This is a family company that treats its customers like family. We had a pleasant interaction from start to completion, and while we have a single window requiring post-installation tweaking, Titan is already on board with assisting. Most impressive during the installation process was the efficient, effective, and professional work provided. On that note, a significant unforeseen circumstance arose during the installation process requiring an aesthetic, brick-like application of stucco. Titan, in an effort to please us, protect our home, and complete its work reasonably promptly, provided the stucco application in a manner that matched our home, and at a third of the quoted expense from a third party. I would highly recommend the company for impact windows and am thankful that I had this work completed just in time for the approaching storm.

It went well, especially considering how busy they were. They did an excellent job, staying on top of things, and make sure everything was perfect. When one of my front windows did not quite match the home association windows, they had the manufacture replace it at no charge.

What an Awesome experience I had with Titan Impact. I hired Titan Impact to install Impact windows and French doors. My experience with Matthew & Robert was nothing but professional. The installation process was speedy and the job was well done. The installers took great measures to cover furniture to prevent debris from getting on them. Installers swept up dust from the floors and were very conscientious about cleaning up their equipment and any stray nails. There was some dust throughout the house post installation, but that was to be expected. The windows look beautiful what a transformation going from sliding glass doors to French doors out onto our patio. Without a doubt I highly recommend this company for any impact window/door installations

Like you who is probably reading this, we found a bunch of good reviews on Angielist and hired them. The entire experience was a nightmare. From delayed installation to failing the inspection it was a complete disaster. Many fees were not disclosed, lots are arguing back and forth, they had and they admitted to having sloppy work preformed. They hired a bunch of unskilled workers after collecting the check and then failed the inspection. They DO NOT preform the work themselves! We highly regret using them and would not recommend Titan Impact Windows and Doors to anyone.

I needed impact windows & doors installed after purchasing my home. I met with a few companies and decided to go with Titan Impact. Both Matt & Bobby were great at responding, being on site and you never would have known that windows/doors were removed and installed, everything was cleaned up. All my furniture was protected. There are numerous companies that are doing impact windows/doors now, I did learn that there are several different styles, types of windows/doors. My choice was the right one with help from Matt who guided me through the process. The selection of doing impact windows/doors is a big expense and a tremendous relief during hurricane season. Its a one time purchase and I wanted to make sure I made the right choice not only with the windows/doors but with the contractor. I will continue to recommend Titan Impact to anybody who wants a quality job with top notch contractors.

The service was fine. I had a very easy time to work with Matt. There's an issue with the front door and it was corrected on the next day.

They were phenomenal, on time, cost was accurate, understood the scope of the job from a construction perspective. I cannot recommend them enough, good honest people are hard to find.

Excellent. First they gave me a quote that was much lower than one from a big box company. They showed up at the appointed date and time, completed their work on schedule, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional throughout the installation. I was very happy with the results.
