The job was done well and in about an hour.

Very professional, all work done as ordered and at time promised. Clean up daily. Very pleased with results. Resolved all concerns.

They showed up exactly when they said they would (for us, that's the tie-breaker). They completed the work in less than a week and even worked on Saturday and Sunday to finish. Selection of tile and Diamond-Brite was extensive. We were impressed by how hard their employees worked and the precision with which the tile was set. After the pool was filled, they came back and regrouted a spot they had missed. They came and went without communicating with us much, but the job was done perfectly.

Excellent; they scheduled the job a month in advance and started on time. They had workers here every day; It is a messy job, but at the end of each day, the workman cleaned up as best they could. Everyone I encountered was very professional and knew what to do. I had one small complaint and it was remedied immediately. I am totally impressed with this company.

See Description of Work. Not dependable. Did not show up for regular service. Did not show up after promising service the next day. Not a cheap fee, but extraordinary service problems. Many promises but no delivery. Possible reasons: (1) too many current customers to respond to new ones or (2) lousy record keeping in office or (3) no dependability factor required of employees. Engage only at peril to your pool & great frustration to you.

I called them twice, but never received a return call.

The person with whom I spoke wanted to check up on the situation, and she said she'd get back to me. I never heard anything back. Their customer service is lousy.

We had been told of the excellent work and customer service of Blue Horizon, and they also provided a very long list of referrals when we first met with them. Their quote matched other companies for work we wanted done. They more than lived up to their excellent reputation. Every stage of the project was completed with a high quality workmanship, supervisors oversaw each day's work, we were always called in advance and kept informed of what would be done each day, every employee was very courteous, they cleaned up the area after each day's work, and the finished project exceeds our expectations. Living in Florida, you don't have to go far to hear complaints regarding companies that build or renovate pools. Blue Horizon has successfully broken that mold, and we would never hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

They explained everything well, and it happened exactly how they said it would. They even provided a reference list. They are the most professional people we've dealt with since we moved here. The result is just beautiful. They weren't pushy at all, just professional. Pricing was competitive compared to three other quotes. We recommended them to our daughter, and we don't recommend too many people!

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. IT WAS VERY GOOD BECAUSE THEY TOLD US THAT THEY THOUGHT THAT THEY COULD BUILD OUR DECK TO WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE IT DID BEFORE. WHAT I SAW OF THEM WAS THAT THEY WERE VERY GOOD PEOPLE. THEY WERE ON TIME. THE JOB DIDN'T TAKE VERY LONG, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE VERY BUSY. THEY KIND OF PUT US ON A WAITING LIST. I WAS ABLE TO SHOP AROUND. THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, AND THEY HAD A GOOD PRICE. I FELT GOOD ABOUT IT. THE GUY WHO CAME WAS REALLY NICE. HE WAS PROMPT AND ON TIME. HE CAME, WENT RIGHT TO THE SPA, AND WHEN HE WAS FINISHED HE CAME AND SHOWED US WHAT HE HAD DONE.

The employees at Blue Horizon were very helpful and knowledgeable about our type of pump. They repaired the pump quickly and we were able to pick it up within a couple of hours of dropping it off.

THIS COMPANY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, ON TIME ALL THE TIME, VERY CONCENCIOUS AND DID QUALITY WORK. I CONSIDER THEM VERY PROFESSIONAL & HIGH QUALITY & REPUTABLE.

THEY HAVE PROVIDED MONTHLY POOL SERVICE. THEY PROVIDE A FULL CHEMICAL SERVICE AND COME TO THE HOME WEEKLY. THEY CAN ALSO INSTALL POOLS AND REPAIR. THEY HAVE INSTALLED AN ELECTRIC TIMER BEFORE. MARTY HAS BEEN SO NICE.
