Description of Work: they came and completed the service when they said they would. My only complain would be the lady who answers phone, not that professional and always seem like you are bothering her when calling. Shame cause the work was great and very punctual!

Description of Work: I prepaid for 250 ft of seamless gutter. Eventually, they came and provided an estimate that would have only used approx 85ft of gutter from the 250ft of gutter that I had pre-purchased via Angie's List. | |They then quoted that to replace approx 35ft of gutter between roof and screen enclosure will be an additional $900!!! | |I called to speak to the owner directly. His assistant called and said he couldnt talk to me until after the New Year. | |I called Angie's rep and cancelled\requested refund. |Angie's rep processed the refund very quickly.

Description of Work: I called the business office on a Wednesday to request an estimate for installation of gutters for the front of my house as well as cleaning of the existing gutters. A young lady (Gwen) came out the following Monday and wrote up a proposal with a estimate for $478.00. The work was scheduled for the following Monday, but was canceled twice. The first time they discovered that they did not have the right color after they pulled up the fascia. The next date was canceled because their van broke down. They showed up that Friday but were only able to clean the existing gutters because one of their associates had to make a 5pm appt. Finally, the following Monday they arrived and completed the job in approximately one hour. I must say that though all the delays were annoying, they did call each time to let me know what was going on and to apologize. The appearance and installation look very good, but I have called them to recheck one area which is leaking. I will follow-up on that report.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I COULDN'T ASK FOR THEM TO DO A BETTER JOB. THEY SENT A YOUNG GUY OUT HERE, AND HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING WITH THE GUTTERS.
