Terry and the entire team was great to work with. They had many options to choose from at very reasonable prices. They answered all my questions and explained the different types of flooring so that I could choose the best option for my home. They are professional and very customer focused. The purchase process was easy and they scheduled the installation quickly. The installation went great (Carlos) and they were able to finish in one day which was helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Discount Carpet & Tile offered the best price among several stores we visited, including a very reasonable price on a quality porcelain tile that we liked. Robbie and his installation crew started on time and finished earlier than estimated, and his experience allowed him to overcome some challenges that were peculiar to our job. The result exceed our expectations and made a big difference in our home. Because of demand, we did have to wait more than a month for installation, but the store gave us an exact start date and kept the promise. That was OK with us, because we were focused on getting it done right, not getting it done immediately. We plan to go back to Discount for bedroom carpeting.

I was able to choose several carpets from the web page and they brought samples of those carpets to our house so we could feel them and see what they actually looked like. We chose the carpet we wanted, they wrote up the contract and had their installers come put in the carpet. The installers did a great job and removed all the old carpet. Our floors look good again.

Great service from the start of the process. We walked into their store, and Pablo was helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the right carpet. Dennis was professional and helpful regarding the estimate process. For the install, Carlos and his partner showed up at 8:00am exactly as promised, and worked their tails off all day. They were very professional and the carpet installation looks fantastic. Great job guys.

The whole experience was fantastic. We found exactly what we wanted at a great price. Terry and his staff are very professional & knowledgeable. We purchased, set an install date, received a call the morning of installation.....& a call after to make sure everything went O.K. ! We will be returning to purchase again !

The whole experience went a smooth process. We started by going to the show room and Pablo answered all the questions with easy. Then we had an in home measurement where again we asked many questions and all were answered with professionalism and patience. The day Carlos and his crew came to install the carpet, they were extremely polite and made sure I was completely satisfied each step of the way. Before the came I was concerned about how they were going to move some of my large pieces of furniture and I did not need to be. They moved furniture from room to room without any damage to the furniture or surrounding walls and doors. They were through and cleaned up after themselves as well. I definitely would buy from them again.

Beautifully! I was pleased with my choice - with Terry's help in choosing, Dennis in initially measuring, and especially Carlos and his crew with the installation. Moved a piano, cleaned up after themselves, and took all the old carpeting away.

The process went very smoothly. I called Discount Carpet & Tile when a "Big Box" store could not meet my installation deadline. I was able to get a comparable quality carpet and pad for a couple hundred $$ less and schedule the install within 1 week. I was a little worried since I was not able to be on-site during the install, but the job could not have been done more perfectly. Marty did an outstanding job pulling up the old carpet and padding and installing the new carpet. He cleaned up thoroughly when done. I love my new carpet!

Very happy with results. Install work was clean (not mixing in kitchen sink and tile was cut way outdoors). This is an honest company.

From the time I first went to Discount Carpet & Tile, I was treated very well! Pablo is very friendly/helpful and I had a good time talking to him about flooring and football!! Dennis (did the measurement) is very friendly as well and was very patient w/ me when I called him with questions! And last but not least, Carlos, the installer, and his buddy did a great job installing the PVC. It was done in one day and he even put a piece of baseboard back up for me that I had to replace, and did not charge extra for it! They did a great job w/ all the transition pieces too! Very pleasant experience all the way around! Would definitely recommend!

All of our dealings with them were pleasant. In the showroom, Terry was very helpful (but not pushy) while we were choosing our carpet. He gave us options and explained the difference for each one. He also gave us a rough estimate of total cost (we asked for a ball park), and sure enough, when the quote was done at the house it was only a few dollars different. Dennis was quick with the quote and Marty was timely and thorough with the installation - cleaning the slab underneath the old carpet, hauling away the old carpet, and making sure the new carpet was properly secured and stretched. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Fantastic! The sales process was easily - they understood our needs and offered an affordable solution. The installer was excellent - very courteous and professional. They did a great job communicating throughout the process as well.

Very Well! It was done by one person so it took most of the day, but he did a very nice job and cleaned up after himself. I had removed everything except the m/bedroom bed to avoid extra costs, but the installer was nice to help me move the bed out of the room anyway.

It was a great experience all around. showroom had many styles and price ranges, Terry was very honest and helpful in choosing the carpet right for my home. The carpet arrived within the week after ordering and a day was set up for installation. The installers arrived very early morning and on time. They got right to work, removing old carpeting, preparing floor, and installing the new carpet. Very professional and neat and tidy. They did a great job and vacuumed after themselves. I have had unsatisfactory experiences with carpeting in the past so I could really tell the difference. I am very pleased and I highly recommend their service.
