Description of Work: Excellent work. Had Diamond Brite resurfacing and retiling done. All work done professionally. All workers were prompt and courteous. Workers all were very neat and cleaned up after every job. Not to mention pool looks fantastic!

Description of Work: Blue Horizons refinished whole pool and deck within 2 weeks. We found them to be very knowledgeable and responsive to any concerns. They replaced pool pump twice at no extra charge because it was making clicking noise. They were GREAT to work with. Would recommend them without hesitation!

Description of Work: They left our spa sump filled 3/4 full of aggregate which clogged our jacuzzi! Had to pay another company 400.00 to figure out why my jacuzzi would not work! Also went through two cartridges bc of all aggregate not flushed out of pipes!

Description of Work: They replaced pool tile and resurfaced the pool, installed new paver deck and installed LED pool lite. I also purchased a new variable speed pump and they installed it so the warranty would be good for 3 yrs. Overall we are happy with our "new" pool but the estimator could have been better at his job. We had to almost insist on the paver color(grey) choice we wanted as well as the replacement of the skimmer that was leaking. He was just goin to seal it but we had to push for replacement. THe demo crew supervisor and the pool finishers were excellent, but there were a few things with the paver install that we had fixed but overall it was pretty good job. They are a quality company in my opinion and would recommend overall.

Description of Work: I called this company because my pool pump was not functioning correctly. According to what is represented on Angie's list they service Orange county where I live. I made an appointment for Friday. I just received a call that they had a meeting and were not willing to come to my side of town despite what they claim. I am now back to square one trying to find someone to fix my pool.
