Description of Work: Job was removal of large laurel oak tree. After reminding the workers at least three times to be aware of a telephone line near the tree that had been knocked down every time the tree had been worked on they still ended up knocking the telephone wire down which ripped vinyl siding from the house. They were prompt to repair the damages they had done. They also damaged the city sidewalk allowing huge sections of the tree to fall on sidewalk during the job. After requesting that they repair the sidewalk they did so with no hesitation. I was very happy with the price of the job. My only criticism is that they need to try a little harder not to damage things in the process of doing their job. All in all it worked out fine and they did give a really good price for the job.

Description of Work: I JUST GOT AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS THE CHEAPEST. WAY TOO CHEAP AND KEPT CALLING OFFERING TO LOWER HIS PRICE IF I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. THE ESTIMATOR SEEMED UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DESPERATE. I FELT LIKE I WAS BUYING A USED CAR. HIS DESCRIPTION OF TREES BEING REMOVED WAS DIFFERENT THAN ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT GAVE ME ESTIMATES.
