Description of Work: Rep came out for an measurement and then for the quote - I made some minor revisions -- he was to call or email be back with updated price and installation date (approximate) -- He NEVER did and I refuse to chase someone down to give them my business. I am looking elsewhere.

Description of Work: Chris walked us through the design process for both master closets and then updated us frequently during the installation process. She was very professional and the finished product is exceptional. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Read this before you choose this company! I would like to start by saying they have a wonderful product and Bonnie their rep designed our garage just the way we visioned it. That’s not the problem and it saddens me to write this because I think Bonnie is a really cool lady. Basically, our garage cabinets came within one week. They sent one installer to do a three car garage. He had to assemble everything and install it alone. You are talking dozens of doors and drawers. A lot for one plate. Day one he assembled and put all the backs up. Day two he returned to assemble the doors and hardware. While drilling the handles for 10 doors, he drilled them all wrong so drilled a third hole on all of them so the handles could be installed. We all make mistakes and I would have been cool with that. What I wasn’t cool with was I came home from shopping to pay my balance due and at no time did the installer tell me what happened. Contrary to that he immediately wanted me to sign off and give him a check for the balance. Before I wrote my check I saw these little round stickers below each handle. I asked him what they were and he told me “not to worry” “I drilled the doors wrong so I put stickers over the holes”. I immediately stopped in my tracks and said I would not accept delivery and that someone needed to call me to make this right. That was on a Saturday. The following Monday I expected a call first thing from corporate extending their concern about what had happened but to my surprise nothing. Later...much later in the day Bonnie our rep called to see how it went. She was clearly embarrassed and ONLY FOLLOWING MY CALL WITH HER did I get the call from their office. BUT, the call was from a tursk young girl TELLING ME that my door will be replace on Wednesday. No, I’m sorry. No, what can we do for you. Not even is a Wednesday okay for you...just a demand of when THEY CHOSE to delivery my doors. I requested to speak with a manager which they then passed me over to their GM which clearly didn’t help me so I then asked for the owner. Jack the owner got on the phone. I was the victim, suddenly. All along Jack was making excuses for no phone call. For not disclosing that they were trying to get paid for an inferior job. For everything that went wrong. Bottom line is communication was horrible and I was offended. All I wanted was for someone to step up to the plate and say they were sorry for the error. I would have thought that someone would have knocked off a bit of my balance for the inconvenience and the insult. Nothing. What I got from Jack was “but we’re GIVING you new doors”. What Jack failed to understand is that the doors he was GIVING ME I paid for. At this point it wasn't even about the doors. It was about the horrible manner it was handled...or should I say NOT HANDLED. The installer came to replace MY DOORS and Jack followed shortly after. I thought he came to redeem himself. He walked into my home and handed me a box with a kitchen knife. WOW. A five thousand dollar job...major errors and he came with a knife. You know, it’s not about the money. I would gladly pay for what I purchased. But you know...knock something off the bill. $100.00...something...or hand me a voucher towards my next purchase...anything. A knife? Am I missing something here? So...as long as your job goes well...great product...but beware because if something goes wrong they will hide it and try to get paid for inferior work...and if you notice it and expect any compensation...good luck.

Description of Work: They designed and built a custom closet. Removed the old closet, filled the holes and spackled. They did not paint.

Description of Work: Modern and very functional new clothes-closets with drawers, laundry hampers, hangars, were built in our 3 bedrooms and two sets of bookshelves were built and installed in our joint office.
