Description of Work: I had Sun State Trees come out and do some work for me. They cut a tree down.

Description of Work: Hired to take down four trees and cut into small enough pieces that I could move by myself. Cut down all 4 trees, but left very large oak in such large pieces that heavy equipment would be required to move the trunk sections. Despite 4 calls back to company over a 6 week period, and receiving assurances each time that the trunk would be cut into smaller pieces, Sun State never returned to complete the work. Also, one of the workers asked if it was ok to remove some branches from an existing tree to clear the path for tree to be cut down. He said they could do the work without removing the branches but it would be easier if they were removed. I told him to not remove the branches, but they were removed anyway.

Description of Work: A Tree fell down in our backyard during a storm. My husband called Sunstate trees even though it was a Fri. Night Some one called back within a short time and promised to come out the next morning. At 9am the salesman was in our backyard giving us an estimate. The tree was removed about a week later. The work was done very quickly, and everything was clean when they left.

Description of Work: They were not prepared to properly trim my large sycamore tree. They were supposed to ONLY cut the bottom 3 branches. If I had not stopped them I might have had a large stick in the yard with a few leaves at the top. They were supposed to have a bucket truck to trim the deadwood but the person who sold the job had not written that on the job ticket so when I stopped them from just cutting branches from the trunk they had to wait for the buckett truck. They were very pleasant workers. They did a good job cleaning up but did not follow through on grinding out the stump with the contracted time. I had to call twice to get them to come complete the job.

Description of Work: I got a quick phone call back from sales person who came and gave me a written quote for $900.00. For the type of job it was i found it relatively good price. However, on the scheduling part they were probably some misscommunication since they said they were coming on a Wednesday but on the Sunday before i came back from the beach and they were at my house ready to do the job, which kinda caught me by surprise. The brought a bucket, tools, and a chipper which was awesome. The shaved and raised the tree but they still left some branches that were above the house which were my main concern. I still have to call and see if they can come back to redo that area. Other than that im pleased with the service and the crew.

Description of Work: THEY TOOK DOWN TWO DEAD TREES AND TOOK AWAY THE MESS.

Description of Work: THEY REMOVED A HURRICANE DAMAGED TREE AND HAT-RACKED ANOTHER HUGE OAK TREE IN ORDER TO TRY AND SAVE IT. THEN THEY TOPPED OFF THE OAK AND AVOCADO TREES.
