Matt and his team were awesome! It’s hard now a days to find companies that are honest, dependable and take pride in their work. They replaced all my old windows and doors with impact glass. At first I was a little overwhelmed because it’s a big investment and I didn’t want to make the wrong choice but Matt took his time to educate me. Based on what I wanted I ended up choosing the Eco brand. I felt like they opened and closed easily and they also came in the tint I wanted. I would and have already recommended Titan Impact to anyone looking for a drama free window and door upgrade.

This company did an amazing job correcting the mess left behind another contractor. These guys gave me an estimate and a time frame to complete the work (removing and reinstalling 4 sliding doors and 3 windows). They exceeded my expectations and also the insurance company inspector was very pleased with the corrective work done by Titan.

Matt and his brother Bobby did excellent work for us. We were very happy. They replaced all the windows and doors in our 4,000 sq ft home with hurricane impact. They delivered high quality work at a reasonable price. We had an issue with one window where the glass was distorted. It wasn’t Titan Impact’s fault (manufacturer issue) but they owned getting it resolved and replaced the window. It’s rare to find a business these days that operates with such professionalism, quality and integrity.

Anyone who goes in to any renovation/construction project thinking nothing will go wrong, is in for a rude awakening. Anyone who has (2) children under the age of 2, even more so. Something will always go wrong, but the company you hire to do the work, and how they handle that problem is what defines a successful job done. And that’s what differentiates Bobby and Matt at Titan Impact Windows and Doors. They were always responsive to our requests and took care of things in an expedient manner (of what was in their control – this is important). I could complain about the permitting process, but that is outside their control and my city is notorious for taking a long time to approve them, but as luck would have it, the impact window/door manufacturer was moving to a new facility which was affecting the manufacturing timeframe to complete our order. Matt kept us abreast of what the situation was on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, everything was completed except our front door because it had a custom design on it (do not recommend this – just find an outside company to come and do a custom design for you vs having the door manufacturer do it). Titan actually went as far as pushing the manufacturer to release all of our doors and windows (minus the front door) to get the job going and make us happy. Most installation companies would have told their customers that this was out of their hands and put the onus on the manufacturer and blamed them. Not Titan. When the product arrived at Titan’s facility, they called us and scheduled the date for their crew to come out and told us it would take about 3 days. Again, as luck would have it, part of their crew wasn’t able to make it to the jobsite for 2 days. Any other company would have delayed the installation until the crew was back. Not Matt and Bobby. They themselves showed up and ripped out the remaining doors and windows and installed the new ones. This added (1) day to the installation of the windows and doors, but the installation itself didn’t ground to a halt. Who does that? Needless to say, our doors and windows look AWESOME! Even when the city inspector came out, he even commented on how nice they looked, but more importantly, the nice work that Titan did on the installation. When does an inspector ever say that? All impact windows for in S FL are manufactured to meet the strict Miami-Dade building codes for wind, but the reality is that the windows are really only good if they are installed correctly and these are the guys to use. Extremely well. They were reliable, quick, professional. They dealt with the permit and historical board. They showed up when they said they would and they finished work in two days. They are trustworthy.

After making the decision to upgrade to impact windows, I carefully reviewed potential contractors for the job. I called Titan Construction because of their superior reviews. Matt Ermovick responded to my ballpark quote request the very same day, then arranged to come to my home for exact measurements and any refinement to the proposal. During the appointment we went over options, he explained some of the differences of impact window brands, and time frames for delivery and installation. I did solicit quotes from a couple of other companies and all the quotes were comparable but Titan’s impressive communication, courtesy and professionalism really got my attention so I did not hesitate to choose them as my contractor. I truly believe I could not have made a better decision. I was delighted with every single aspect of the installation. The team was always prompt, the work was exceptional, they were clean, and the follow-up detail work was absolutely perfect. Even city inspector that arrived to ensure the work was done to code paid Titan the highest of compliments on the product and the installation. Both Matt and Bob are general contractors which was very important to me since my house is 50+ years old. They kept me updated on delivery and installation. They did an excellent job! I have recommended them to friends ....very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Their pricing was very fair in comparison to all bids I received.

I first contacted Titan Impact windows a few months ago when we were getting estimates for replacing the windows in the home we just bought. Titan was the only company who would give any information over the phone, and they even gave a ball park figure of what to expect to spend. The owners, Bob and Matt, personally came to give us a bid for the project. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and they helped us determine the best ways to make some changes we wanted as well as save money on doing the job. We chose Titan Impact from all four bids we received. They were not the least expensive, but they were the only company who was forthcoming with all the information, and we trusted their honesty and integrity. We signed the contract and they ordered the windows and doors. Everything went according to schedule, and they set a date to start the work. The project took a few days to complete because they were changing all of our windows and doors. The owners worked every day at our house, and not only did they do a fabulous job, they were a pleasure to have around. I really can't say enough good about the work done; all four adults who live at my house have been very impressed with the professionalism, clean work habits, honesty, knowledge, and just d*** good job this company has done. We love our new windows and doors; these guys are perfectionists. I would recommend Titan Impact windows without hesitation!

Matt was great! We will definitely recommend his services to friends and family. He installed a new impact front door at our house. We just moved to the area, and our front door needed to be replaced for the "hurricane protection discount". He arrived the day after I called him to provide me with an estimate. We were able to order the door that same day. His prices were reasonable for the area and he pulled all the proper permits. It took about 3-4 weeks for the door to be custom made. Matt installed the door as soon as it arrived. It matches great with our other hurricane windows and doors. He was always on time, professional, and honest. We are very happy with the end product!

These folks are very responsive, and professional. They gave us different options to choose from for our Windows and doors and gave us a good price. Job was completed on time. It was a very good experience.

It went wonderfully well. Mr. Ermobick took care of all the details in a very professional manner. He came and measured the door and pulled a permit and ordered the door. He then installed the door and hardware and did an extremely good job. The door closed with a nice solid sound and feel. I have had many doors put into several different homes, but none have been so well installed. All the hardware worked very well. The lock he installed on the door was very well aligned and did not stick of jam, but worked exactly as it should. Mr. Ermobick is also extremely honest, he under promised and over delivered. He even grouted around the edges of the door and in general it was installed about as well as I could imagine and I did not have to lift a finger other than to write him a check. This is the way all contractors should work, but he is the first I have had that performed an installation in this no fuss no muss manner. He takes pride in his work, cleans up, is honest and if I am fortunate, will do more work on my home when I buy my next one. It would be my pleasure to provide a reference for him at any time. These guys were outstanding in every aspect of this job. Our old windows were challenging to remove, but Bob, Matt and crew tackled it with the utmost professionalism. The new windows look absolutely fabulous. For the last few months our home has gone through an almost total renovation and one of my favorite parts of the reno is the now new front door which is glass. It has improved the entire look of the house both inside as well as outside and lets through beautiful natural light. All of these doors/windows are now impact resistant and leaves the house much more energy efficient and quieter. We couldn't be more pleased with the job performed and the outcome. Titan II made this a really excellent experience in every possible way!
