetime supply of spotter for the area rug for free. They will refill my bottle anytime.

They did an ok job and they only charged me what they said they would.

They are very, very good. They have really good customer service. They always call back when they say they are going to and do what they say they will do. They are very easy to work with. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

It was excellent! They use a unique system that’s not like other companies. Some companies use a ton of water and leave the carpet wet. This company doesn't leave the carpet wet and you can walk on it right after they are done. Their prices are comparable to everyone else on the market. They are really good people and their professionalism is excellent.

They did very nice work. They were there each time when they said they would be. They had the rug done exactly when they said they would. They even put the rug back down for me exactly how it was. Their prices were reasonable. He did explain the different methods of carpet cleaning and let me choose which I felt was more applicable.

The technician arrived at the appointed time within 20 min or so. He was rude and seemed not to want to work. When I took him to the desired location, which I had described to the owner as being very dirty, he said that the price would be at least 250.00. I reminded him of the price quote for two rooms as 125.00 he said he had to go outside to make a call. when he returned he said 125.00 for only the one room. I agreed. When he reassessed the room he said that he would do his best. The owner had assured me that his product would get out dog hair and dog dander, guaranteed, and the work would continue until all stains were removed. The room did not have dog dropping, only residual from an art student, charcoal, yet, no paint. The technician had to use my kitchen sink to obtain water...!!! while completiing the job I called the owner several tiimes to remind him of this guanantee. He agaiin reassured me of a good outcome. The technician upon completing the job said that the s stains were stil visible would go away with a quick sweeping. To make the incidence worse, I paid in cash and he said that he did not have a receipt to give me, I would receive an email. I insisted on a receipt for cash payment. I wrote a receipt on note paper for his signature. When I called the owner, he acknowledged that they do not give receipts to clients. I have never heard of that before...!

Rug is clean and smells wonderful. But the color is now deep red with a black wash over it and black instead of navy blue. There isn't a trace of navy blue. Deland said they put something on the rug so it wouldn't bleed, and the color is not the same now. There are also some areas where the dark wash is deeper. At the shop, we moved the rug outside in the sunlight so I could view it better and I knew the color was off, but they tried to convince me it was not. They offered to come out to the house to view the rug again, in case I am not happy with the cleaning job, but I don't see what can be done to fix this problem so I will not attempt this. I now have a very clean rug but it is not as beautiful as it was before it was cleaned. Morgan at Perfect Pear was very professional and tried to help me figure the problem out.

Owner spent a lot of time explains the science of carpet cleaning and why our previous experiences with other carpet cleaners were less Than satisfactory. He personally performed the services we requested, charged a fair price, and did an excellent job. The spots that were on our carpet have not returned as they did with previous cleaners. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a carpet cleaner.

I spoke to this company on Thursday and the man I spoke to was very nice, gave a long sales pitch, explained why he was better, the usual. Pretty convincing, so we set up an appointment for Saturday. I asked if he had anything sooner, I needed it badly. But he seemed worth the 3 day wait, so I set up and confimred the appointment, gave him my address and phone and everything the whole nine yards. Saturday came and I woke up early, moved the furniture and he never showed up. I attempted to call him 30 minutes after he was supposed to be there and got an answering service. I complained about him being late but she said she had no communication with the comapny, only to leave a message for him. I declined and found another carpet cleaner. I never heard from him via phone or anything, complete no-show. Don't know if this is worse or better than getting ripped off because he just wasted my time and because he seemed very professional I didn't think to hire somebody else instead.

A gentleman from Perfect Pear arrived on time to give us an estimate for cleaning a cream colored love seat. He spent a good amount of time explaining that there were several things he could try, but to his knowledge and experience, 100 percent silk cannot be successfully cleaned. He could have just tried to clean it and I would been out hundreds of dollars. I'm so grateful for his honesty! I would definitely call this company again.
