Wonderful owners, service and company from the entire Team at Discount Carpet & Tile in Longwood….. the entire Team was very nice and very professional…..truly an excellent experience from start to finish and installation Team started right on time and worked so hard everyday to get everything done ahead of schedule!!! Ordered beautiful high quality Mohawk hardwood (color is tobacco birch) to replace carpet in bedrooms and office….I’m SO happy with how everything turned out!!! Great experience from start to finish. We had a big, 2 day project, re-flooring of more than 1600sqft, stairs included. The work turned out great, the team did a great job - not a single thing I can complain about. They moved all the furniture, kept everything clean, helped with some stuff they were not really required to, and really worked hard during those two days. And the first thing they did after they were done - calling the boss, making sure I'm happy with the results. If you're looking for a carpet / hard floor install, you can stop searching and just use those guys. Highly recommended.

Robby Hall and his son did expert work on the installation, and the finished job really transformed our home. This is a job we waited years to do because of the cost, and we were very happy with the result.

I truly appreciate the wisdom, honesty and advice I was given before purchasing ~380 sq ft of carpeting for two bedrooms. This place knows all about carpet. We will be buying again. Installation was exceptional, individual was on time and took his time, and explained everything throughout the process. Very nice Carpet and makes the two rooms POP! We got middle grade carpet.

It is so rare to have the kind of customer service that Discount Carpet & Tile gave that I wanted to let them know how much they are appreciated. Our install did not go perfectly at first, we changed our carpet choice and there was a scheduling mix up too - but both just showed how sincere Dennis and Terry are to make sure they give good service. Dennis gave great advice, is patient and an excellent communicator - very appreciated! The job was done today and the carpet and the level of install were perfect. We are very pleased! Highly recommend you have one of them come do the advance measuring so they have a first hand look at what is needed.

My wife and I have been looking at tiles at other tile stores for several months. We found Discount Carpet & Tile Inc. through Angie’s List. We looked at the reviews and decided to take a drive out to the store to see the tile selections. They had a tile that my wife liked. Other tile stores had tiles that we liked too; but, we decided to go with Discount Carpet & Tile Inc. because they had tile installers that installs tiles for a living. We didn’t want to buy tiles from a tile store who had a list of tile installers; but, the tile installers that the other tile store recommended install tiles as a part time job. We just weren’t comfortable to go that direction. Additionally, talking to Terry assured us that he had the people who will do the job right. If you like the tiles at Discount Carpet & Tile Inc., Terry is the person to work with at Discount Carpet & Tile Inc. He is awesome. Dennis came out to our house to do the estimate on the tile material and labor. We agreed to the estimate. Terry setup Robby Hall as the person to install the tiles. Robby has 30 year of experience installing tiles. If you need a person to install your tiles at your house, I would request Robby. His experience showed being efficient and some of the tile cuts he did were very good. He also helped out where my wife and I didn’t know what was the best solution for our closet; he came up with a solution to give a impression that the tile continued through the closet. And his son, Matthew, did a good job helping out prepping the floor and grouting the tile floor. Overall, I would recommend Discount Carpet & Tile Inc. because of Terry and Robby. It was Terry who gave us the peace of mind that we would be happy with our tile floor; and if there were any issues with the tile installation, Terry would make sure those issues would be fixed and we would be satisfied in the end. Secondly, Robby workmanship/experience on installing the tiles and he made sure we were happy with his work. He did an awesome job.

After Discount Carpet & Tile recently retiled part of our house, we hired them again to replace worn carpeting in the master bedroom. We found that our first experience wasn't a fluke -- Discount Carpet consistently provides first-class service at a fair price. Measuring and recarpeting were done on time, professionally and courteously.

Excellent service from the start very friendly no high pressure sales, no shady pricing , our job was set up and measured as scheduled, they then called us back to order the wood floors and schedule the installation, our installer Robbie arrived as scheduled was easy to communicate with finished the job in a timely manner cleaned up as expected. This is a very well run business i would recommend them to anyone

Long job, but end results were great. Tile was $3900.00+ Install was $4250.00 Looks better than I envisioned it.

The tile company went well and delivery was on time. They had suggested an installer and everything went well. I was not quite expecting to take as long as it did, but they were here every day working at least their 8 hours a day to get things done and they even helped me where necessary.

The wood flooring were installed in two rooms of home. I purchased the flooring from Discount Carpet and Tile (Longwood, Fl). They work with an independent company for installation of flooring. The flooring was completed but they did not clean up after the job! There were particles of wood, sawdust, razor blade, nails, mastic throughout areas of the house that were left as is. Also, the toe trim were poorly installed with open mitered joints and gaps between the toe trim and base trim. I would not recommend using the Discount Carpet and Tile for installation! Bob Brooks

Discount Carpet and Tile is WONDERFUL!!!! I will definitely transact with them again. They were not only professional and attentive...they beat all other quotes (I had 3 others) by at least $700 or more. This was their honest price because I did not tell them of my other quotes. Installation was perfect and unobtrusive. All old carpet was hauled away and not left on the curb. If you want honesty and reliability when purchasing carpet or tile, you should definitely call on Discount Carpet and Tile.
