Description of Work: They repaired and replaced my sprinkler system, that was not working as it was suppose to be.

Description of Work: We had them out to trim the palms and to shape some trees. The trimming was excellent! They went above and beyond to do an amazing job on the trimming. There were two issues with the job: First, they left some large debris in the backyard that I picked up. They also left a rake in the bushes, which I discovered a few days later. Secondly, the "shaping" of the trees out front was done poorly at best. To be fair, they were quick, and admitted they did not have the correct tool to perform the work correctly. However, they should have shown up at the job site ready to complete the job.

Description of Work: Took down large limb over house trimmed other small trees and removed limbs from pine tree. They did a great job, efficient,and cleaned up so you never knew they were here..Great Job!

Description of Work: Trimmed palms and oak. Did great on oak but use spiked shoes to climb palms. I didn't know they would do that & didn't care for the holes left in the trees. I should have called them back to have the palms trimmed a little better so that's on me because I wasn't overly happy with them. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They did clean everything up and left the yard spotless.

The company's communication could stand some improvement. It was difficult to get an arrival time, but once they got to the house, they worked quickly and efficiently. I would use again

Description of Work: They removed a huge tree and trimmed others

Description of Work: We had 3 trees and a row of hedges trimmed by A Sunstate Tree. This is the third time we have used them over the years and they have always done satisfactory work. This time the foreman (one who writes the estimates) was here the next day. After that, the crew was here the following day. After describing the job the day before, the foreman wasn't there when the crew arrived. I had to describe what I was given the estimate for the day before. Then he arrived, checked in with the crew and then approached me for payment. Now the website says that they take credit cards but he implied that they prefer checks and to make it our directly to the owner, not the company. If I had never dealt with them before, I would have never done this but I was sure of the work and never had any problems. Several hours later, we notice the noise has stopped and look outside to see the cleanup is finished and crew gone. However, they didn't trim the bushes as we agreed the day before. It took several phone calls and a week later before they returned to finish the job. While the finished product was exactly what we wanted, you just might just have to complain a bit to get what you were promised.
